Usually when I think of the Cannes Film Festival, I think of a bunch of stuffy movie premieres. So Maxim just released their Hot List for 2015, and as you can see, they went with Taylor Swift at #1. And don’t get me wrong, I like Taylor as much as the next leg-obsessed pervert, but still, when I think of the hottest woman in the world, I think of someone like Xenia Deli or Julia Pereira or last year’s #1 Candice Swanepoel .
