Lindsay Lohan Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail

Judge allows Lohan to complete Playboy shoot before going to jail. By Gil Kaufman Lindsay Lohan arrives at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles on Wednesday Photo: Toby Canham/Getty Images Lindsay Lohan is once again headed back to the sadly familiar confines of the Los Angeles County jail. The troubled actress appeared in court Wednesday morning (November 2) and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation for not attending court-mandated therapy sessions and getting tossed from a community-service gig. According to TMZ , Lohan admitted in court Wednesday that she violated the terms of her probation from a theft case by getting booted from her community-service assignment at the Downtown Women’s Center. Judge Stephanie Sautner was adamant that she would not put up with any more slipups from Lohan, telling her, “This is known as putting the keys to jail in the defendant’s pocket … the first time you violate, you will go to jail.” Lohan will have to serve 12 days at the Los Angeles County morgue — where she’s already been logging some time — and then attend four therapy sessions by December 14. Sautner warned that if Lohan does not meet all those conditions, she will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail. Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation in October following the revelation that the actress had not completed her obligations from a 2011 arrest on theft charges . What do you think of Lindsay’s return to the big house? Tell us on Facebook! This time around, Lohan will not have the option of serving her time at home , and given the overcrowding situation in L.A. jails, she is only expected to serve 20 percent of the 30 days, or around six days. She has to complete another 12 days at the morgue and four psychotherapy sessions by January 17 and complete her community service (53 days total) and therapy obligations by March 29. If she successfully meets those obligations, her probation will be over. Shockingly, TMZ also reported that Lohan was not immediately sent to jail because Judge Sautner decided to give her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy magazine. Lohan lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge Lindsay must complete the shoot this week, which is reportedly netting her a cool $1 million. Lohan has one week to surrender and begin her fifth jail term, which is expected to start November 9. Rick Ross, Kreayshawn Don’t ‘Worry’ About Each Other

‘Things that happen outside of the music don’t really have anything to do with the music,’ says Kreay, who also squelched a feud with Gangsta Boo. By Jocelyn Vena Kreayshawn Photo: Getty Images Kreayshawn made headlines last week when she found herself tied up in a supposed beef with fellow femcee Gangsta Boo . After shrugging off the drama and declaring the pair beef-free, she opened up about why she seems to attract so much drama. “Sometimes it’s shocking just to see the amount of attention your words can have,” she told MTV News. “At the same time, it’s something you just have to deal with. In my opinion, I think media and music are two very different things, and sometimes people put them together. But things that happen outside of the music don’t really have anything to do with the music. And I’m concentrated on the music.” Of course, Kreay and Rick Ross have exchanged some words since her rise to fame, though these days, she insists that the two MCs have decided to squelch the feud. “We don’t have no problems,” she assured us. “He’s busy doing a whole bunch of things, and so am I. We’re not worried about each other.” As her profile continues to rise, the singer commented on her life as a celebrity, noting that she’s still adjusting to all the madness that goes with a career in the music industry. “Sometimes it gets scary, but then you have to think about it, [and] like everything, it’s just a new opportunity. And when things get thrown at you hella quick, then you might be like, ‘I’m not sure I’m ready for this,’ ” she said. “But everything that’s been thrown at me, I’ve basically been catching, so it’s been going really good. I think this is a great opportunity for somebody like me who is a creative and down-to-earth type of person.” Why do you think Kreayshawn attracts so much drama? Let us know in the comments! Drake Debuts New Tracks With Lil Wayne And T.I.

Weezy-featuring ‘The Motto’ and T.I.’s ‘Headlines’ freestyle unveiled on L.A. radio Monday. By Rob Markman Lil Wayne and Drake Photo: Getty Images With just two weeks until he releases his sophomore album, Take Care, Drake blessed fans in L.A. with new music when he debuted “The Motto” (featuring Lil Wayne) and T.I.’s version of “Headlines” on Power 106 Monday night. “The Motto” is believed to be Take Care ‘s last bonus track , though a track list on Zune’s website has the song as “Untitled.” Regardless of where it will end up and how it will be placed, the Weezy-assisted song is equipped with a deep rolling bass and staccato drums — a real party starter. From the first few bars, Drake throws it up for his YMCMB fam and responds to Luther Campbell’s claim that non-Miami natives Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled should pay tithes of some sort considering that they now live in the city. Drake throws a not-so-subtle nod to the 2 Live Crew legend’s jabs spitting, “Tell Uncle Luke I’m out in Miami too/ Clubbin’ hard, f—in’ women, there ain’t much to do/ Wrist bling, got a condo up on Biscayne … ain’t sh– change.” Drake also pays homage to late Vallejo, California, rapper Mac Dre , who was gunned down seven years ago Tuesday (November 1). “I’m in the building and I’m feeling myself, rest in peace Mac Dre/ I’mma do it for the Bay, OK,” Drizzy respectfully spits. For the final verse, Wayne utilizes his usual free-associative rhyme pattern with lines like “Talk stupid, off with ya head/ N—a money talks and Mister Ed” and “Ain’t sh– sweet, n—as on the streets like hookers.” For his second premiere of the night, Drake unveiled T.I.’s “Headlines” freestyle. As soon as the beat drops, T.I. makes the beat his own, adding an original flow to the popular beat. “I ball all night, go hard all day, fall deep up in your broad all day,” he starts off his verse. “I liked the record and it was spazzin’, and I felt like, ‘Let’s see what I can add to it,” T.I. told MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway about his version of “Headlines” when he visited his “Sway in the Morning” radio show on Shade 45 in October. Since being released from prison in September, T.I. has gotten on a number of high-profile rap songs like Future’s “Magic,” the Throne’s “N—as in Paris” and now Drake’s “Headlines,” and while each freestyle has been well-received, Tip admits that he wasn’t exactly commissioned to jump on the tracks. “None of these people approached me. I did it and got with them [after] and let them know that I did it.” What do you think of Drake’s “The Motto” with Lil Wayne, and T.I.’s “Headlines” freestyle? Tell us in the comments! Justin Bieber Beats Lady Gaga In YouTube Race

Bieber becomes first artist to achieve 2 billion YouTube views, one year after losing the race to 1 billion hits to Gaga. By James Montgomery Justin Bieber Photo: Frank Micelotta/MTV One year ago, Lady Gaga bested Justin Bieber in the race to 1 billion YouTube views , becoming the first artist to reach the plateau and establishing herself as the queen of social media in the process. Well, now it’s Bieber who reigns supreme, blowing by Gaga to become the first artist to rack up 2 billion YouTube views, according to social-media stats service Famecount.com . Bieber set the mark on Monday, thanks in no small part to his 1 million official YouTube subscribers, who help his YouTube site average nearly 94 million views a month. Bieber, of course, began his career as a YouTube sensation, after videos of the then-12-year-old singer tallied millions of views and caught the attention of manager Scooter Braun and Usher . For most of 2010, he and Gaga jockeyed for position atop the YouTube charts, as the clips for “Baby” and “Bad Romance” battled back and forth to be the most-watched music videos on the site. Gaga also became the first artist to have her music videos break the 1 billion mark in total online views in March 2010, and nipped Bieber in the race to 10 million Twitter followers in May of the same year. And while Bieber is now the first artist to amass 2 billion YouTube views, he still trails Lady Gaga in overall online clout . According to Famecount, Mother Monster still holds a sizable lead over Bieber in total Facebook fans (44 million to 37 million) and Twitter followers (15 million to nearly 14 million). Both Bieber and Gaga trail Eminem and Rihanna in terms of overall Facebook fans: Em counts 48 million fans, while RiRi has 46 million. ‘Glee’ Star Charice’s Father Killed

Singer confirms she’ll pull out of concerts this week to travel back to her native Philippines. By Jocelyn Vena Charice Photo: Michael Buckner/ Getty Images “Glee” star and singing sensation Charice’s father was murdered in the Philippines, and the family tragedy has prompted the singer to pull out of concerts on Wednesday and Thursday, according to The Associated Press. “I am very sorry to all my fans from Singapore,” she wrote on Twitter . “I am not going to be there to be part of David Foster and Friends concert. I have to go back to the Philippines as soon as possible to be with my family. I hope you all understand. I love you all and I will see you next year.” According to reports, her 40-year-old father, construction worker Ricky Pempengco, had been at a grocery store in San Pedro township near Manila when he came in contact with a drunk man. After he brushed up against the man, the man stabbed him with an ice pick in the chest and back. Police in the area report that a manhunt is currently under way and a reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest. Pempengco doesn’t appear to have been targeted, according to authorities. In another message to her fans, written in Filipino, the singer opened up about her relationship with her estranged dad saying, “We had a really great relationship” and “He’s still my Dad, after all.” Local reports suggest that Pempengco and Charice’s mother split when she and her brother were small. “I loved him and I will still love him,” she added about her father. Charice was first introduced to American audiences when she appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in 2008, following that up with an appearance last year. Since then, she has released several songs (“Pyramid,” “One Day”) and appeared on “Glee.” Her second studio album, Infinity, dropped earlier this year. Related Artists Charice
