Source: Tim Mosenfelder / Getty Nelly Thinks His Sexual Assault Accuser Should Reveal Her Identity According to The Blast , Nelly is demanding that the “Jane Doe” accusing him of sexual assault reveal her true secret identity instead of keeping her name secret from the public. Nelly filed court docs earlier this past week seeking for a Missouri sexual assault lawsuit to be dismissed stating, “Without first petitioning the Court to do so, Plaintiff filed her complaint anonymously, standing behind that anonymity as she makes serious allegations that the Complaint makes clear that she is aware will receive public attention.” The rapper claims the “Jane Doe” has previously pulled this stunt in the past, and he believes the woman should not be allowed to hide from public scrutiny. In November, “Jane Doe” reportedly sued Nelly for what she claimed to be sexual assault following a 2017 concert overseas. The woman claims after meeting Nelly backstage, he exposed himself and began masturbating in front of her before allegedly forcing his erect penis inside her mouth. Jane Doe says she didn’t go to the police originally because she felt no one would believe her. But would later give her statement after the reached out to her personally. Jane Doe is also suing Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson. The lawsuit alleges defamation because of comments she made on social media
Source: The Washington Post / Getty Trump Fires All Undocumented Workers From Golf Club According to the Washington Post , Trump reportedly fired a large group Latin American workers at Trump National Golf Club in Westchester County, N.Y. because they are undocumented immigrants. On Jan. 18 employees were allegedly “brought in one-by-one to speak with a human resources representative and were fired from their jobs.” These people were described as being “longtime members of the golf club’s staff, having won employee of the month awards and having a set of keys to Eric Trump’s vacation home.” Trump reportedly kept that same energy in regards to his feelings on immigrant works, and go rid of employees that working for him for 10+ years. Gabriel Sedano, one of the employees who was fired, had been working at the club since 2005. “I told them they needed to consider us. I had worked almost 15 years for them in this club, and I’d given the best of myself to this job,” he continued. “I’d never done anything wrong, only work and work. They said they didn’t have any comments to make.” During the series of terminations, employees were informed that the company had audited their immigration paperwork, documentation they had provided years earlier. After it was discovered that their paperwork was falsified, the representative said, “Unfortunately, this means the club must end its employment relationship with you today.”

In it, BuzzFeed reporters allege that Trump directed his longtime attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Buzzfeed cites two federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation of the matter. They add that Cheeo allegedly supported Cohen’s plan to visit Russia during the presidential campaign in order to personally meet President Vladimir Putin and jump-start the tower negotiations. They allege also that Cheeto’s children Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr. were also WELL aware and received “regular, detailed updates about the real estate development from Cohen, whom they put in charge of the project.” Mueller is allegedly well versed in the matter and it seems like “Individual 1” is on borrowed time. “Special counsel Robert Mueller noted that Cohen’s false claim that the project ended in January 2016 was an attempt to “minimize links between the Moscow Project and Individual 1” — widely understood to be Trump — “in hopes of limiting the ongoing Russia investigations.” Now the two sources have told BuzzFeed News that Cohen also told the special counsel that after the election, the president personally instructed him to lie — by claiming that negotiations ended months earlier than they actually did — in order to obscure Trump’s involvement.” The whole thing is glorious and worth a read. Source: Kazunori Nagashima / Getty Teacher Fired Over Slavery Lesson Plans To Sue For $1 Billion A white public school teacher is planning to sue New York City for $1 billion after she was fired over a controversial lesson on slavery. Patricia Cummings was fired back in October after complaints about the highly unorthodox teaching method, which left some students feeling humiliated and singled out. She was accused of having black students lie on the floor while she stepped on their backs among other things, leading to her demise. But on Thursday, Cummings insisted that she initiated the lesson in her class at MS 118 in the Bronx in good faith–and only one student and her parent out of the entire class objected. Her firing–and all of the online criticism to go with it–has rendered this woman permanently unemployable, she said at a press conference alongside her lawyer, Thomas Liotti. “I have no career at this point,” she claimed. Cummings filed a $120 million lawsuit in Suffolk County, where she lives, against a slew of defendants ranging from the city Department of Education to Mayor Bill de Blasio to media outlets. But Liotti said they plan to build a $1 billion class-action case with other teachers claiming similar forms of reverse discrimination. Cummings said she was initially cleared after an internal school investigation but that the case was revived after media reports on the incident. The teacher also said her suit will be supported by the testimony of a black teacher at the school who witnessed the lesson and reportedly found it effective. Sure, Jan. “That 20 seconds of a teachable moment changed my life,” she said, also adding that she was bombarded with emails calling for her murder and dubbing her a racist. “Anyone who has met me knows I don’t have that bone in my body,” she claimed. “I was brought up — you treat everybody the way you want to be treated.” Liotta argued on Thursday that the lesson only drew objections because of his client’s race.“How does the City of New York expect to attract effective teachers when people like Patricia Cummings have to go through this kind of abuse?
