Sage Stallone Cause of Death Remains Unknown

The mystery behind Sage Stallone’s death will, unfortunately, remain unsolved for at least another month or so. An autopsy has been performed on the 36-year old son of actor Sylvester Stallone, who was found dead in his home on Friday, but a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner tells CNN it still requires the results of toxicology tests. This typically takes six weeks.

Shook Ones: George Zimmerman Wants A New Judge In Fear That He Won’t Receive A Fair Trial

George Zimmerman’s Defense Team Requests A New Trial Judge Former self-appointed neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman is now requesting a new judge be appointed to handle his murder trial. George Zimmerman, accused of murdering 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, filed a motion on Friday to disqualify the judge that will preside over his case, citing his fear that he will not be given a fair trial. Zimmerman, via his attorney, Mark O’Mara, filed the 17-page document with the Seminole County Circuit Court. The motion is a response to Judge Kenneth Lester’s July 5 order that set $1 million bail for Zimmerman and claimed that Zimmerman had “flaunted the system” and practiced “deception upon the court.” It was the second time Lester granted Zimmerman bail. Lester revoked a previous $150,000 bail in April after prosecutors presented evidence that Zimmerman and his wife misled the court about how much money they had available by speaking in code on phone calls. Prosecutors added that Zimmerman initially lied about the existence of a second passport. O’Mara recently tried to appeal to the judge that Zimmerman was confused and fearful back in March when the alleged deception occurred. In a second bond hearing in June, O’Mara reiterated that Zimmerman had voluntarily turned himself in to the court and now was completely open regarding his financial ability. Lester, however, in that July 5 bail order, remained skeptical of Zimmerman’s motives and expressed irritation at being lied to. He accused Zimmerman of manipulating the court and even suggested that if Zimmerman had the opportunity he would have fled prosecution. In Friday’s motion, O’Mara wrote that Lester’s order was indicative of a bias against Zimmerman, saying that the judge’s statements were “disingenuous, self-serving manipulations.” First you want out of jail, now you want a new judge. This dude sure has a lot of “requests” for a murderer who’s out on bail. What’s next? Smh. Source

Thugs Give Hugs: Missouri Prosecutors May Formally Charge A Man “Jack The Gripper” Who Has Conned 36 Women Into Giving Him Unwanted Hugs!

WTF?! LMAO!!! Missouri Man May Face Charges For Giving Women Unwanted Hugs Missouri prosecutors are trying to decide whether to charge an alleged serial hugger who pretends to know women and cons them into giving him a hug. So far, at least 36 women have come forward to complain about unwanted hugs, and one woman said the man also kissed her on the lips during their embrace. Police have not released the name of the man, but the Riverfront Times, a St. Louis weekly, dubbed him “Jack the Gripper” or “John Wayne Embracey.” One St. Louis suburb arrested him on probable cause, but released him an hour later. Most of the women who have come forward called police in Des Peres, Mo. According to their reports, the alleged hugger typically approaches women while they are shopping by themselves, pretends to know them as a former neighbor, and then asks for a hug under the pretense that it is his birthday, Des Peres Detective Marshall Broughton said. “He’d say, ‘Hi, remember me? I lived down the street in the corner house. How ya been?’” Broughton said. “Obviously [the women] didn’t remember him, but he did it so quickly and convincingly that they felt embarrassed that they didn’t know him.” Des Peres police identified the man, who is 44, but did not arrest him because of uncertainty about whether his actions were criminal, Broughton said. The alleged hugger showed up at the Des Peres police department with his attorney on June 20 after police requested that he come in for questioning. He made no statements at the meeting, Broughton said. Oh, but the hilarious fawkery doesn’t end there… Before he could leave, however, he was handcuffed by police officers from nearby Warson Woods, who had conducted a photo lineup in which a witness readily identified him, Warson Woods Police Chief Robert Stanczak said. Warson Woods police questioned him for about an hour before letting him go, Stanczak said. Des Peres and Warson Woods police have reported the hugging incidents to St. Louis County prosecutors, who will determine whether to pursue third-degree assault charges, among others. While county prosecutors may determine that the hugger’s actions did not violate state law, Stanczak said they clearly constituted assault under Warson Woods municipal ordinances. According to Stanczak, four women reported being hugged by the man in Warson Woods, three of them in parking lots. Stanczak said the hugger sometimes varied his approach, once allegedly approaching a woman in scrubs and pretending to have met her at the hospital while his wife was giving birth. He sometimes exploited name tags on uniforms to feign knowledge of women’s names, once calling a woman named Susan “Susie,” he said. Aww this guy just wants a lil love….ROTFLMAO Would you ever file charges against a man who gave you an unwanted hug?? Image via Shutterstock Source

SMH: Brooklyn ADA Keeps Job After Facebook Pics Of Him In Blackface, Stimulating Prison Sex, And Confederate Flags Surface

Brooklyn ADA Keeps Job After Facebook Pics Of Him In Blackface SMH, this guy seems real “mature”… An embarrassed Brooklyn prosecutor apologized yesterday after pictures surfaced online of him posing in blackface and a Rasta wig and simulating a jailhouse rape. Assistant DA Justin L. Marrus — whose dad is Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Alan D. Marrus — took down the offensive photos, which were posted on Facebook in 2006. “This is something he did about six years ago while he was in college,” said DA spokesman Jerry Schmetterer. “He apologized. He admits it was childish and inappropriate.” District Attorney Charles Hynes accepted Marrus’ apology, said Schmetterer. In one picture — from an album called “Halloween” — Marrus mugs it up in a tie-dyed T-shirt, dreadlock wig, shades and blackface, according to the Gothamist Web site, which first reported the story. “What part of Jamaica you from mon? da beach mon,” the caption reads. A second photo — from an album called “Courthouse for 4th of July’’ — shows Marrus, now 25, and another man simulating sex in what looks to be a cell with white bars. “While in prison . . . made me do unspeakable acts with . . .” the tasteless caption reads, with the two names blurred out by the Web site. Marrus, who lives in his parents’ Manhattan Beach home, declined to comment. His father faced a storm of criticism in October 2010 when he gave a DWI cop who killed a woman only 90 days behind bars. The senior Marrus incredibly defended himself by noting that the victim had been boozing herself. And of course he kept his job. Source Pics via Gothamist

Mother-Daughter Duo Popped For Role In “Nigerian Internet Romance Scam”

Colorado Mother-Daughter Duo Indicted For Online Dating Scam A mother and daughter in Colorado were indicted for their role in a “Nigerian internet romance scam” in which associates in Nigeria posed as members of the U.S. Armed Forces and stole over $1 million from 374 victims. Tracy Vasseur, 40, and her mother, Karen Vasseur, 73, of Brighton, Colo., about 21 miles north of Denver, face a hearing on Tuesday in the Adams County District Court. The Colorado Attorney General, John Suthers, said the two were part of a scam since 2009 that “lured unsuspecting women to internet dating sites by posing as members of the U.S. military serving in Afghanistan. The Vasseurs’ 374 victims over a three year period were based throughout the United States and from 40 other countries.” The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a government organization that refers cyber crime complaints to law enforcement agencies, says people 40 and older who are divorced, widowed, or disabled are most likely to fall prey to online dating scams. ABC News previously reported on other victims of these fraudulent Romeos, like Joan Romana from Lynbrook, N.Y. and Esther Ortiz-Rodeghero, a widow from Castle Rock, Colo. The Vasseurs were indicted of 20 counts in violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, money laundering and theft in a 27-page document filed by Suthers’ office. Tracy Vasseur faces up to 205 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Karen Vasseur faces up to 172 years in prison. “After a phony relationship was established, victims were asked to send money and were led to believe that the soldiers would use the money to retrieve property, travel to the U.S., and pay other expenses,” the attorney general’s office said in a statement. The mother-daughter duo worked with associates in Nigeria, wiring most of the stolen money to them and kept about a 10 percent cut “although they would often receive less,” the indictment stated. The Vasseurs sent stolen money addressed to 112 different names in Nigeria, but most often to “Olamigoke Ayodeji.” They also wired money to individuals in Ecuador, Great Britain, India, United Arab Emirates and the U.S. “After a relationship was established, the purported military member would begin asking the victim to send money to an ‘agent’ in Colorado,” primarily through electronic fund transfer services like Western Union or Money Gram, according to the indictment. “Among other reasons, victims were frequently told that the money they sent would pay for satellite phones, so that the victim and the perpetrator could talk directly to each other, or for travel expenses, so that the “soldier” could take authorized leave from duty to visit the victim in the U.S.” The money transferred was usually over $10,000 and as high as $59,000, according to the indictment. According to the attorney general’s office, the two recruited family members of friends to participate. Tracy Vasseur allegedly used her then 16-year-old daughter to fraudulently receive stolen money and then wire it to Nigeria as part of the scam over a year because Western Union had restricted her access, according to the indictment. The indictment stated the grand jury is aware of “one or more individuals residing in Nigeria” who were involved in the scam, “but is unable to affirmatively identify them at this time.” The Vasseurs established 20 personal and business bank accounts at 11 local banks for the purpose of laundering the stolen money. SMH. They had it poppin with those poor lonely ladies’ money. Source

Bye Beyotch! Jerry Sandusky On Suicide Watch After Guilty Verdict In Molestation Trial

We heard it’s nice this time of year in hell Jerry Sandusky was put on suicide watch after being found guilty of 45 criminal charges related to the sexual assault of 10 boys over a 15 year period. Sandusky, 68, was put in protective custody in an area separate from other inmates as he waits for his sentencing, CNN reported. He will be under close watch until that hearing. In addition, Sandusky’s defense team announced plans to appeal the verdict that will likely put the former Penn State assistant football coach in jail for the rest of his life. Sandusky was convicted Friday of 45 of 48 counts related to the abuse, after two days of jury deliberation. Those close to him — even his attorney — were almost certain the man would be convicted. They should just release him into the general prison population. End of problem. Source

George Zimmerman Jailhouse Phone Calls Released; Wife Told to Move Money, Buy Bulletproof Vest

Audio recordings from phone calls George Zimmerman made in jail in April were released on Monday by prosecutors in the Trayvon Martin case. The six conversations are part of the state’s evidence alleging that he and his wife, Shellie Zimmerman , misled the court during his April bond hearing. The former neighborhood watch volunteer is charged with killing 17-year-old Martin in February. Zimmerman said he shot Trayvon in self defense. George Zimmerman Jailhouse Calls A judge released him on $150,000 bond after the couple testified they had little money. But the calls recorded after his arrest tell a different story. Zimmerman is heard coaching his wife and sister on moving tens of thousands of dollars donated to his legal defense fund to another account. During one jailhouse conversation, George Zimmerman tells his wife how much it means to him that strangers were donating to his PayPal account. “Ah man, that feels good,” he said. Prosecutors say the phone calls are proof the Zimmermans had access to nearly $130,000 when he was freed. After his wife was able to transfer funds, Zimmerman told her to pay off nearly all their bills and to buy bulletproof vests for her, him and his attorney. “We need to get on it ASAP, cause you know … personally, I want you wearing one,” Zimmerman said from the Seminole County (Florida) Jail. “OK,” she replied. “As uncomfortable as it is, I want you wearing one,” he said. Zimmerman, who was wearing a vest back when he was released on bond, also discusses a possible escape route and renting two cars to throw off the media, possibly driving into a hotel with an attached garage or heading to an airport to fly to “heaven.” In one conversation as the two are planning a possible escape route, Zimmerman talks about going to a hotel like the Western he stayed at in Tampa, and that if he is in a car he could wear “his hoodie” and lie down as they are driving away. Zimmerman was ordered back to jail earlier in June when the judge learned of the money from the defense fund. His wife was arrested and charged with perjury related to her testimony about the family’s finances. Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara has said repeatedly that the couple was not deceptively trying to withhold information from the courts. They were merely concerned for their safety and unclear about whether he could even use the money yet, and thus whether to report it. The couple show their affection for each other throughout the calls, to be sure, as George Zimmerman warns his wife repeatedly to stay safe. He will seek to be re-released on bond , however unlikely that is.

Doug Gotterba, Alleged John Travolta Gay Lover, Looking to Pen Tell-All Book?

The pilot claiming he had a six-year gay affair with John Travolta is negotiating to reveal all the details in an explosive tell-all book, reports say. Doug Gotterba was John’s pilot in the ’80s, and according to Doug, his former secretary and Doug’s ex-boyfriend, he and the actor were lovers. The Enquirer reports that Doug already has two writers lined up to help him tell his story, “confirmed his desire” to expose everything he knows. “It could be a marriage-ender,” an insider told the Enquirer , saying that the book could be career-crushing and devastating to John’s wife, Kelly Preston. “Even though she wasn’t married to John at the time, she’s already been terribly humiliated by this ugly scandal that doesn’t seem to end.” “A book by a man who John carried on with for years could simply be too much.” After all, it follows a month that saw two masseurs come forward to slap John with lawsuits – later dropped – claiming he was sexually aggressive. Since then, more men have stepped forward claiming much of the same, though the actor vehemently denies all allegations via his attorney. [Photo: WENN.com]
