My name is Pilar. I’m 16 from Argentina. My First Bieber…

My name is Pilar. I’m 16 from Argentina . My First Bieber Experience happened when Justin followed me the 25 of May.  My Second Bieber Experience started on October 9 2011, when I received an email in which Universal Music Argentina told me I was the Meet and Greet winner! I immediately called my BFF and told her we had won! Right after I called her, she came to my house and we started screaming and crying together! The 12th of October finally arrived (the concert and the meet and greet day) and we were so excited and nervous! It was 5pm when we arrived outside the stadium and we met the Universal Music Argentina’s assistant who took us to the M&G line. A couple of hours went by until the M&G line finally started moving on. When our turn came, we entered the room and  the first person we saw was KENNY and I started shouting, “OMG KEEEEENNY, KENNY I LOVE U, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU’VE DONE FOR JUSTIN”, and he smiled and hugged me and I hugged him back! Then he told me, “Okay sweetheart, you have to go over there.” And then I saw HIM… there HE was, JUSTIN BIEBER, right in front of me, smiling. I truly thought he was just a stand up figure. I actually stared at him for like 10 seconds! I just couldn’t believe it! My BFF was the first one to hug him! Then I looked at him and I said, “I LOVE U JUSTIN, I REALLY DO” and I hugged him and he hugged me back , and let me tell you, Justin’s hugs are the best ones in the entire world! After we hugged, a woman shouted, “1,2,3…” and she took the picture! After the picture, I looked him in the eyes and I told him, “Justin, this is for you”. I gave him the Argentina T-shirt I’ve bought for him, and he looked at me and with a really big and amazing smile (that only heaven can make). He said, “Aw for me? Gracias!” I was like OMG, he actually spoke to me and said GRACIAS! Kenny took us to the room exit, and I started crying SO HARD and I fell to the floor! I just couldn’t keep myself composed. I knew that, this was an experience I would never ever forget!  I also met Alfredo and he is such a sweetheart . The concert started and there it comes, my third Bieber Experience. In the middle of the concert, Justin was singing Favorite Girl and I was singing and screaming like an idiot but I didn’t care at all, I was having such an amazing time! Then a blonde woman and a black tall guy stood right in front of me, the blond woman caught my attention. I stopped singing and listened to her. She finally asked me, “QUERES SER LA ONE LESS LONELY GIRL?” (Do you want to be the OLLG?) I swear, I couldn’t believe it, I mean, OH-MY-GOD! I started screaming, “YES YES, PLEASE, OMG YES!!!!” This was the best thing that’s ever happened to me! But then a bunch of girls behind me started crying, pushing and screaming, so a police man came and shouted us, “YOU GIRLS, CALM DOWN NOW!” Then in all this trouble, the blond lady told the black guy to take me away, but the black guy took my BFF instead, not me, and he took her to the stage! She ended up being the Argentina OLLG! At first I was SO sad and upset, but then I realized it was my BFF who was there in the stage! I thanked God for this opportunity he gave to my BFF and I started singing and filming her!  She came back, and we hugged each other so hard, and we cried together! I love her, and she deserved this so much!  Well… this was my BIEBER EXPERIENCE. I truly thought the chances of meeting Justin and also to been asked to be the OLLG were million to one. I’m from Argentina and I thought it was impossible for me to meet him but my dream came true. Dear Beliebers YOU WILL MEET HIM! JUST KEEP TRYING HARD and well… NEVER SAY NEVER   -@AwwBieberFever  Here is the video of my BFF as the OLLG! Here is the original post: My name is Pilar. Kanye West and The Jetsons Movie — Two Great Tastes That Taste Great Together?

Among the many stream of consciousness topics Kanye West brain-dumped in his epic Twitter session Wednesday night — his professional frustrations, his fashion aspirations, his new design company aimed at picking up where Steve Jobs left off — was a brief mention of one curious film project in particular. “I was just discussing becoming the creative director for the Jetson [sic] movie and…” Wait, WHAT? The Jetsons , as in the long-gestating live-action Jetsons movie? And Kanye would have a hand in making this happen? Mr. West, you’ve got my attention now. If Kanye’s Jetsons project is the one I think he’s talking about, it’s the live-action reboot that’s been kicking around for years, once scripted by Adam Goldberg ( Fanboys ) with Robert Rodriguez attached to direct. Rodriguez went on to make Spy Kids 4 instead and the project hasn’t surfaced much since, so West’s Tweet is the first indication in a while that the thing’s actually back on track. Unfortunately, details on what exactly this “creative director” position would be were lost in West’s Tweet-crazy haze of thoughts on the creative process and the limits celebrity have imposed on his artistic freedom, or whatever. “Being a celebrity has afforded me many opportunities but has also boxed me in creatively,” he wrote, also noting that he hasn’t bought new jewelry in two whole years. See? You don’t know Yeezy! But anyway, those Jetsons plans: I was just discussing becoming the creative director for the Jetson movie and someone on the call yelled out.. you should do a Jetsons tour! This just happened a few hours ago. I was very insulted of course becuase for anyone that’s seen the Watch the Throne Tour… Or Coachella or Glow in the Dark or Runaway.. you know I have real ideas… Not that West seems to be interested in anything but forward momentum, but a Jetsons movie along the aesthetic lines of his space-toony Takashi Murakami-designed Graduation album would be kind of awesome. In the least, it would make the very idea of a Jetsons reboot vaguely palatable. But while that idea would be cool and all, how can West possibly fit that in with the huge world-changing plans he Tweeted out last night, which include:

Iowa Caucus Near-Tie Energizes Romney, Santorum Supporters

Results estimates show top three GOP presidential candidates, including Ron Paul, each winning seven delegates in crucial first primary. By Gil Kaufman, with reporting by Andrew Jenks Mitt Romney Photo: Jewel Samad/ Getty Images DES MOINES, Iowa — Everybody loves a winner, but sometimes not losing is the best you can hope for. After finishing in a near dead heat in the crucial first primary in the nation, Tuesday night’s Iowa caucus , supporters of Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum were both feeling very good about their candidates’ finishes. With Romney coming out on top by a grand total of eight votes, his camp couldn’t exactly shout from the rooftops, but, well, a win is a win in the closest race in Iowa caucus history. After overseeing the caucus meeting at Drake University earlier in the night, student Sam Pritchard said at the Romney results party at the hotel Fort Des Moines late Tuesday that the evening belonged to the longtime GOP presidential frontrunner. “It’s been a good win for Romney … and it’s going to provide him with the momentum he needs to win the rest of these primaries,” Pritchard said of the candidate who had not spent much time in Iowa until a few weeks before the caucus. “If he did this in two weeks, what can he do for the rest of the year? … It’s exhilarating.” Though CNN reported that the bulk of Romney’s votes came from caucusers 65 and older, Pritchard said that like third-place finisher Ron Paul’s pull with young voters, the former Massachusetts governor could do the same. “If you look at the Ron Paul campaign and why a lot of the youth voters like him, some of it applies to Romney as well,” he said. “He’s a Washington outsider, and he’s coming at it as somebody who wants to reform the system. By appealing to the moderates and independents, he can really capture the youth vote .” As a college student who is going to need a job when he graduates, Pritchard said he’s counting on Romney’s private-sector experience turning around companies to help him find employment when he leaves college. Santorum spoke to his faithful at a celebratory gathering well before the final vote tally was announced. Santorum staffer Ryan Rutt, 26, called the night “very exciting.” “Either way, it’s been a huge success,” Rutt said. “One way or the other, definitely a success for the Santorum campaign. Obviously, would love a big win, but this evening has been really exciting for all of us.” Also reveling in the unexpectedly come-from-nowhere near-win for Santorum was fellow staffer Jonathan Gehman, 29, who said he’s cast his lot with the classic-conservative family-values candidate because of Santorum’s conviction, positive campaigning and emphasis on faith and family. “This could completely change the climate of the election right now, especially because you look at the top three and you have three very different people,” added Joel Charles, 27, speaking of Santorum, Romney and libertarian third-place finisher Ron Paul . While MTV News’ PowerOf12.org correspondent Andrew Jenks told the Santorum team that he’d been getting blasted all Tuesday night by his young Twitter followers about the former senator’s hardline stances against abortion and gay marriage, Gehman said he agreed “100 percent” with Santorum on those social issues. “I think there’s a lot of young people in America with the same convictions,” he said. “I don’t think it’s as exciting to speak out that way … but I think there’s a minority that is silent, and if they’d speak up, we would be the majority.” By Wednesday morning (January 4), CNN estimated that, of the 25 pledged delegates at stake in Iowa, Romney, Santorum and Paul each won seven, further muddling the bragging rights coming out of the nation’s first presidential primary. All three candidates will now turn their attention to New Hampshire, where the fight will start all over again in the headlong rush to next Tuesday’s primary. MTV is on the scene in Iowa! In Iowa Caucus, Young Voters Could Be Crucial

First electoral event of the year takes place Tuesday, and MTV is on the scene. By Gil Kaufman Ron Paul campaigns in Iowa Photo: Justin Sullivan/Getty Images When it comes to presidential politics, Iowa is #1 in line, no matter what. Though it only serves up around 1 percent of the national delegates in presidential contests, pundits and political junkies have looked to the Hawkeye State for more than 40 years for an early indication of who will represent the party in the race for the White House. With President Obama facing no Democratic challenger in his bid for a second term, all the attention at Tuesday’s Iowa caucus will be focused on the Republicans vying to come out on top in Iowa: Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Rick Perry and Jon Huntsman. As of press time, libertarian rabble-rouser Paul was in the lead, in part due to his dedicated core of young supporters. Frequently ignored by the national media, Paul is an enigma in this year’s GOP field thanks to his views on legalizing drugs and abolishing the departments of Education and Commerce, among others. But according to the latest Public Policy Poll , Paul was leading the pack at 23 percent, followed by Romney at 20 and the fast-fading Gingrich at 14. Not surprisingly, Texas congressman Paul is well ahead with voters under the age of 45, with 33 percent of their likely votes compared to Romney’s 16. But the Huffington Post reported that what remains to be seen is whether those hard-partying college students intent on casting their votes for Paul will show up to the caucuses after whooping it up on New Year’s Eve and slowly making their way back to campus after the long winter break. Unlike most of the primaries over the next few months and the general election, Iowans will not walk into a voting booth and pull a lever, punch a card or swipe a touch screen to help vault one of the candidates into an early lead. In a quirky throwback to a previous time, they’ll gather in meeting halls, school gymnasiums and even living rooms to hash out their choices, a scenario that could be disorienting for young voters who may be casting ballots for the first time. With 1,774 caucuses statewide, any registered voter can show up at his or her local caucus meeting after pre-registering as a party member. Once there (the events begin promptly at 7 p.m. and last about an hour), they’ll hear bids from representatives of the candidates and then chat with friends, neighbors and strangers about the strengths and weaknesses of the various candidates as well as about issues that concern them. After everyone has said their piece, they’ll vote in a paper-ballot straw poll and choose their delegates to the state convention. Those 40 Republican National Convention delegates don’t have to immediately declare which candidate they support, but the press will quickly declare a winner based on the percentage of delegates won by each candidate. Unlike in years past, most of the leading candidates for the GOP nomination have not lavished the same kind of attention on Iowa that past presidential hopefuls have. That’s likely the reason why a recent Iowa State University/ Gazette/ KCRG-TV9 poll found that with just one week to go, nearly 38 percent of respondents said they were still trying to decide their vote, with another 34 percent saying they were leaning one way and only 28 percent locked in on the candidate they were definitely supporting. In other words, no matter who has the lead going into Tuesday night, there could be a major upset in the making if the candidates’ last-minute barnstorming blitzes have a big impact on Iowa voters used to lots of face time with their candidates. Plus, the winner doesn’t always take the prize, as in 2008, when former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee came in first in Iowa , despite Romney’s lavish spending of around $12,000 per vote. That’s why candidates have historically spent months and months meeting Iowa voters and introducing themselves over and over in order to pass the most crucial Hawkeye exam: the likability test. Once the dust clears, after months of campaigning and 13 televised debates, the national press will anoint a legitimate front-runner and a number of the candidates with the lowest totals will likely hang it up.
