21 Savage was arrested on Sunday in Atlanta by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement — and he now faces the possibility of being deported as a result. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the 26-year old – whose real name is Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph – is accused of overstaying his welcome in America. The rapper hails from the United Kingdom, having been born born on the Caribbean island of Dominica, a former British colony. Authorities say 21 Savage entered this country legally in 2005, but that his visa expired the following year and is now deserves to be kicked out because he was convicted on felony drug charges in 2014. “In addition to being in violation of federal immigration law, Mr. Abraham-Joseph was convicted on felony drug charges in October 2014 in Fulton County, Georgia,” an ICE spokesman said in a statement to a local Fox affiliate yesterday, adding: “Mr. Abraham-Joseph is presently in ICE custody in Georgia and has been placed into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts. “ICE will now await the outcome of his case before a federal immigration judge to determine future actions.” 21 Savage is currently in ICE custody in Georgia and has been placed into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts. First, the attorney, Dina LaPolt, said the following: “We are working diligently to get Mr. Abraham-Joseph out of detention while we work with the authorities to clear up any misunderstandings. “Mr. Abraham-Joseph is a role model to the young people in this country, especially in Atlanta, Georgia, and is actively working in the community-leading programs to help underprivileged youths in financial literacy.” Then, ICE confirmed that the artist was picked up as part a targeted operation with federal and local law enforcement partners early Sunday in metro Atlanta. “Mr. Abraham-Joseph was taken into ICE custody as he is unlawfully present in the U.S. and also a convicted felon,” reads this statement. It concluded by repeating some of the facts we mentioned above: Mr. Abraham-Joseph initially entered the U.S. legally in July 2005, but subsequently failed to depart under the terms of his nonimmigrant visa and he became unlawfully present in the U.S. when his visa expired in July 2006. Sad news out of the food world today, as beloved Top Chef star Fatima Ali has passed away at the age of 29. Ali had been battling Ewing Sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, since 2017. News of Chef Fatima’s passing was confirmed today by the Bravo network. “We are deeply saddened to share the news that Fatima Ali has lost her courageous battle with cancer,” said a representative. “Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this time. “People not only fell in love with her cooking, but fell in love with her personality and heart. We hope that the beautiful memories shared with her will provide comfort to everyone who knew and loved her.” Ali underwent surgery to remove a tumor last year, and she told People magazine that she was “technically cancer-free” while attending the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen last July. Ali seemed to suspect that her battle was far from over, and sadly, she was right. In October of 2018, Ali revealed that her cancer had returned with a vengeance in a heartbreaking article for Bon Appetit . “The cancer cells my doctors believed had vanished are back with a vengeance in my left hip and femur bone,” Fatima wrote, adding that doctors had given her “a year to live, with or without the new chemotherapy regimen.” She opted out of the chemo and instead devoted her final months to experiencing as much of life as she possibly could in the short time she had remaining. “I am desperate to overload my senses in the coming months, making reservations at the world’s best restaurants, reaching out to past lovers and friends, and smothering my family, giving them the time that I so selfishly guarded before,” Ali wrote. “I was looking forward to being 30, flirty, and thriving. Guess I have to step it up on the flirting. I have no time to lose.” A favorite among fans and colleagues on Top Chef , Ali received an outpouring of support from her co-stars after revealing her diagnosis, and now, past and current contestants are paying loving tribute to an incredible talent who was taken much too soon. “It’s with a heavy heart we say goodbye to Fatima Ali today, as she has lost her battle with cancer. I will miss you Fati, and you will be in my heart forever,” fellow chef Bruce Kalman wrote along with the above photo. “I’ll always remember the great times we had, especially our interview during the tailgating episode discussing football, stadiums, and Taylor Swift. Just over two months since her shocking death, we now know why Kim Porter passed away . The model, actress and ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs died of lobar pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner announced on Friday. The manner of death has been certified as natural. Porter shared three children with the music mogual and remained a very close part of his life, long after the pair split up as a couple. Porter had only just wished Diddy as happy birthday days before she suddenly died. For those wondering, meanwhile… “Lobar pneumonia (pneumonia) is an infection of the lung caused by bacteria,” the official report reads, explaining further: “Immune cells invade the air spaces (where oxygen is taken in), and this is accompanied with necrosis (death of cells). Pneumonia decreases the lungs ability to take in oxygen, and over time it can cause sudden death.” According to this same report, Porter went to the doctor days before she died with “cold/flu-like symptoms.” A nurse also visited her home and gave her “saline solution with vitamins.” An autopsy was completed on Porter a day after she was found dead in her home on November 15. However, her death certificate previously stated her cause of death as “deferred” and the manner of death as “pending investigation.” The toxicology report says there were no narcotic drugs or alcohol in her system. She was 47 years old. Porter was buried in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia on November 24. In audio made public from Diddy’s moving eulogy , the rapper opened up about his relationship with Porter and vowed to keep her memory alive forever. “I just want to say to my kids, Justin, Christian, D’Lila, Jessie, Chance and the other man in the house, Quincy: Your mother instilled in me this, and I pledge in front of everybody right now that I will always be there for you,” he said, adding: I will always take care of you. Diddy and Porter broke up for good way back in 2007. But they remained on such close terms over the years that they never even agreed to a formal custody arrangement. They were vital parts of each other’s lives up until the day Kim died. Quipped Diddy in his eulogy: “To the girls especially, we about to enter some different type of times. I want you to be able to talk to me about everything, and I mean everything, and I mean everything.” He continued later on: “Kim, we gonna miss you so much. But I ain’t gonna miss you too much because I’m not gonna let your voice inside of me stop talking. “I know you like to talk to me a lot once you get on those rants, and I just want you to know I’m gonna be listening.” And he concluded: “As time went on, our relationship took so many different changes, from being boyfriend and girlfriend to being lovers to being best friends to being just straight-up homies, like somebody that you know you can count on. “We just love y’all, we appreciate y’all, appreciate the family. To all the words that I’m forgetting, to anything I’m forgetting to say, we love you, Kim.”

By which we mean the following: The Game just rapped in explicit, graphic, almost abusive detail about all the ways in which he used to have sex with Kim Kardashian. At a listening party on Thursday night, the artist debuted an untitled song in which she delved deeply into his history with Mrs. Kanye West… … by talking all about how she used to take him deep. In her mouth, we mean. “I held Kim Kardashian by the throat, n-gga,” he says at one point, according to a party attendee who recorded snippets of this track on video. “I made her swallow my kids until she choked, n-gga,” he actually says at another point. To those of you who aren’t sure what this second line means, well… ask your friends or go use Google or something. Following these ridiculously intimate lines about Kardashian, The Game acknowledges her husband on the song and raps “I should apologize cause Ye my folks, n-gga.” Even if he were serious, it somehow seems here like The Game is way past the point of an apology here. We doubt Kanye would accept. This isn’t the first time the musician has used his past with Kim and/or her sisters to garner headlines, either. He rapped that he “ f-cked three Kardashians ” in his song “Sauce” and then told Wendy Williams during an appearance on her talk show: “You know what, this is what I’ll say. I’ll tell you this. Kanye is a really good friend of mine. “And they got really, really beautiful kids, and I don’t want to disrespect their family.” Again, dude: We’re pretty sure it’s way too late for that. (For the record, meanwhile, The Game clarified to Williams that he had slept with Kim and Khloe and Blac Chyna , saying this back when the latter was expecting Rob Kardashian’s baby.) Last year, Kanye went off on Drake via Twitter merely because that artist followed his wife on Instagram.’ West was simply aghast over this fact. “I never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September,” he wrote in the a since-deleted tweet, adding at the time: “Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram.” That is hard to imagine. But despite the apparent ease with which she slimmed down after giving birth, it seems Kylie’s weight loss journey has not yet come to an end. A source close to the Kardashian-Jenner clan tells Heat magazine that Kylie is adhering to an extremely strict dietary regimen — one that has her loved ones deeply concerned. The insider claims that Kylie has been limiting herself to just 500 calories per day. “Kylie has been pretty much starving herself through the holiday season,” one insider tells the magazine. “She’s obsessed with having the best figure by the time the family go on their next holiday vacation.” Yes, it seems Kylie is motivated to lose even more weight due to her sense of competition with her sisters. The source says she borrowed the 500 calorie strategy from Kim, who used a similar method to trim down after both of her pregnancies. In keeping with current diet trends, sources say Kylie is also limiting herself to virtually no carbs. “She’s already got a body most women would kill for, but Kylie seems to be taking things to ridiculous extremes,” the insider continues. “She’s living off one smoothie and a handful of nuts and hot lemon water, and not much else.” Making matters worse is the fact that Kylie’s work schedule allows little time for rest. The world is now waiting on a mea culpa from Bieber for something far more offensive than a comment he made on Instagram… … the singer really did go out and get himself a face tattoo. You likely heard rumors about this etching when word first spread about two months ago — but you likely didn’t fully believe it, either. Right? Because, let’s face it, what sort of stable individual gets a permanent etching on his or her face? Especially a face so handsome and perfect as the one that belongs to Justin Bieber?!? But tattoo artist Jonathan “JonBoy” Valena has shared a photo of Bieber’s ink, revealing on the artist the word “Grace” directly above Justin’s right eyebrow. The troubled rapper’s attorney says their side is putting together a seven-figure bail package that will give 69 homebound freedom until his trial. TMZ reports : The rapper’s lawyer, Lance Lazarro, tells TMZ … he’s putting a bail package together for the rapper in hopes of getting him sprung from the federal prison facility where he’s being held, so he can enjoy some freedom until his trial begins in September. We’re told the plan is to ask the court to set 69’s bail at $1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi’s not a danger to the community … nor is he a flight risk. 6ix9ine’s lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $1.5 mil. Liam Hemsworth has broken his silence. The actor has issued his first statement since becoming a first-time husband, posting a very short but simple and sweet message on Instagram. Along with the above image of he and Miley Cyrus hugging on their wedding day, Hemsworth wrote “My Love” this week, along with a heart emoji. We told you it was short and simple. But also: very sweet, right? The singer and the actor, who started dating back in 2009 and broke up for a bit before rekindling their romance for good in 2014, surprised fans by finally exchanging vows on December 23 . Engagement chatter had surrounded this couple for many years, but neither Miley nor Liam confirmed their plans to actually tie the knot after all this time. Not until after it transpired, that is. At that point, followers were treated to an early Christmas present when photos such as the ones above and below popped up on Instagram, making it very clear that they were now husband and wife. The aforementioned two words marked the first time Hemsworth has commented on his bride, but Cyrus previously shared another snapshot from her nuptials and wrote as a caption: 10 years later ….. On Wednesday night, meanwhile, Miley Tweeted a precious video from the night in which she danced to Bruno Mars‘s “Uptown Funk” in her wedding dress. Members from both families attended the ceremony, which took place in the couple’s Tennessee home. “They always wanted a small, private celebration with family and close friends and that’s what they got. Miley seems ecstatic,” a source told People Magazine, adding: “She loves her Tennessee home and was very happy about having the ceremony there.” But why did the celebrities get married now? What changed in their relationship? Perhaps nothing. Perhaps they just thought it was time to lock each other in for life. However, the rumor mill is churning excitedly with another possibility. Could Miley want to get pregnant ? And she figured she ought to be a wife before she became a mother? It’s possible. The young woman who entered our lives as Hannah Montana is now 26 years old. It wouldn’t be crazy at all at this point for her and Liam to have baby. We’ll keep an eye on Miley’s womb over the next few months to see if this rumor becomes a reality – and, in the meantime, we’ll just say the following once again: CONGRATULATIONS!
