Texas Mother Arrested For Putting PCP In Child’s Lunch Travis County sheriff’s investigators have charged a Del Valle woman after they say she put the drug PCP into her 6-year-old daughter’s school lunch, according to an arrest affidavit filed with Travis County courts today. Torina Ann Gutierrez, 34, faces a charge of endangering a child, a state jail felony. She is not currently in custody, according to jail records. The affidavit said that on May 4, Gutierrez’s daughter began acting strangely in her first-grade classroom, talking to people who were not there and saying she could hear “banging in her head.” A school counselor called Gutierrez to report what was going on, and Gutierrez said, “Don’t call EMS and don’t call (Child Protective Services), I’m on my way,” the affidavit said. Gutierrez picked the girl up from school, took her home and then called for paramedics, the affidavit said. The girl was tested at a hospital, which returned a positive result for PCP, a powerful and illegal hallucinogen, the affidavit said. She was removed from the home and placed with a family member. Gutierrez also tested positive for the drug, the affidavit said. The girl told investigators that Gutierrez made her lunch that day, and that after she ate it, she felt “crazy and dizzy,” and her lunch meat tasted like “fireworks,” the affidavit said. She called the drug “angel dust” and said she had seen the drug in her home before, the affidavit said. Source

Jimmy Henchman Found Guilty Of Running Drug Ring Jimmy Henchman is having a rough day. The trial of music industry mogul James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond came to a close today in a Brooklyn federal court. A jury found Rosemond guilty of all 13 charges levied against him, for allegedly heading up the “Rosemond Organization.” Federal prosecutors claim the organization shipped hundreds of kilograms on a weekly basis from the West Coast, using various overnight courier services. The drugs were then shipped to New York, while the proceeds were sent back to the West Coast. Rosemond was emotionless when the jurors reached their verdict, while his family friends and supporters showed obvious signs of disappointment. “I am very disappointed by the verdict,” Rosemond’s lawyer Gerald Shargel told AllHipHop.com exclusively. “There were a lot of reasons to doubt the government’s case.” James Rosemond was the CEO of Czar Entertainment, which at its height, managed artists like Akon, Brandy, Groove Theory, Gucci Mane, Game, Michael K. Man Punches 10-Year-Old In The Face During Movie A Washington State moviegoer who took matters into his own hands after becoming fed up with children who were being too loud in a movie theatre has been charged with second-degree assault. The man, who says he thought the child he hit was an adult, claims to have asked the “people” behind him to quiet down while watching Titanic 3D with his girlfriend and became enraged after his request was met with laughter. “I got so mad that it just happened,” Yong Hyun Kim, 21, told police who arrested him the night of April 11 at the AMC Kent Station 14, in Kent, a south Seattle suburb. The 10-year-old lost a tooth and had a bloody nose in the confrontation. Kim spent a night in the Kent city jail and appeared April 12 in King County District Court and was released, said county prosecutor’s spokesman Dan Donohoe. Kim was charged May 16 with second-degree assault. If convicted, he could be sentenced to three to nine months in jail, Donohoe said Tuesday. Frickin gay thugs are no joke: The intense hunt for Luka Rocco Magnotta, wanted in the gruesome Montreal killing of a university student from China, has come to an end at an Internet café in Berlin Captain Guido Busch of the Berlin police confirmed Mr. Magnotta was arrested in the German capital on Monday afternoon. “Police were called by a person from the internet café. Colleagues went the café and arrested a person we are sure is Mr. Magnotta,” said Captain Busch. “He is in jail, and will go to a judge tomorrow. Hov and ‘Ye officially ran their song into the ground and broke their own record for most consecutive performances of their hit song, “Ni**as In Paris.” Last night, The Throne touched down in Paris, France as part of their “Watch the Throne” tour at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy. During the performance, the Throne broke their record for performing “Niggas in Paris,” tearing through the song 11 times. The pair had been increasing the number of times they perform the song during their United States tour, but took it to new heights when they hit the stage in the city that inspired the track. George Zimmerman To Turn Himself In George Zimmerman has returned to Florida and will turn himself in to authorities by Sunday’s deadline after a judge revoked his bond in the Trayvon Martin case, an attorney said. Attorney Mark O’Mara announced Zimmerman’s return on his website Sunday, saying Zimmerman arrived late Saturday evening. Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of the 17-year-old Martin, was ordered by a judge Friday to return to jail. The press release on the website said the deadline for his surrender is 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The judge revoked Zimmerman’s bond, suggesting he and his wife had not been honest about their finances. During a bond hearing in April, the couple had indicated they had limited funds. But prosecutors say Zimmerman had raised thousands through a website he had set up for his legal defense. Zimmerman’s legal team said Sunday that they will ask for a new bond hearing to address those concerns, and that they hope Zimmerman’s voluntary surrender will show he is not a flight risk. Furthermore, the money Zimmerman has raised is in an independent trust and cannot be directly accessed by Zimmerman or his attorneys, according to the press release. Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to the second-degree murder charge. He maintains he shot Martin in self-defense under Florida’s so-called “stand your ground” law because the teen, who was unarmed, was beating him up after confronting Zimmerman about following him in a gated community outside Orlando. Zimmerman’s credibility could become an issue at trial, legal experts said, noting the case hinges on jurors believing Zimmerman’s account of what happened the night in February that Martin was killed. Zimmerman was arrested 44 days after the killing, and during a bond hearing in April, his wife, Shellie, testified that the couple had limited funds available. Zimmerman took the stand at the hearing and apologized to Martin’s parents. Prosecutors pointed out in their motion that Zimmerman had $135,000 available then. It had been raised from donations through a website he had set up. They suggested more has been collected since and deposited in a bank account. Shellie Zimmerman was asked about the website at the hearing, but she said she didn’t know how much money had been raised. Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester set bail at $150,000. The 28-year-old was freed a few days later after posting $15,000 in cash — which is typical. Prosecutor Bernie De la Rionda complained Friday, “This court was led to believe they didn’t have a single penny. It was misleading and I don’t know what words to use other than it was a blatant lie.” The judge agreed and ordered Zimmerman returned to jail by Sunday afternoon. The defense countered that Zimmerman and his wife never used the money for anything, which indicated “there was no deceit.” The judge said he would schedule a hearing after Zimmerman is back in custody so he could explain himself. Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Trayvon Martin’s parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, said his clients have always said Zimmerman should remain in jail until trial.
