Author Robert Hoffman, Kate Gosselin’s arch-nemesis, is re-releasing his explosive tell-all book exposing the infamous reality mom he loves to hate. Or just full-on hates. Speaking out in the wake of Gosselin’s TLC special, Kate Plus 8: Sextuplets Turn 10 , Hoffman reveals there are shocking new allegations in the book. Asked why he decided to re-release the book that he had pulled from Amazon amid his legal battle with Kate, he said, “ I don’t like bullies . I don’t think anyone does.” “I don’t think anyone wants to live in a country where the people who can afford the best lawyers should get to automatically control the narrative, whatever that may be.” “I believe people have a right to hear all sides of a story. Not just the side that the people with the most money want to shove down their throats.” “People are smart enough to make their own decisions based on the facts. I think it’s time for all the cards to be put on the table and to let the chips fall where they may.” Kate previously sued Hoffman and Jon Gosselin , her ex-husband, claiming he had a hand in the book, namely hacking into her computer and stealing her identity. Hoffman claims in the book that Kate beat her kids with a wooden spoon and was cruel to the family animals, leaving them in their cages for hours, unfed. “There is much new information in the new book as well as the original horror stories,” Hoffman said. “Things appear to have only gotten worse for the children.” Gosselin adamantly denied all claims, but Hoffman stands by them, saying, “I don’t want to live with a ‘what if’ hanging over my head where children are concerned.” Hoffman’s Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, The Rise and Fall of a Reality TV Queen is available now on Amazon with a print edition coming soon. Kristen Stewart Threatens To Sue Joan Rivers Over Insult In New Book “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart may get the last laugh as she’s threatening legal action against E! Fashion Police host Joan Rivers for comments made in her new book. via Jezebel Kristen Stewart has allegedly gotten litigious with Joan Rivers — does the Twilight malcontent think this is wise? Rivers told paparazzi cameras (via New York’s Daily News and TMZ) that Stewart’s lawyer contacted her lawyer over the comedian’s a passage in her upcoming book, Diary of a Mad Diva. In the humor project which debuts next month, Rivers writes: “Many stars only do one thing well. Of course, the best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director’s balls.” Naturally, Stewart is upset while Rivers says it’s just a joke. “She obviously didn’t read our disclaimer, which is that it’s a comedy book.” Rivers closed by saying Stewart should be glad she isn’t a Kardashian — today, more specifically Khloé — because they’re mentioned “a lot more in the book” as are a number of other female celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Lena Dunham and Taylor Swift. The 81-year-old comedy veteran also said that she doesn’t care about Stewart’s legal threat, she’s going to keep the controversial passage regardless. Sounds like Joan might have to cough up some stacks…

O.J. Simpson Manager: He Didn’t Even Write "If I Did It"!

O.J. Simpson’s longtime associate and former manager Norman Pardo says the disgraced NFL star got a raw deal, particularly involving If I Did It . He spoke out again Tuesday, on the 20th anniversary of Simpson’s infamous arrest for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Pardo claims O.J. didn’t write the controversial book If I Did It , the 2006 tome which explores how Simpson would’ve hypothetically probably killed people . If he did it, that is. If. Personally, we feel that this alternate title and cover (above right) would have been more appropriate under the circumstances, but alas, we digress. According to Pardo, Simpson agreed to claim authorship of If I Did It after being promised a $600,000 payout by NewsCorp and its subsidiary ReganBooks. “I remember when that book was coming out. O.J. called me. He said, ‘Here’s the deal,’ because it was in the news that he was going to do an interview.” “I said, ‘O.J., don’t do it, it’s stupid.’ He said, ‘Hey, they offered me $600,000 not to dispute that I [wrote] the book.’ He said, ‘That’s cash.'” “I said, ‘They’re going to think you wrote it.’ He said, ‘So?'” “‘Everybody thinks I’m a murderer anyway,'” the Juice reportedly told Pardo then. “‘They’re not going to change their mind just because of a book.'” Amid public outcry, the project was yanked, and in 2007, the family of Ron Goldman acquired its rights to satisfy the 1997 wrongful death suit against O.J. So what creep was actually behind the words in If I Did It? “A ghostwriter for [the book’s publisher] wrote the book. [O.J.] was going to do an interview to say, ‘ I wrote the book , blah blah blah,’ and they give him money,” Pardo said. O.J.’s right about one thing in that people do believe he probably killed people – exonerated in the eyes of his Lord as he may be (in his warped mind). That book? Dame Dash probably could have warned him about this… Jay Z Splits With Longtime Business Manager John Meneilly Reports from Jay Z’s circle claim he has split with his business manager John Meneilly, who helped Hov build his RocNation empire from the ground up. Via NYDailyNews : Jay Z and Solange Knowles may have (publicly at least) squashed whatever beef led to their now-infamous elevator brawl, but Hova and his longtime business manager are over. Music industry insiders exclusively tell Confidenti@l that Jay Z has cut ties with John Meneilly, who helped build the “Empire State” rapper’s empire. According to one well-placed music industry insider, Meneilly didn’t want to go, “It wasn’t his choice.” Though a second source close to the split described it as “amicable and mutual” and says the agreement was made “a couple months ago.” While Jay Z has always been reluctant to call Meneilly his “manager,” he referred to his once trusted confidant as his “consigliore,” according to Forbes writer Zack O’Malley Greenburg, who literally wrote the book on the Brooklyn music mogul. Seth Rogen on Justin Bieber: I Hate That Motherf–ker!

Seth Rogen ripped Justin Bieber as “an obnoxious piece of sh!t” back in March and now it seems he’s not quite done ragging on his fellow Canadian. Rogen sat down with Howard Stern today and explained his distaste for the Biebs: “He’s a good example of someone you meet, who you think you’re going to hate and then you get to hate him.” Rogen goes on to say that Bieber “lives up to every one of your expectations” of how terrible he’ll be. Harsh words! And believe it or not, it gets worse! Rogen refers to Bieber as a motherf*cker and a “dick” and says his time with Zac Efron on the set of his upcoming film Neighbors only served to highlight what a jerk Justin is. Seth describes Efron as having the “humility” that Bieber lacks before finally concluding: “F*ck this kid!” So we guess it’s safe to say Seth won’t be partying with Bieber and Rob Ford at any Toronto hot spots in the near future. Oh, well. He may have lost a potential Canuck friend, but Rogen is certainly gaining plenty of fans by tearing JB a new one.
