The Bachelor’s 18th season on ABC is just a few episodes old, but already, one Bachelorette looks to be rising to the top of the competition: Nikki Farrell. Soothsayer Reality Steve suggests that Farrell may just turn out to be the “villain” – the least liked woman in the house on Season 18 of The Bachelor . The magazine featured outspoken teenage sensation Lorde on the cover, someone who has feuded with Selena Gomez , who is nominated for a number of Grammys and who recently befriended Taylor Swift. The Australian singer is on record as saying Swift is so “flawless and unattainable” that she actually sets a bad example for young girls… but Taylor still sent Lorde a bouquet of roses after “Royals” soared to number-one. “I was floored,” Lorde tells Rolling Stone of the gesture. His attorney, Mark Heller, is quoted as saying that a custody battle is looming between the two, and that the father of eight is looking to raise the stakes. Heller says Jon will “most likely” be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement. Jon Gosselin Suing Kate? In other words, he can opt to have the children stay with him instead if he chooses, yet Kate Gosselin has never given her ex that privilege, Heller says. Early this morning in Miami Beach, Justin Bieber was arrested for drunk driving. But that’s not all. TMZ now reports that the artist was booked for drag racing because his people actually sectioned off a residential street specifically so Bieber could go up against Khalil, a rapper who was also arrested at the scene. Justin was also charged with resisting arrest because he refused to take his hands out of his pockets when ordered to do so by police.
