Can you blame Tasha? Tasha Marbury Was Nervous Shooting Basketball Wives Between Tami Roman Floyd Mayweathering chicks, the bottle throwing and bags upside the head, we understand Tasha. According to S2S Magazine Tasha Marbury is ready to make a name for herself on season 5 of “Basketball Wives”! You might not know much about Tasha, but you’ve probably heard of her huby Stephon Marbury. After wrapping a season with the Boston Celtics in 2009, the former NBA player announced that he’d signed a contract to play with the Beijing Ducks out in China. But with season 5 of VH1′s hit reality show, Tasha is hoping that people will get to know the woman behind the man. “I decided to do ‘Basketball Wives’ this year because I wanted to kind of step out of my husband’s shadow, and I thought it would be a great experience,” Tasha explained. “And to do something new.” Tasha had some jitters while filming early on because she’s seen past seasons, and she knew that the cast can definitely throw down. Keeping that in mind, Tasha expected there to be some friction heading into her shooting schedule. “I was really nervous, the first three or four times that I filmed. I didn’t know whether there was going to be fighting or things thrown at [me],” Tasha confided. “I just didn’t know what to expect. I just prayed about it.” The newest “BBW” revealed that although she’s tried to keep the peace while on camera, she’s not going to be anyone’s push over. “I’m trying to walk a thin line where I’m not fighting or arguing, or saying the wrong words,” she said. “I mean, I’ve said a few curse words, but I haven’t had any fights!” Check out the video below. According to US Magazine Listen up, Justin Bieber! Mark Wahlberg has been there, done that — and more — and he has some free advice for you. In a live webchat with U.K. newspaper The Sun, the Pain & Gain star jokingly offered up a few nuggets of his own hard-won wisdom for the 19-year-old singer, who’s had a recent spate of bad press. “Justin, are you listening? Don’t be so naughty, yeah?” Wahlberg quipped in a faux British accent. “Be a nice boy, pull your trousers up, make your mum proud, yeah? Stop smoking all that sticky icky, you little bastard.” Then, taking a more serious tone, the father of four added: “He’s a kid. Let him live his life. I would hope that he would look at it like I wish I looked at it and think, ‘You know what, now is the time to be focused and to be disciplined and to be the best that I can be in this career.’” Wahlberg, 42, speaks from experience, having struggled with substance abuse and criminal charges when he was a teen. Bieber’s offenses, by comparison, don’t look so bad to the actor. “He’s a teenager living in a different day and age…I was in prison before I got a record out, and I don’t think he’s been to prison, and I don’t think he wants to go,” Wahlberg told The Sun. “He’s a nice enough kid.” That said, fame can be a slippery slope, the former rapper warned. “You’re going to be a teenager, but if you’re being a teenager in the spotlight, then you’re going to be criticized for it,” he explained, citing Bieber’s young, female fanbase. “This career can be short-lived — you might as well be the best you can while you’re doing it.” Wahlberg — who has been in talks to do a movie with Bieber — doled out some similar advice to the star during an interview with Vulture in April. “I think it’s best to put down the phone and Twitter and all that stuff, and just be a little more low-key right now,” he said. “Because they’re watching every move he makes, everything he says, and less is more. Man Has Forced Sex With Woman Then Reads Newspaper According to Mail Online A Massachusetts man wanted for allegedly kidnapping and having forced sex with a homeless woman in the woods has been caught after he was discovered sitting naked by a stranger’s pool. Anthony Vega, 49, of Pembroke, was arrested and charged in connection to the Saturday sex assault after he ended up in Phyllis Darling’s backyard. Darling said she spotted Vega sitting on a chair by the pool on her property and reading a newspaper, wearing nothing by a towel. The alarmed homeowner called police to remove the intruder. Vega was taken to Brockton Hospital for a check-up, where it was revealed that Vega is a suspect in forced sex. The victim, a 34-year-old homeless woman from Boston, told police that Vega approached her at the Dudley Square MBTA station early Saturday morning and offered her a ride to a motel in Dorchester, the Boston Herald reported. Instead, however, police said Vega drove for three or four hours, taking rural roads that the women did not recognize. The 34-year-old attempted to escape and even take control of the steering wheel, but Vega reassured her that he did not intend to hurt her and just wanted to ‘make love,’ according to police. Vega allegedly brought the unnamed woman to a wooded area near Hanson, where he held her down and raped her. The 34-year-old woman punched her alleged attacker in the face and eventually was able to flee, but not before writing down his name and license plate number on her hand. After making her way through the woods to a road, the woman stopped a passing motorist, who agreed to drive her to Hanover, according to the Boston Globe. She then contacted police to report the forced sex and picked out the 49-year-old Vega from two photographic line-ups. The woman also identified his car, which was found abandoned in Hanson. We all knew it was coming, right? Between her affection for strip clubs and her grabbing of crotches , it was only a matter of time before Miley Cyrus nude photos surfaced. And now they have… but perhaps not in the way you anticipated. Cyrus is the latest celebrity to strip down for Marc Jacobs’ “Protect The Skin You’re In” campaign, which raises money for cancer research. She’s posing naked on the front of a t-shirt that just went on sale, with all profits going toward this cause. “Ts are available at 9 Marc Jacobs boutiques including SanFran, LA, Chicago, New York, Boston, & Savannah GA!” Miley Tweeted today. Past stars that have taken part in this fundraising campaign by donning their birthday suits on clothing include Naomi Campbell, Victoria Beckham, and Dita Von Teese. According to ESPN Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is holding what authorities say appears to be a gun in several surveillance photos that were released Thursday and had been recorded shortly after his friend was shot to death. The photos taken from Hernandez’s home surveillance system are contained in more than 100 pages of court records released by Attleboro District Court. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old Boston semi-professional football player whose body was found June 17 in an industrial park about a mile from Hernandez’s home. Lloyd was shot five times. The pictures show Hernandez in his basement holding a gun shortly after Lloyd was killed, an affidavit released Thursday says. The surveillance was cut off within minutes. Other photos show what authorities say is Hernandez in his living room, a few hours before Lloyd’s killing, also holding what they believe is a gun. Police say Lloyd was killed with a .45 caliber gun, but it has not been recovered. The previously sealed documents were released after several media organizations, including The Associated Press, filed motions seeking access and Judge Daniel O’Shea agreed Wednesday that they are public records. Defense attorneys have objected to the unsealing of the records, saying it is “systematically undermining” Hernandez’s right to a fair trial. The affidavit in support of the arrest warrant for Aaron Hernandez was unsealed Thursday. These documents contain explicit language. PDF Also Wednesday, O’Shea sided with prosecutors who asked to delay a probable cause hearing for Hernandez to give them more time to present evidence in the murder case to a grand jury. That hearing was rescheduled for Aug. 22. Hernandez will continue to be held without bail until then. Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated Lloyd’s killing because he was upset at him for talking to people Hernandez had problems with at a nightclub a few days earlier. They say Hernandez and two associates, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz, drove with Lloyd to the North Attleborough industrial park. Authorities have not said who fired the shots, but documents filed in Florida portray the former Patriot as the triggerman. According to the records, Ortiz told police that Wallace said Hernandez fired the shots. The Patriots released Hernandez within hours of his arrest. A&E has announced that Season 4 of this overwhelming hit will kick off with a one-hour installment on Wednesday, August 14 at 10/9c. It will feature all the members of the Robinson clan with whom we’ve grown familiar over the past couple years, along with a new cast addition: Alan Robertson, the one beardless Duck Dynasty brother . Duck Dynasty was the number-one unscripted series on cable last season, averaging an incredible 8.4 million viewers per week. That also made it the number-two series on ALL of cable behind The Walking Dead . Jack Osbourne Petitions Rolling Stone to Donate Profits From Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Issue

Jack Osbourne has started a petition urging Rolling Stone to donate all of its profits from the new issue featuring a Dzhokhar Tsarnaev cover story. The magazine ignited national outcry when it unveiled its August cover, humanizing the man allegedly behind the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. Seeing Dzhokhar Tsarnaev a la Jim Morrison or Bob Dylan on the cover sparked more than a few boycott efforts , but Jack came up with an alternative. His petition on Change.org encourages Rolling Stone to donate all profits , retail and ad-based, from the current edition’s sale to the bombing victims. “Glamorizing a suspected terrorist on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine is not controversial, it’s just wrong,” the son of Ozzy and Sharon writes. “Innocent people have been killed or injured by his alleged actions. There is no justification for awarding him a cover traditionally reserved for entertainment icons.” “It is this kind of action that encourages other sick individuals to act out in hopes of earning notoriety or martyrdom for their cause,” Jack adds. Osbourne points out that his petition is not in response to the cover story, which explores in detail how Tsarnaev went wrong, but the cover itself. “We support the first amendment and the freedom of the press, but we do not support glorifying suspected terrorists in this manner,” he insisted. “The innocent victims, their families, the first responders, and the people of Boston are the ones who deserve to be honored and remembered.” The petition has quickly generated more than 25,000 signatures of support, but whether the pop culture publication considers the idea is far from certain.

7-Eleven Joins Rolling Stone Cover Boycott

Rolling Stone’s Dzhokhar Tsarnaev cover story has inspired an ever-growing list of boycotts among retail outlets, including now by 7-Eleven stores. The chain is joining the outrage at Rolling Stone , which put Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the cover with a piece on his life leading up to the Boston bombing. A rep for 7-Eleven, Inc. says that it “will not sell the August 1 issue of the Rolling Stone magazine” inside any of its 1,700 company-operated stores. There are another 5,900 franchised stores, and the rep says they’ll also urge those franchise owners to pull the issue spotlighting the alleged terrorist.
