Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Meek Mill Releases More Info About Upcoming Album In a profile published yesterday by Vogue , Meek Mill confirmed that his new LP will be dropping on November 30. Now we’ve got even more news on the upcoming project, including the official album title. The Philly rapper revealed both title and the cover art for the project through a tweet and an IG post he put up on Friday afternoon. “CHAMPIONSHIPS – 11/30” Meek tweeted between two trophy emojis, confirming that Championships to be the title for the project, along with the November 30 release date. This recent announcement comes shortly after teasing the LP’s release date as he took part in a criminal justice reform discussion at Georgetown University only a week ago. Though he confirmed the date of release in the aforementioned Vogue interview, he didn’t talk about the title of the album in the piece–but he did speak about dealing with the terms of his probation while fighting for criminal justice reform with big names like Jay-Z. “We’re taking a superhero approach, where we’re trying to do amazing things . . . things that have never been seen before,” Mill told Vogue about the group’s mission. “We started with a bold number, saying we’re trying to help free a million people, and we’re not saying free a million people out of prison. Half of these people are on probation or parole, or on cash bail and things like that.” Beyond just a release date and cover for the highly anticipated project, he also previewed his upcoming collaboration with Cardi B. In the video that accompanies Vogue’s piece, Meek can be seen playing a clip from his new album, and confirms the track is with the Bronx rapper. In the latest case of white people calling 12 on Black folks for minding their own muthaf**kin’ business, we have Christina Cabral, a Dunkin Donuts owner in Fairfax, VA. According to Yahoo! , Cabral is accused of racially profiling Tirza Wilbon White when she came into the store, as she has for two years now, and sat down to log-on to the information superhighway. “I had just sat down when a woman I had never seen before walked up and asked, ‘Are you going to buy coffee?’” White, 46, a former assistant professor at the University of Maryland and mother of two, tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “I told her I planned on buying coffee after I got settled, but not if it were mandated.” Tirza posted three videos of her interaction with Cabral on Facebook so that we could all see exactly what happened when she confronted her. The Rewind Episode 16 On the latest episode of “The Rewind” hosts Landon and DJ Franchise talk Mahershala Ali’s new movie Green Book. In it, Ali plays a famed pianist who has an Italian bodyguard played by Viggo Mortensen to protect him on a concert tour in the Deep South. Franchise LOVED the film and gave it a 10/10 even comparing it to Denzel’s portrayal of Malcolm X. “I’m a street bully when it comes to movies, I’m a street bully when it comes to music but […] this movie was tremendous and I really think people should check it out. I’m a big fan of Green Book,” said Franchise. They also discussed Sade “shining up her crown” for the track “The Big Unknown” from The Widows soundtrack before paying homage to the late, great Stan Lee. Tamery Mowry & Adam Housley Bury Late Niece Alaina Tamera Mowry and husband Adam Housley are in our thoughts as they buried their late niece on Thursday, November 15. 18-year-old Alaina Housley was a victim in the Thousand Oaks shooting that left 12 dead at the Borderline Bar & Grill after a Marine Corps veteran opened fire . After catching wind of the mass shooting, Tamera went on Twitter to respond to a tweet from Alaina’s roommate, as the young woman said Alaina was missing. Soon after, Alaina’s family confirmed her untimely death, saying in a statement : “Our hearts are broken. We just learned that our niece Alaina was one of the victims of last night’s shooting at Borderline bar in Thousand Oaks. Alaina was an incredible young woman with so much life ahead of her and we are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner. We thank everyone for your prayers and ask for privacy at this time.” Now, Tamera and Adam have laid their beautiful niece to rest. Tamera wrote on Instagram yesterday: “Today we lay you to rest sweet angel. I’ll miss you forever and your sweet smile. Until we meet again This quote was sent to me by my friend David. When I am having a challenging day, I cling to it.” Adam previously wrote on his own account: He was so excited to give you these flowers and as today as we celebrate his 6th birthday he says you are in his heart Alaina. Man Charged With Driving Two Autistic Kids Into Ocean A Los Angeles area man is finally jailed and charged with drowning his two kids and attempting to kill their mother after a 2015 “accident”. His arrest was delayed due to “insufficient evidence”, but last week, the FBI made it’s move after a thorough investigation according to reports. According to the NY Daily News , Ali Elmezayen, 44, allegedly killed his two children, ages 8 and 13, when he drove his car off of a Los Angeles wharf. Elmezayen purchased “several accidental death insurance policies” amounting to $6 million covering himself, his kids and his domestic partner, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Central California. The accused paid $6,000 a year to maintain that coverage, despite earning less than $30,000 a year. Sketchy AF! Reportedly Elmezayen’s domestic partner couldn’t swim and was also a passenger in the car. She was rescued by a fisherman who witnessed the crash. So sad. May those innocent children rest in peace.

The newest addition to RHOA was on Wendy Williams this week and spoke on a number of topics including her Bravo debut and her fellow housewives. Things got especially interesting however when Eva spoke on her “ Deuces” baby daddy Kevin McCall whose been an absent father in her daughter Marley Rae’s life. Eva once again affirmed that Marley’s real dad is her new husband Michael Sterling. “What’s amazing to me is that he thinks that biology is more important than being present,” said Eva. “Like, Marley knows her dad [Michael]. He picks her up from school. He gives her her life lessons. That’s her dad.” Not only that she also added that because of his “extremely dysfunctional behavior”, he’s not in a safe space for himself or others so he shouldn’t be around their baby girl. Back in January Eva told Essence that she has no relationship with Kevin and is keeping it that way. “We don’t have a relationship. He’s blocked on all my social media. I have full custody of my daughter and her dad is Michael Sterling, so he is a blast from the past and a memory. I do not let him affect my day-to-day in any shape, form or fashion, but I do pray him success, and moreso than anything, peace of mind. Marley is the priority, the biggest priority of my life, outside of my newest child and my fiancé. And at the end of the day, despite personal feelings, she deserves a level of stability, tranquility, and sanity.
