Rapper Gunplay has turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest on armed robbery charges, his attorney and this cute photo at the station confirm. The warrant was issued in May, listing “robbery” as the crime. No other details about Gunplay’s alleged offense are listed. Lawyer Mike Grieco says “Gunplay voluntarily surrendered today without incident. There’s been an open arrest warrant for armed robbery with a firearm.” Not even two weeks ago, Gunplay was involved in the massive BET Awards brawl with 50 Cent and his crew. This armed robbery case is not related. However, the rapper was advised by his attorney to turn himself in after the fight with 50 Cent , after which he threatened to kill Fiddy and his entourage. He was not charged in that incident, however it drew attention to the active warrant for his arrest in Miami, so he headed down to the station there. More details to follow as the story develops …
Pasquale Rotella, the man who got Holly Madison pregnant , is facing a laundry list of criminal charges that could land him behind bars for up to 13 years. The founder and CEO of Insomniac, a producer of electronic-music concerts, has been indicted for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest. He was one of six people charged in a corruption case stemming from $2.5M in alleged backroom deals surrounding raves at L.A.’s Memorial Coliseum. Rotella has maintained his innocence throughout a 13-month investigation. Back in April, his attorney said Rotella “has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.” He called the charges “completely baseless and flat-out wrong.” The attorney added that the charges are “politically motivated and publicity driven. Mr. Rotella will vigorously defend himself to clear his good name.” For the sake of Holly Madison and her baby, we hope that’s true. Rotella is out on bail and will back in court September 25 for a pre-trial conference.
Chris Brown and his attorney have responded to the multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against him and Drake for their alleged role in the bloody brawl…
Revenge is a hell of a thing In a shocking display of what unbearable grief can drive a person to do, a father has been arrested for allegedly plotting to murder students and administrators at his deceased son’s high school. Rainer Klaus Reinscheid, a 48-year old professor at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), began his alleged crimes in March after his 14-year-old son was disciplined at school, KTLA reports. The teen, who attended University High School in Irvine, later hanged himself in Mason Park Preserve. When the Orange County Register reported on the suicide, several readers commented that they knew the teen and that he had been bullied. However, the Irvine police said they did not find any evidence of bullying. Reinscheid allegedly started five fires at his son’s high school, at the home of an assistant principal from the high school and at the Mason Park Preserve. Between July 4 and July 24, Reinscheid is accused of setting newspapers, fireplace logs, brush and vegetation, a book, and a plastic porch chair on fire. Reinscheid, who taught at UCI for 12 years, was first arrested on July 24 at around 1 a.m. in the park where his son died. Officers had seen him allegedly trying to set a blaze with newspaper and lighter fluid, CBS reports. The father posted $50,000 bail the same day and was released. However, Irvine police detectives Friday found emails on Reinscheid’s cellphone to his wife and one to himself in April and re-arrested him that evening, the OC Register reports. The emails explained in graphic detail his plan to burn down University High School, buy guns, murder school officials and students, commit sexual assaults and eventually kill himself. When asked if he was working alone or targeting a certain group of people, Orange County Deputy District Attorney Andrew Katz said to the Associated Press, “I can only at this point tell you, he laid out in sufficient detail plans to purchase guns and murder lots of people.” This sounds like this sadistic man finally found a perfect excuse to do things he always wanted to do. This dad has clearly gone off the deep end due to his son’s death, but do you think his bereavement will help his case? Source

She may be putting on a Poker Face at the moment, but Lady Gaga must be in a foul mood today after MGA Entertainment slapped the singer with a $10 million lawsuit because the manufacturer alleges she and her management company backed out of a deal between the two sides. MGA claims Gaga acted in “bad faith” after initially agreeing to include a voice chip with the doll and have it ready for sale by Christmas. Now, the company believes, Gaga is attempting to delay the item’s release to coincide with her new album in 2013. In its Manhattan Supreme Court suit, MGA asserts that Gaga and her team “engaged in intentional and deliberate delays” to prevent it from meeting its summer deadline with distributors. Lady Gaga has not seen the court documents, her spokesperson tells The New York Daily News , but is “confident she will prevail.”
The moron who chased Justin Bieber around a Los Angeles freeway earlier this month might soon pay for his actions in court. As previously reported, the artist was pulled over on July 6 for driving around 80 miles per hour, but witnesses confirmed he was doing his best to speed away from multiple members of the paparazzi who were after him for photographs. According to the City Attorney, a freelance “journalist” named Paul Raef was at the head of that pack and he’s been charged with: Two counts of following another vehicle too closely and reckless driving, with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain. One count of reckless driving. One count of failing to obey the lawful order of a peace officer. If convicted on all charges, Raef could face up to one year in jail and fines of $3,500.
Manhattan Montessori Principal Gets Up To 7 Years In Prison Relationship With Underage Student This lady looks like she could probably pull a decent man of age, but hey, she must like the young meat… She tried arguing that she “faints” and has anxiety, and even that her boy victim had enjoyed it. But there was no mercy yesterday for Lina Sinha, the beautiful former headmistress of an Upper East Side Montessori school, who was finally sent away to serve at least 2 1/3 years in prison for her twisted and damaging sex affair with a student who was just 13. “This is a woman of every advantage, and she preyed on her victim for years,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Carol Berkman said as the predatory ex-principal stared glumly down at the defense table. “She hijacked his life as a child,” the judge said of the victim, who grew up to be a New York City cop and had compellingly taken the witness stand, describing years of trysts on class furniture and in a field-trip van with the Montessori School of New York headmistress he called “Miss Sinha.” “She did try to destroy his life,” the judge said. “So time has passed, but the victim has not regained the childhood the defendant has stolen for him, and I presume he never will.” Sinha, 46, had remained free on bail, pending appeal, for the five years since a Manhattan jury convicted her of a depraved predation that might never have been exposed. The victim came forward only as a police officer in training, after he finally broke off their nine-year “relationship” in 2004 and Sinha embarked on a rampage of vengeance against her former boy toy, including making bogus accusations of assault and rape and repeated 911 calls and Civilian Complaint Review Board allegations. “This case came at great personal embarrassment to him,” Assistant District Attorney Robert Hettleman, chief of the Manhattan DA’s child-abuse unit, said of the victim, whose courage he praised. The victim, whose name is being withheld, was a Queens-based, 24-year-old rookie when he testified against Sinha in 2007, and remains a cop, Hettleman said. Sinha spoke briefly, and tearfully, at the proceeding, wasting not a word on apologies or regrets. Instead, she went on about how difficult the past eight years have been for her and her family, and the great sacrifices she had made to become an educator, given her family’s money and “the many doors open to me.” “Most people thought I did a very good job” in education, she told the judge. “If you deem it fit for me to go to prison, then that is what I will do,” she said. “I have gone through their life savings,” she complained, referring to her family. “I have gone through my life savings a long time ago.” Sinha tried through veteran defense lawyer Gerald Shargel to argue for a reduction in sentence. She suffers from glaucoma and diabetes, and has fainting spells and anxiety problems, Shargel told the judge. This lady sounds like a trip. Her perverted azz needs to be locked up for preying on young boys like that. Source
72-Year-Old Voiceover Actor Fired From PBS After Being Arrested For Lewd Acts Fred Willard is learning the hard way that you can’t just willy nilly pull your willy out in public… Within hours of news that Fred Willard was arrested for lewd behavior in an adult movie theater, he lost a television job. The comic actor, 72, was dropped Thursday from his voice-over gig on PBS’s Antiques Roadshow spinoff, Market Warriors. “Given the unfortunate news reported today, effective immediately, Fred Willard no longer will be involved with the Market Warriors series,” Jeanne Hopkins, a rep for WGBH, the Boston public broadcaster that produces the show, said in a statement. Willard’s duties on the program will be taken over by Mark Walberg, host of the show. Damn, son got fired from doing VOICEOVERS? Is it really that serious? Willard has denied the allegations via his attorney : “With all due respect to the individual officer,” attorney Paul Takakjian tells TMZ , “our belief is that Fred did nothing in any violation of any law. We will be working vigorously to clear his name in this matter.” SMH… Keep that “working vigorously” at a distance please. Source
