Charlie Sheen is serious about paying Brooke Mueller zero child support if at all possible, and is evoking the name of a longtime co-star to boost his case. The actor filed legal documents requesting the massive change in child support – $55,000 to $0 – because Brooke doesn’t even have custody of their boys. While she’s in and out of rehab, Bob and Max are living with Sheen’s other ex-wife, Denise Richards, who’s already getting support from him. In court papers, Charlie references Jon Cryer’s divorce , in which his ex-wife was arrested in ’09 for alleged child abuse and temporarily lost custody. Charlie claims Cryer requested his support payments be reduced from $10,000 per month to zero, and the court granted that request, setting a precedent. Sheen also reveals that he earns more than $740,000 a month (before taxes), more than enough to cover $90,000 a month in expenses on all his homes. Also, Charlie says he foots the bill for ALL the kids’ expenses – therapy, medical, schooling, and more – on top of that $55,000, and will continue to do so. His point? I take care of the kids anyway, and Brooke Mueller clearly isn’t using that $55,000 a month to do so, as she doesn’t care for them anyway. A judge has yet to rule.
This is just wrong . Girl Kicked Off Football Team According to Mail Online A girl who was a starting player for her school football team in sixth grade has been told she won’t be allowed to try out again next year because the boys on the team will lust after her. Maddy Paige, 12, was the starting defensive end for her Locust Grove, Georgia middle school’s team last season and even made four sacks. But school officials recently told her parents that she won’t be allowed to play on the team next year. Maddy’s mother Cassy Blythe is now livid with Strong Rock Christian School and is trying to get administrators to reconsider. I was told that the reasons behind it were one, that the boys were going to start lusting after her and have impure thoughts about her and that the locker room talk was not appropriate for a female to hear even though she had a separate locker room from the boys,’ Blythe told 11Alive. But things didn’t always seem so unfair. When Maddy first started on the team, she said she felt completely accepted. ‘I was put at defensive tackle, first string, the coaches were really proud. My teammates, a pat on the back every time,’ she said. And she deserved those pats on the back. The young girl was first string for a reason. ‘The first sack I made,’ Maddy said, ‘all the parents in the stands thought it was one of their boys…but they looked at the roster and saw it was me and I got amazing whoops and hollers.’ Then, as quickly as it had been given to her, the gift of getting to play with the boys like she’d always wanted was taken away. ‘It’s like taking my dream and throwing it in the trash,’ she said. Blythe agrees. ‘They let her have that cake,’ Blythe said, ‘and then they took it from her and they smashed it.’ If the girl can play, let her play. It’s a shame to be living in 2013 and this kind of crap still goes on. SMH.
If you are into your favorite SI Model, Nina Agdal, the girl robbed from the cover thanks to Kate Upton’s viral internet fame, because print magazines are struggling and you gotta milk the cow that is bringing all the boys to the yard as hard as you can to sell copies…. Or more importantly, if you are interested in her best instagram pictures from the last two months, that seem to just be a lot of pictures from her photoshoots you’ve probably already seen, only in far lower lower quality after being run through filters… Then you’ll like this creepy gallery of her best pics from the last 2 months that I didn’t compile, because I have better things to do with my time than stalk and catalog these twats making a fortune based on awesome bodies…now wait, I don’t….I got nothing better to do than that. I’m pathetic.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey had “A Manzo of Her Word” but it was a little boy who stole the show. We recap the smiles and tears in this week’s THG +/- review. Someone completely stole the show this week and it wasn’t a housewife. It wasn’t even one of their husbands. It was a little boy who learned to say I love you, Mommy . Plus 50 . To be honest at first it appeared that little Nick was only repeating the words to get the lollipop but when Chris Laurita said that it had been over 18 months since his wife had heard those words from her son, I couldn’t help but be moved, no matter what the child’s motivation. Housewives usually doesn’t require its audience to use that part of the brain, nevermind their hearts. It was almost disconcerting. Not to fear. There’s still plenty of the normal nonsense to fill the hour. Especially when we get to visit with Teresa and her kids. At least they weren’t cursing at one another this week. Plus 18. But can any of them communicate without screaming? Gia seems to think she’s in charge. Milania basically tells everyone else where to get off, and Gabriella looked like she was zoning out as a means of escape. Minus 12. I couldn’t say that I blamed her. Caroline’s daughter, Lauren said that the Guidice kids were being raised by wolves. I think that might be an insult to wolves. They have more sense . Teresa’s still hanging out with Kim D. Minus 22. Why is this woman back on my TV screen? These shows always breed the hangers on, looking for more than their 15 minutes of fame. Caroline called a summit meeting with Teresa and then she ordered an iced tea. You’d think alcohol would be mandatory to get through that meal. How funny was it when Caroline told Teresa that she was sent by Joe and Teresa shot back with, “He’s really scraping the bottom of the barrel.” Plus 18 . Teresa was right. Caroline is preachy but she’s also right. Life is short. Why let the stupid stuff take over? Now if she could only use that advice to mend fences with her own sister. And what is up with Fran? She looked like a heavier clone of Dina. And she moved in along with her stray pets. Minus 8 . Caroline’s husband Albert is a saint. Is there any way they can write Kathy out of the show? She’s generally boring and her husband Rich has become intolerable. Even Kathy seems to have grown weary of his frat boy antics. When Kathy told her husband that she was trying to raise Joseph to be a gentleman, all i could think was that it would have helped if she’d married one. Plus 13 when she tells her daughter to stick with school so she’ll have better options than Kathy did. Of course if we lost Kathy then we’d also lose Rosie. Hmm…I’m not sure where that lands in the points system. Did Rosie really have to join in on the guys poker game? Just because she’s a lesbian doesn’t make her one of the boys. Minus 9. But then we wouldn’t have had Joe Gorga telling Rosie she couldn’t write off all men if she’d never tried one. That earned a serious eye roll but I wouldn’t expect anything less from Joe. Of course he needs to start expecting less. Mush less when it comes to selling his giant McMansion. A 10,000 square foot house on 2 & 1/2 acres. Minus 15 . It sounds like someone was overcompensating. It was funny to watch the faux marble crumble and the fixtures fall off as Joe and Melissa crowed about their masterpiece. And shouldn’t their realtor have told them that having their kids around for the open house doesn’t make it feel more homey…it reminds people that it’s your home. Minus 10. But I think I’ll keep my $3.8 million in the bank and out of the Jersey real estate market, at least until next week. Episode total = +11! Season total = +29!
Tonight on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki will have to decide between Brooks and Baby Troy. Will she run away for a weekend with her lover or will her loyalty to Briana win out? We know what we’re hoping for. And it’s certainly not more screen time for Brooks. Find out who Vicki chooses as we recap tonight’s episode with our THG +/- review! Tamra and Heather kick off tonight’s episode with a glass of wine and a little girl talk. Heather felt that Gretchen and Slade’s behavior at Hot in Cleveland was disrespectful and weird. And it was. Minus 10 . Alexis and Lydia meet for coffee. Except Alexis orders tea and says she’ll “do” a banana. Then Lydia orders “basically” warm milk with a little taste of coffee. Lydia definitely doesn’t need caffeine. When Lydia tells Alexis that she went to Heather’s taping, Alexis is visibly shaken. She doesn’t like it that Lydia is spending so much time with the girls and thinks Alexis should reach out and apologize. Lydia thinks Alexis needs to make “a bold move.” And I think Lydia needs to drop it. Alexis throws out the bullying word and says she doesn’t trust Tamra but needs to let all of this go. Vicki finally admits that Brooks is her boyfriend. Since Briana and Ryan don’t want him in their home, she’s just going to visit him at his house. Which is 5 miles from her house. Which is still too far away for Vicki. Minus 12. Brooks asks Vicki to go away with him for the weekend and she says that she can’t because she’s traveling to San Diego to babysit Troy while Briana and Ryan go to the Marine Ball. Way to choose the grandma duties, Vicki! Plus 8 . She asks to reschedule, but Brooks is actually going to play Dad the following weekend, so that doesn’t work for him. Vicki asks for a raincheck and the following exchange occurs: Vicki: Can I get a raincheck? Brooks: Maybe if you’re nice. Vicki: I’m always nice. Until you piss me off. Brooks: You don’t want to piss me off either. Uh, that sounds like a threat, Vicki. Head for the hills! Minus 34. Tamra’s been asked to speak at the L.A. Women’s Expo, but she’s really nervous about the prospect of speaking in front of so many people. She hires a speech coach to come in and help her write the speech and give her pointers on delivery. During their conversation, Tamra seems vulnerable and emotional and real. It’s a different side of the brash, loud, somewhat crude Tamra we’re used to seeing. Plus 9. Lydia’s stirring something in a pot on the stove, but she’s a self-proclaimed non-domestic. She hasn’t done a load of laundry in their house. Like, ever. Minus 12 . She doesn’t make dinner. She makes reservations. Minus 12 more for good measure. Lydia tells Doug about the conversations she’s had with Puff the Magic Grandma and Doug tells her she needs to lighten up. In different words, of course. Plus 25 . Gretchen and Slade are visiting her doctor to discuss her fertility. Slade’s been snipped, so there’s that issue to work around, too. During her date with the dildo-cam, the doctor declares that Gretchen’s uterus is “nice and lush” and her follicles are “pleasantly plump.” Plus 8? Somehow knowing that much about the inner workings of Gretchen’s girl parts doesn’t feel like a plus, but we’ll run with it. The doctor recommends in vitro fertilization for Gretchen and Slade given his vasectomy and her age. Gretchen envisioned making a baby the old fashioned way. Briana, Ryan, and Vicki are heading to San Diego with Baby Troy. While Ryan and Briana are at the ball, Vicki’s playing Nana. Vicki, the 90s called, they want their “whoop” back. Ryan has a deployment to Afghanistan coming up. He’ll be gone for 11 months. Vicki vows to do whatever Briana needs her to do to help her daughter through it. Plus 7 . Terry’s taking Heather out to dinner to apologize, again, for not supporting her and dropping The D Word into their fight. Good job, Terry. Briana and Ryan leave for the ball and Vicki says she’s more than happy to be watching Baby Troy. Even if she wishes she were with Brooks. Minus 15 . Over drinks, Terry starts apologizing and says that he thinks the reason he acted like a jerk was because he worried about how Heather going back to work would affect his life. Heather’s not buying that as an excuse. After a really serious heart to heart, he passes a card across the table. He’s written a note inside that’s so sweet it makes her cry. And then he cries. And maybe I cried, too. Or it just got really dusty in here all of a sudden. Hooray! The Dubrows are good again! Plus 37. Tamra’s mom comes over to accompany her to the Women’s Expo. Tamra’s speech contains parts that might make her mom uncomfortable, but she’s pushing forward with it anyway. If she doesn’t chicken out. Lydia’s mom comes over to teach Lydia how to (half) bake a lasagna. In her one-on-one, Lydia lays all of her non-domestic tendencies on her mom because she was too busy teaching them how to throw flower petals in the air to teach them how to do practical things. And then she says she didn’t learn those things because she never had to learn those things. Way to tell the truth, Lydia. Plus 2 . Lydia says she could never measure up to being the kind of mom to her boys that her mom was to her. But wouldn’t smoking up be the answer to that? They (half) bake the lasagna and call it a day. Mom gets to smoke her joints and Lydia gets to keep her mom around. All is solved. Tamra’s at the Women’s Expo and ready to give her Keynote address. She’s looking great in a red dress. She cracks a couple of jokes that get no laughs. She starts her speech and there are tears in her voice. She talks about how her tough exterior is a mask for her insecurity and why she is the way she is. It seems like Tamra had a little enlightenment up on that stage. Good for her! Plus 20 . Tamra’s got to have a tough discussion with her mother after a speech that ripped apart her childhood. The only time Tamra can remember her parents telling her that they loved her was when she was 21 years old. Minus 4 . Not knowing how to express her emotions makes Tamra an angry woman. But Tamra wants to change that. She’s turning over a new leaf starting with telling her mother that she loves her. Plus 20. EPISODE TOTAL: +37 SEASON TOTAL: +25
Over the past few weeks, they’ve been spotted at Coachella . And h’s given her an expensive present . And nary a tabloid cover has teased their break up. But all it not perfect in the world of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, according to a new report. “They are absolutely still together but are having some difficulties right now,” an insider told E! News yesterday, adding vaguely that the main source of contention is “priorities.” As in… she wants to work more and he wants to focus on their relationship? Or vice versa? It’s not clear. But it’s not hopeless, either. Far from it, in fact. “They’ll be fine,” the same mole says of Robsten . “I do not foresee a split, they are just crazy in love. This is just another bump in the road.” Last Wednesday, the couple flew back to California from New York, but they’ve been taking some time apart in Los Angeles. “He’s been hanging out with the boys a lot, and she’s been with her girlfriends,” another person in the know shares. “They seem to be living separate lives at the moment, I haven’t seen her around at all.” Have no fear, though, fans: a little space could be just what the pair needs.
Brooke Mueller ain’t isht for sure, but Charlie isn’t exactly the picture of sobriety his damn self! Via RadarOnline reports : Two of Brooke Mueller‘s multiple rehab stints occurred while she was pregnant with twins Bob and Max and married to Charlie Sheen, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. The startling information that Mueller used drugs while pregnant comes in the wake of her temporarily losing custody of the twins to Charlie’s ex-wife, Denise Richards. What’s more, Radar has learned from several sources that Brooke has been to rehab 20 times over the years. During Mueller’s pregnancy with Sheen’s twins, “she went to rehab twice because she was using drugs,” a source told Radar about the tragic situation. “Brooke’s two rehab stints consisted of less than 30 days. “It just shows how far gone Brooke is with her battle of using crystal meth. The fact that she couldn’t stay sober while carrying Bob and Max caused Charlie great anguish.” Mueller recently checked into the Betty Ford Clinic for a 30-day treatment stint, marking the 20th time she’s entered a treatment facility to seek help for substance abuse. As RadarOnline.com first revealed last week, Mueller and Sheen’s twins were taken away from her because of fears their mother’s drug use could endanger them. Richards was given temporary guardianship of the boys, with Sheen’s approval. That followed Mueller being placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles County of Department of Children & Family Services “has been made aware of Brooke’s rehab stints while pregnant. It’s truly amazing that she was able to hold onto custody of the boys for as long as she did. Brooke’s road to getting custody back of the boys is going to be very, very long,” the insider revealed. This is just sad. We feel for them kids. Hopefully Denise Richards can hold it together for the whole bunch of them. WENN
We’re starting to see a disturbing pattern here. Just days after a Canadian teen was taken off life support after attempting suicide following bullying by classmates who shared viral photos of a sex attack on her, arrests have been made in a similar case in Florida. Via Mercury News reports : Three 16-year-old boys were arrested Thursday in the sexual battery of an intoxicated and unconscious 15-year-old Saratoga High School student, who killed herself last fall after photos of the assault went viral. When digital photos showing what had happened “spread like wildfire,” the aftermath was so humiliating and torturous the gifted and well-loved Audrie Pott could no longer take it, said Robert Allard, the attorney for her family. “Poor Audrie was terrorized by cyberbullying,” Allard said. She posted on Facebook, calling it the “worst day in her life,” a life she now wanted to end — which she did Sept. 10, eight days after the assault. Allard said Thursday that Audrie’s familys having mixed emotions about the arrests of the three Saratoga High students, including one who has since transferred to Christopher High in Gilroy. “The wound is still very raw,” he said. “They want to feel as if justice will be done after these kids were arrested, seven months after acting as if nothing had happened. But at the same time it’s a reminder that Audrie is gone.” According to Santa Clara County sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Jose Cardoza, the boys were booked into juvenile hall on two felony and one misdemeanor count each after authorities received information from school resource officers at Audrie’s school. Their names are being withheld because they are juveniles. Allard said Audrie’s parents hope they won’t be treated as juveniles in court. Victims of sexual assault are not normally identified by name or photo, but in this case, Pott’s family wanted her name and case known, Allard said. They want their beloved daughter’s case to become a model for a law bearing her name. “Audrie’s Law would address some of the things that happened here,” Allard said. “There are two common elements here that are being repeated across the country — sexual assault by an adolescent and the cyberbullying that follows.” Allard said nearly all children have cellphones, each one a potential tool for defamation. “They are all capable of instantly spreading information into the community in the most volatile ways,” he said. The power of pressing a button is immense.” Audrie’s parents and stepmother, who asked for privacy until a Tuesday news conference, started a foundation aimed at providing kids with music and art scholarships — two of the great loves in their daughter’s life. The Audrie Pott foundation, at audriepottfoundation.com, also offers youth counseling and support. Allard said the sexual assault happened when Audrie went to a party hosted by a sophomore girl from her school. The student’s parents were out of town in Napa, and she invited friends over. “You know how that goes: word gets out and then there were 10 to 15 kids there.” He said Audrie had been there early, and by the time others arrived later she was already passed out. “It was one of those things where she was thinking that she was safe and secure but she was not,” he said. “She was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people.” At the Tuesday conference, Allard said they will reveal more about the case as well as a civil suit that is in the works. Allard would not specify the defendant named in that litigation. Los Gatos-Saratoga school district officials stated that their “sympathies go out to all of the families affected by this tragic situation.” “We are cooperating with law enforcement as they continue to look into the details of this case,” Superintendent Bob Mistele wrote in an email to this newspaper. “Collaborating with our parents, students, staff and community we will continue to work diligently to maintain a positive climate at our high schools based on respect, responsibility, and open communication that discourages cyber bullying and inappropriate conduct.” What has gotten into these kids? Steubenville was not a one off! We have to do a better job of raising our kids to understand that forced sex is not okay, group sex is not okay, cyber-bullying is not okay and suicide is never the answer. What do you think is most to blame? Our overly sexualized society? Absentee parents? AP
