It’s only been six months since Amber Heard and Johnny Depp finalized their divorce , but Amber has wasted no time in leaving her painful past behind her and moving on with someone new. Nothing helps you get over an old love like a new love, and that’s true times several billion when your rebound dude is none other than Elon Musk. Musk, as you’re probably aware, is the tech genius and entrepreneur behind Tesla and Space-X. His net worth is estimated at about $14 billion. Between being ludicrously wealthy and having access to all of the coolest toys on the planet, we imagine he knows how to show a girl a good time. Musk reportedly took an interest in Heard several years ago while she was still married to Depp, but either he never made a move or she rebuffed his advances for obvious reasons. Whatever the case, Musk reportedly served as a shoulder to cry on in the months following her divorce, and as is so often the case with this sort of scenario, one thing quickly led to another … Heard and Musk traveled to Australia together last week, and yesterday, she made their relationship “Instagram official” with the pic above. Rumors about Heard and Musk dating have been circulating since January, but the couple repeatedly insisted that they were “just friends.” Maybe that was really the case, and they only got romantically involved in recent weeks. But we have our doubts. Amber and Elon are both famous, and they’ve both endured brutal, highly-publicized divorces. We doubt they would go public with their relationship unless enough time had passed for them to both know they’re in it for the long haul. There are concerns amongst Amber’s fans that she’s repeating the sort of tendencies that led her into a destructive relationship with Depp. Like, Johnny, Elon is older, fabulously wealthy, and known for having a short temper. All celebrities must trade some privacy for a lot of wealth. You get to live your dream of working as a very successful recording artist and, in exchange, you must eat lunch while sort of being treated like a museum display. You’ll need to sit down for this one, you guys! The Bachelor: Australia is even more controversial than its U.S. counterpart. Georgia Tripos — a contestant on the most recent season — has apparently spearheaded a drug ring and has been selling cocaine and amphetamine on Craigslist . According to 9 News, a contestant on the reality series found herself arrested last week for running a drug ring with her friend, Kristiana Karakostas. That’s nowhere near as scary as anything we’ve ever heard about a contestant on any of our tame-in-comparison editions of the franchise. It’s downright crazy. Her cover job on the series was that she worked a real estate agent, but it just so happens that her partner crime also works there. Are estate agents not paid well in Australia these days? The part about Craigslist is particularly hilarious when you consider the fact that selling drugs is, like, not allowed. Maybe she was looking to gain recognition for her little side venture and thought appearing on The Bachelor would drum up some interest for her business. Tripos has allegedly been granted bail and is allowed to live with her mother and stepfather in Melbourne and has been summoned to appear in court on July 7. We’re sure she’ll make a tidy sum of money if she opts to sell some stories to magazines about her part in the ring. The police have to confirm the story, but they did release a statement with some tidbits of information. They confirmed that two women were found “with a large quantity of drugs” in Melbourne last Wednesday. Tripos was a memorable contestant during her stint on the series and lashed out at producers when she was given the boot from the show. It’s been three months since Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo got married , which means that by Duggar standards, they’re about two months and twenty-nine days overdue for a pregnancy announcement. We kid, of course. Modern Duggar women are permitted to enjoy married life for a while before they get knocked up – and by “a while,” we mean like 8 to 10 months. So it should come as no surprise that Jinge and Jer are already speaking publicly about their plans to start a family. The couple spoke with People magazine about married life in a recent interview, and of course, Jinger was asked about when we can expect her to be expecting. After a honeymoon in Australia , the Vuolos have settled in Laredo, Texas, where Jeremy was living before he and Jinger met. Not surprisingly (like Scientologists, Duggars aren’t allowed to express negative emotions), Jinger says they’re both loving married life, and she’s adjusted to her new city with ease. “We have just so perfectly adapted, it’s been incredible,” she tells the magazine. “The biggest blessing.” Jinger is the first member of her family to permanently relocate outside of Arkansas, but she says she hasn’t found living so far from the Duggar compound to be as difficult as she’d imagined it would be. “We FaceTime, and there’s always a family group message sharing what’s going on,” says Jinger, 23. “It’s been joyous.” She adds that visits are just “a flight away.” Jinger concedes that she misses her family, but also says that she’s made friends easily in Laredo. “I’ve definitely connected with the ladies here, and they have been so gracious,” she tells People. Of course, the big question on everyone’s mind is: when will Jinger get pregnant ? On that subject, the 23-year-old decided to play it a little coy: “We are just enjoying our life together,” says Jinger, adding: “We will see what the Lord does.” Okay, so not a ton of new information, but the fact that she’s willing to discuss pregnancy (In promotional interviews like this, the questions are usually vetted in advance.) means the topic is very much on her mind.
