This weekend she was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one count of resisting arrest over the former couple’s children. The boys, ages 10 and 5, were visiting their mother in Chicago and were to be turned over to Dwyane Wade’s sister about noon Saturday so they could fly back to Miami for Father’s Day and Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Sunday when she allegedly delayed their return, according to reports. On Tuesday, Wade filed an emergency motion to suspend Funches-Wade’s visitation rights with the couple’s two children. The couple was divorced in 2010, and Wade was awarded custody of the boys in March 2011 after a bitter battle. “Sadly, it is the second time an occurrence with my boys took place on Father’s Day,” Wade said in a statement. “I am happy they are now here safely in Miami with me.” SMH. This man is a good father. He doesn’t deserve to be treated like that — especially not on Father’s Day. Foster Mother Charged With 15 Counts Of Rape Against Children This lady not only looks sick… she is sick: A former foster parent has been indicted for rape and gross sexual imposition after investigators say she sexually assaulted children in her care. A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted Barbara Brooks, 62, on 15 counts of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition. If convicted of all charges, she faces the possibility of spending the rest of her life in prison. Brooks is charged with sexually assaulting four different children she babysat between January 1, 2000 and February 27, 2007. The sexual assaults are alleged to have occurred in her homes in Mt. Healthy and Springfield Township. In April of 2011 two of the victims disclosed to the police that Brooks had sexually abused them while they were in her care. This started a police investigation that resulted in the indictment. According to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, Brooks worked as a licensed foster parent for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services from July 1996 to December 2008. She was terminated as a foster parent in 2008 when JFS and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department investigated allegations of sexual abuse. The charges could not be substantiated so no criminal charges resulted from that investigation. “These cases are always difficult to comprehend. We are glad that the victims had the courage to come forward so that we can make sure that Brooks is never in a position to care for children again,” said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters. Father Beheads Daughter For “Indecent Behavior” Ridiculous. Via CNN Police in the northern India state of Rajasthan say they were stunned when a man showed up at a police outpost holding a bloody human head in one hand and a sword in another. The head was that of the man’s daughter, chopped off because of her “indecent behavior,” Umesh Ojha, deputy superintendent of the district police, told CNN. Investigators say the man, Oghad Singh, had paraded the head through the village on his way to the police station. Singh’s daughter, Manju Kunwar, was in her 20s and was living with her parents after divorcing her husband two years ago. Her father accused her of acting indecently with other men. Authorities say Kunwar’s mother is a farmer who was working in the fields at the time and was too distraught to talk. Singh works in a marble quarry. The beheading happened on Tuesday in Dengar Ka Guda, a village in Rajsamand District about 400 kilometers, or 250 miles, from Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan. Kunwar’s head and the rest of her body were cremated according to Hindu tradition, police said. Wow.

Nye County substitute teacher arrested after sex with a student They out here, y’all: A female school employee in Pahrump was arrested Friday for engaging in a sexu@l relationship with a 16-year-old male student, Nye County Sheriff’s officials said. Amanda McGough, 31, worked as a substitute teacher and administrative aide at Pahrump Valley High and Rosemary Clark Middle School and had been involved with the student since April, officials said. Officials said the investigation began on Friday when the student-teacher relationship was brought to the attention of Nye County Sheriff’s officials. Everett Lages was arrested outside of Emerald City strip club in Murdock, Fla. on Tuesday for repeatedly calling 911 after the owner prohibited him from entering with a kitten, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s press release: When Emerald City’s owner told the 47-year-old man to leave, he instead sat down outside and called the cops, the release said. Lages appeared intoxicated when deputies arrived, prompting authorities to call him a taxi, according to the release. The kitten-carrier refused to tell the cab driver where he lived and instead kept calling 911 — despite sheriff’s deputies still being at the scene — so police arrested him. Lages is charged with misuse of the 911 system, disorderly intoxication, trespassing after warning and resisting arrest without violence. Doesn’t he realize that the kitten will not even appreciate a strip club because it is not a cat show? He only came to this club for a little p*ssy, and they wouldn’t even let it in. We hope the poor kitty got adopted by a loving stripper, remember folks always spay and neuter your pets. Source

St. Louis Men Charged With Posting Torture Photos Of Gay Teenagers On Facebook Two teenagers accused of being gay were taped to chairs and subjected to a horrific bout of abuse which was filmed and posted to Facebook, it has been claimed. The boys, aged 16 and 17, were allegedly forced to wear women’s underwear and made to undress, shower and kiss each other by at least four attackers, prosecutors say. They were also thrown down the stairs and beaten with fists and sticks at a house in Northwoods, St Louis, Missouri, on October 27 last year. Nicholas Nettles, 20, and his 22-year-old brother Brandon have had their pre-trial hearings at St Louis County Court set for later this month. Walter Worthan, 21, faces trial in August. Nicholas Nettles’ lawyer Nick Zotos said: ‘I think it’s more bullying-hazing than anything else. Or humiliation.’ Richard Lozano, Worthan’s lawyer, added that he thought his client was named because the events happened at his house. He said: ‘There may have been ‘boys-will-be-boys’ type of activity happening, but would certainly be nothing that would rise to the level of criminal activity.’ Are these lawyers serious??? What part of being beaten and thrown down stairs is “boy will be boys”?? The trio were indicted on January 25 on two felony counts each of kidnapping, felonious restraint and sexual exploitation of a minor. They were also charged with two misdemeanor charges of third-degree assault, and police are looking at whether to add charges of child pornography to the sheet. At least another two people are believed to have taken part in the alleged assault, but they have so far not been identified, the stltoday.com reports. Court documents state that a woman whose son had seen the pictures online called police the day after the alleged assault. These guys are going down hard, no pun intended. Source

4 Philadelphia Police Officers Beat 18 Year Old Boy For Running Stop Sign You all know, they don’t give a fck about us: A traffic stop turned into a brutal and bloody beating for 18 year old Marcus Warryton and it was all caught on tape. Warryton was apparently stopped by police for running a stop sign. Warryton is seen having a physical confrontation with two officers when two more officers then join in to help out and wrestle Warryton to the ground. One officer then strikes Warryton repeatedly with a baton. Another officer holds him down with his foot as Warryton bleeds heavily. Police claim Warryton resisted arrest after walking away from a car which he crashed. Police also say two officers suffered scratches and bruises to the face during the arrest. Warryton family believes he was pulled over for running a stop sign but say they are unsure of the specific charges against him. They also say Warrington is still in jail and being held on $150,000 bail. Warryton’s girlfriend told NBC 10 he has a clean background and that he was driving her car the night of his arrest, which she gave him permission to do. Finally, the family claims Warryton was beaten to the point where he now has staples in his head.
