Will this trial EVER begin?? George Zimmerman Gets A New Judge Self-appointed neighborhood watchdog George Zimmerman has managed to whine his way to a new trial judge while he stands trial for the murder of 17-year-old unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin. A Florida appeals court on Wednesday granted George Zimmerman’s request for a new judge. Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer charged in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, had said the judge presiding over his case has made disparaging remarks about him. “Although many of the allegations in Zimmerman’s motion, standing alone, do not meet the legal sufficiency test, and while this is admittedly a close call, upon careful review we find that the allegations, taken together, meet the threshold test of legal sufficiency.” Zimmerman said in the appeal that he fears Lester is biased against him and he wants a new judge to handle his case. Is it just us or is this dude doing everything that he can to stall this trial process? Source
Chad Johnson Facing Up To A Year In Jail For Headbutting Evelyn Lozada SMH…and this ninja ain’t got no job , neither! Chad Johnson’s NFL career is all but over. His wife, Evelyn Lozada, has filed for divorce. His sponsors have dropped him. His reality TV series is canceled. The troubles keep coming, and now comes a report that Johnson could face up to a year in prison for assaulting his wife earlier this month. Johnson was originally charged with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge for the August 11 incident in which he allegedly head butted his wife after she found a receipt for a box of condoms in his car. While Johnson has often bragged about never getting arrested while in the NFL, an older charge for slapping an ex-girlfriend came to light. Back in 2000 he was charged with slapping a woman. He plead no contest, and reported to Oregon State weeks later to play football. He was punished with community service time. Now Gossip Extra reports that because of the prior arrest, Johnson’s latest charge could be bumped up to a felony. That’s up to the discretion of the Broward County State Attorney, and there’s no word on whether they plan to up the charges. Though, if the charges are upped Johnson could face mandatory prison time of up to 12 months. Damn, and it was all good just a few months ago. Source
These militias aren’t playing… The recent arrests of several suspected domestic terrorists, and alleged murderers, who were active in the U.S. army have also revealed shocking ties to the Republican party: Isaac Aguigui, the Army private and alleged ringleader of a plot to assassinate Barack Obama and “take over” Ft. Stewart in Georgia, apparently served as a page at the 2008 Republican National Convention in Minnesota. That’s his mug shot after he was arrested for the alleged murder of Pvt. Michael Roark on the left. At right is a 2008 Reuters photo with the caption: “Republican National Convention page Isaac Aguigui watches from the edge of the floor at the start of the first session of the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota September 1, 2008.” Aguigui, according to Georgia prosecutors, financed a plot to kill the president, take over Ft. Stewart and poison apple orchards in Washington state with a $500,000 insurance settlement he got last year after his wife’s death. The group—its numbers are unknown—called itself F.E.A.R., for Forever Enduring, Always Ready. Aguigui is one of four soldiers charged in Roark’s death, allegedly because he was a “loose end” who threatened to foil their plans. According to the AP, Aguigui and his compatriots bore “distinctive tattoos that resemble an anarchy symbol,” but that’s the extent of the reporting thus far on their political motives. What the hell???? Here’s more on their plot via AP reports : Four Army soldiers based in southeast Georgia killed a former comrade and his girlfriend to protect an anarchist militia group they formed that stockpiled assault weapons and plotted a range of anti-government attacks, prosecutors told a judge Monday. Prosecutors in rural Long County, near the sprawling Army post Fort Stewart, said the militia group of active and former U.S. military members spent at least $87,000 buying guns and bomb components. They allege the group was serious enough to kill two people – former soldier Michael Roark and his 17-year-old girlfriend, Tiffany York – by shooting them in the woods last December in order to keep its plans secret. “This domestic terrorist organization did not simply plan and talk,” prosecutor Isabel Pauley told a Superior Court judge. “Prior to the murders in this case, the group took action. Evidence shows the group possessed the knowledge, means and motive to carry out their plans.” One of the Fort Stewart soldiers charged in the case, Pfc. Michael Burnett, also gave testimony that backed up many of the assertions made by prosecutors. The 26-year-old soldier pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter, illegal gang activity and other charges. He made a deal to cooperate with prosecutors against the three other soldiers. Prosecutors said the group called itself F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready. Pauley said authorities don’t know how many members it had. Burnett, 26, said he knew the group’s leaders from serving with them at Fort Stewart. He agreed to testify against fellow soldiers Pvt. Isaac Aguigui, identified by prosecutors as the militia’s founder and leader, and Sgt. Anthony Peden and Pvt. Christopher Salmon. All are charged by state authorities with malice murder, felony murder, criminal gang activity, aggravated assault and using a firearm while committing a felony. A hearing for the three soldiers was scheduled Thursday. Prosecutors say Roark, 19, served with the four defendants in the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division and became involved with the militia. Pauley said the group believed it had been betrayed by Roark, who left the Army two days before he was killed, and decided the ex-soldier and his girlfriend needed to be silenced. Burnett testified that on the night of Dec. 4, he and the three other soldiers lured Roark and York to some woods a short distance from the Army post under the guise that they were going target shooting. He said Peden shot Roark’s girlfriend in the head while she was trying to get out of her car. Salmon, he said, made Roark get on his knees and shot him twice in the head. Burnett said Aguigui ordered the killings. “A `loose end’ is the way Isaac put it,” Burnett said. Also charged in the killings is Salmon’s wife, Heather Salmon. Pauley said Aguigui funded the militia using $500,000 in insurance and benefit payments from the death of his pregnant wife a year ago. Aguigui was not charged in his wife’s death, but Pauley told the judge her death was “highly suspicious.” She said Aguigui used the money to buy $87,000 worth of semiautomatic assault rifles, other guns and bomb components that were recovered from the accused soldiers’ homes and from a storage locker. He also used the insurance payments to buy land for his militia group in Washington state, Pauley said. In a videotaped interview with military investigators, Pauley said, Aguigui called himself “the nicest cold-blooded murderer you will ever meet.” He used the Army to recruit militia members, who wore distinctive tattoos that resemble an anarchy symbol, she said. Prosecutors say they have no idea how many members belong to the group. “All members of the group were on active-duty or were former members of the military,” Pauley said. “He targeted soldiers who were in trouble or disillusioned.” The prosecutor said the militia group had big plans. It plotted to take over Fort Stewart by seizing its ammunition control point and talked of bombing the Forsyth Park fountain in nearby Savannah, she said. In Washington state, she added, the group plotted to bomb a dam and poison the state’s apple crop. Ultimately, prosecutors said, the militia’s goal was to overthrow the government and assassinate the president. It’s not a game people. Domestic terror plots are very real. These guys bought nearly six figures worth of weaponry!!! And to think — this guy was an RNC page just four years ago! SMH @ Aguigui possibly murking his pregnant wife to get the money to fun his evil plot. Source
Rob can’t take the stress of being the least successful Kardashian any longer. The youngest and only “Man” of the clan, Rob broke down during a group therapy session on the latest episode of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’. “Right now, there’s some issues between us,” Rob admitted when urging his family to attend therapy with Dr. Nicki Monti. Most of the brood was on board, but convincing Kim to go was a different story. “Therapy’s not for me. I’m a very logical person so if I’m acting crazy, I know why,” Kim said begrudgingly after being dragged along. “I don’t really want to talk to a stranger about my family problems.” In the end, it was Kim who was targeted by her siblings in the first of a two-part episode. “Kim is the most selfish person and doesn’t want to ever include me,” Rob admitted, after getting into a blowout fight with his sister, accusing her of hampering and interfering with his career. Jenner told the group she doesn’t “mean any harm” by favoring Kim, but Khloe and Kourtney felt otherwise, and told their mother as much during the explosive therapy session. “I don’t know why my mom finds it a shock to think she favors Kim,” Khloe said. “We’re not just my mom’s clients, we’re her children!” Peep the vid. Do you feel Rob’s pain or does he need to grow some cojones?: Source Images via WENN
These Women shouldn’t be allowed to have anymore children! After employees found a toddler walking through the parking lot of a WaWa, they called Police. Luckily the little girl was able to point out where she lived. Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Captain Mike Harvey said a store employee brought the child inside and put clothes on her before police arrived. The little girl then led officers to her home, which was located near the store. Deputy Elizabeth Scott knocked for several minutes before someone finally opened the door. The two adults inside had been sleeping when Scott had arrived, according to Harvey, adding that once let in the deputy was immediately overcome by the stench of the property. ‘Deputy Scott entered the residence and immediately noticed a strong odor of rotten food and animal waste,’ he said. ‘Rotten food was found in and around the kitchen and animal waste was found in many areas of the residence.’ In addition to the two-year-old, there were seven other children living in squalor in the home, police said. The children, who were also found to be dirty, ranged in age from seven months to 16-years-old. Lam and Craig were the only adults found living in the house. Both are charged with felony child neglect. Police say Lam is the mother of five of the children and Craig is the mother of the other three. Each woman is being held in the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond. Detective Twyla DeMoranville, who focuses on crimes against children, and a social worker removed the eight children from the home. They were later turned over to their grandmothers. The children were unharmed, Harvey said. Animal control officers removed four dogs, three puppies and two kittens from the house. Lam was also slammed with charges of failing to maintain her premises in a sanitary condition and duties of a pet owner to provide food and water. It’s one thing if you don’t mind living in filth but don’t have kids if your dirty azz can’t take care of them. Both women, Elizabeth Lam, 38, and Crystal Dawn Craig, 29, have been charged with child neglect. Hope their Grandmothers take better care of them…but that’s questionable. Source Images via AP
That’s one thugged out dessert lover. Tennessee Man Punches McDonald’s Employee Over Hot Fudge Sundae A Tennessee man who lost his cool after a McDonald’s employee handed him a sundae with the hot fudge on the bottom was convicted of assault and could spend up to a year behind bars. The incident in question occurred in February 2010, when Knoxville resident James Davis Wilson ordered a sundae, expecting the hot fudge to be poured on top. “The food appeared to be right, but the dessert, it had chocolate on the bottom,” Wilson told a jury of his peers at the Knox County Criminal Court earlier this week. “The hot fudge should be on top. It freezes up when you get fudge on the bottom of it. I asked them to redo it.” The store’s assistant manager, Brad Skelton, refused, saying Wilson was looking to pay the price of a plain sundae, which costs ten cents less. An altercation ensued, which ultimately resulted in Wilson punching Skelton in the face. Wilson claimed Skelton used a racial slur and tried to rush him as he headed for the exit. The jury didn’t buy Wilson’s self-defense argument and found him guilty of misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct. He was fined $1,050 and now faces the possibility of spending 364 days in jail. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for September 27th. The judge should give him a year just so he has to go in an tell people this stupid fawking story when they ask him: “What you in for?” Image via Flickr Source
Of course they were racist. Why would anyone think that you look like a criminal…? Marshawn Lynch Claims Arresting DUI Cops Racially Profiled Him Things are getting racial in the Marshawn Lynch DUI case — the NFL star’s lawyer tells TMZ he believes the two white cops who arrested Lynch may have had it out for the running back because of the color of his skin. Lynch was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol in Oakland back in July and was arrested for drunk driving after officers say his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. In the police report, cops said they had noticed the Seattle Seahawks running back had been swerving all over the road. But Lynch’s attorney, Ivan Golde, tells us “There may be an issue of police misconduct/racism based on the fact that you have two white cops [and] an African American defendant by himself.” Golde believes the proof may rest in the fact that the incident was NOT captured on the CHP dash cam. Golde claims cops told him the recording device was “not functioning properly” during the arrest. “There’s an inference, a possibility … it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to say that the police maybe turned it off,” Golde says. TMZ spoke with a rep for the CHP who tells us, “Although the lawyer for Mr. Lynch alleges there is possible police misconduct and racism because both of the officers who arrested him were of Caucasian ancestry and their patrol vehicle’s mobile video/audio recording system was inoperative, this allegation is false and without merit.” Even if these cops were racist pieces of isht Marshawn, you were still P*SS drunk and swerving more than Big Sean. Vanessa Bryant Says Her ‘Championship’ Comments Were Misconstrued After being quoted as saying that she “ wouldn’t want to be married to a player who doesn’t win championships” during rare but candid sit-down with NY Magazine earlier this week, Vanessa Bryant now says it’s not quite like that and that she’s still gonna ride or die for her dirty-dog husband Kobe. via TMZ Bryant is finally responding to critics who skewered her for the interview she did with New York Magazine in which she said, “I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships.” Now, Vanessa tells TMZ … “I’m sad to hear that comments in my New York Magazine interview are being misconstrued and taken out of context. I have and will continue to support my husband’s dreams.” Vanessa continues, “I have been with Kobe for 13 years. I accepted his marriage proposal PRIOR to him winning any of his 5 championships with his teammates.” “For anyone to think otherwise is wrong. It is not about being married to a ‘winner’ it is about our sacrifice as a family. “ FYI — Kobe and Vanessa got engaged in May 2000 … and he won his first championship in June of 2000. Do you believe Vanessa? Or is this just some too little, too late damage control?
Shooting Spree Suspects Wanted To ‘Purify The White Race’ Shameless race-related incidents seems to be at an all-time high right now… A young couple accused of killing four people in a multistate crime spree last fall have been indicted of federal racketeering charges alleging the rampage was part of a campaign to “purify” and “preserve” the white race, the U.S. Attorney for Oregon, said Friday. A federal grand jury handed up the indictment Thursday against David “Joey” Pedersen, 32, and Holly Ann Grigsby, 25, prosecutor Amanda Marshall said in a news release. Grigsby will be arraigned Monday in Seattle. Pedersen’s arraignment in Portland hasn’t been scheduled. “The indictment in this case alleges horrendous crimes were committed as part of defendants’ white-supremacist campaign to kidnap and murder targets on the basis of race, color, religion and perceived ‘degenerate’ conduct,” Marshall said. They are charged in the killing, kidnapping and robbery of four people last fall: Pedersen’s father, David “Red” Pedersen, and stepmother, Leslie “DeeDee” Pedersen, on Sept. 26 in Everett, Wash.; Cody Myers, a 19-year-old from Oregon on Oct. 1; and Reginald Clark, 53 of Eureka, Calif., on Oct. 3. Clark was black and Grigsby allegedly told investigators that Myers, a Christian, was killed because his name sounded Jewish. SMH. Hopefully the justice system will prevail for these families who l ost their loved ones to such senseless crimes . Source
