I was going to put this in today’s Superhero Bits but it’s simply too kick-ass to hide there. Up until now, if you’ve been following spoiler set photos from The Avengers, you’ll know that all we’ve really seen is Chris Evans as Captain America. Today, however, videos of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) joining Cap on the Cleveland set came online. And, well, wow. Paul Haggis and Brendan Fraser Win Crash Lawsuit Against Producer Bob Yari

In long forgotten lawsuits news today, a judge has ruled in favor of Crash director Paul Haggis and star Brendan Fraser who allege that the film’s producer Bob Yari relied on “creative accounting” as part of an intentional ploy to withhold money from Haggis, Fraser and co-writer Bobby Moresco. More details about the four-year-old lawsuit surrounding the Academy Award-winning film below.

Movies and Marvel Entertainment , ” Why would you post the final scene of a movie? ” Answer: It’s only part of the post-credits sequence that ends Captain America , released in order to get audiences back into theaters to see the full Avengers -related final post-credits tease. But, still: Why ruin the ending of the movie you’re actually selling right now? [Watch the spoilery clip after the jump.]

Pacific Rim Sets July 2013 Release Date

The summer of 2013 just got a little more exciting: Warner Bros. has announced that they’ll release Guillermo del Toro ‘s sci-fi action pic Pacific Rim on July 12, 2013. The alien invasion film is set to star Idris Elba , Charlie Hunnam , and Charlie Day, and begins filming this November. Del Toro has described the Travis Beacham-penned project as his biggest film to date, so expect a summer monsterpalooza, del Toro-style. [ Deadline ]

Avengers Stuntman Injured During 30 Foot Fall
