Source: Josh Brasted / Getty Playboi Carti Convicted For February Assault And Bus Damage Playboi Carti was accused of attacking his tour bus driver and trashing the bus at a Scottish motorway service station in February of 2018. According to the BBC , Carti was just found guilty of both assault and causing damage to the luxury coach bus on January 17. The rapper was fined £800 – £500 for assault and £300 for allegedly damaging one of the driver’s windows. The site further reports that Carti had previously denied ever assaulting the driver, but did admit to causing damage to the bus. Apparently the entire conflict started after the tour bus stopped working while Playboi Carti and the rest of his 14-member entourage were traveling from Glasgow to London. The driver eventually had to stop the bus so he could get the heating to work and a replacement bus was later sent by. Alistair MacLeish, who was working as one of the bus drivers at the time, said that he witnessed Carti assaulting the driver of the rapper’s original bus. “I saw things being thrown around the tour bus and then a man ran across and punched the driver on the face, cutting him and knocking his glasses off,” he explained. “It was the accused Carter who had been standing with a group but as two guys tried to restrain him he wriggled past them ran across and punched the driver who stumbled back. Someone may try to harm you for clicks. This is what happened to a YouTube star recently, according to details of his restraining order. With over 300,000 subscribers, allegedly he was physically attacked and stalked with cameras by another YouTuber. According to The Blast , on January 16, Sam Pepper filed court documents seeking protection against Brandon Hampton, calling him a “stalker.” He claims, “Brandon has no regard for the law and will do much crazier things to me if I don’t have the protection.” Pepper says Hampton was “punching me in the face to make a video to post online for attention, turning up at my home location uninvited while live streaming to his viewers, and in the latest attack turning up at my home while videotaping and vandalizing my vehicle to which I called the police.” The judge granted the request and ordered Hampton to stay 100 yards away from Pepper and his home. According to a stunning new report, Kody Brown has given new meaning to the series title Sister Wives. There is now an emphasis on the SISTER , Radar Online explains. Allow us to explain… Kody and Janelle Brown were “spiritually” married way back on January 20, 1993, with the latter becoming Kody’s second proverbial ball and chain after Meri. They have six kids together. But we’ve now learned that Kody’s father, William Winn Brown, was married to Janelle’s mother, Sheryl, at the time of his death in August of 2013 at age 78. You can figure out what this means, right? It means that Kody and Janelle are brother and sister AND husband and wife! To be clear, of course, they are not biologically related. They are simply step-siblings., connected through the marriage of their marriage. Still, though. This is yet another twist and turn in the saga of a show that has often garnered backlash for promoting the polygamous lifestyle. The unusual family tree was actually discussed back in a 2013 episode of the TLC program. “Before Kody and I were really courting, I was actually friends with his family,” Janelle explained on air, adding at the time: “My mom was worried I was getting sucked into some polygamous cult. But she ended up meeting Kody’s dad and they ended up falling in love and getting married before Kody and I started courting.” Imagine of Jan Brady got together with Greg Brady. That’s basically what we’re talking about here. It’s not incestuous, it’s just… weird. But that label can likely be applied to every aspect of Sister Wives by most of its fans, viewers, followers and, especially, critics. Last summer, meanwhile, Jenelle addressed rumors that she’s leaving Kody and Sister Wives behind. In an indirect and yet pointed manner, that is. “I’ve wanted to see U2 in concert since I was 19. Finally made it 30 years later and with my love. So dang excited,” she wrote as a caption to a photo of her and Kody at a show. We’ve shared this picture below. Later, Jenelle responded to chatter about her plans to depart the series as “rubbish.” So there you have it, we guess. Disgraced Southern Charm alum Thomas Ravenel claims Kathryn’s mental illness prevents her from being a good mother . This custody battle is downright nasty. Now, Kathryn is firing back, and saying that Thomas has a love for drugs and a psychiatric diagnosis of his own. … Nobody is pulling their punches in this vicious, vicious custody battle. According to documents obtained by The Blast , Kathryn Dennis has filed documents of her own in retaliation for Thomas’ accusations. In legal papers, Kathryn insists that Thomas “identify every prescription drug and/or illegal drug that you have used during the past 6 years.” “For each prescription drug,” the papers request. “Please identify the doctor who prescribed the drug.” And she also demands to know “where you purchased your prescription drugs.” After all, plenty of people find illegal ways to obtain drugs that are perfectly legal. In 2016, Kathryn lost custody of her children after testing positive for marijuana, which is still criminalized in South Carolina. She regained partial custody of Kensie and Saint in early 2018. She and Thomas currently share a 50/50 split. She wants full custody. Now, in court documents, Kathryn alleges that Thomas threw a party in which illegal drugs were present. “What date was it when you threw a party in your home downtown with illegal drugs present,” Kathryn asks. “And,” the papers detail. “You informed fellow party participants while standing in the bathroom that mushrooms don’t show up on drug screens?” Her implication with that question is that she probably has witnesses. Kathryn’s incident with marijuana was three years ago, but she’s not the only one whose personal history includes drugs. Thomas Ravenel once completed a 30-day rehab program. More significantly, he served 10 months in federal prison — which also killed his political career. This was after his June 2007 indictment ona charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute. The drug in question was some volume of cocaine that was less than 500 grams. Kathryn asks Thomas to produce “any and all evidence (whether photos, statements, videos, documents, etc.)” that she ”‘abuses prescription drugs.’” As we have previously reported, Thomas accused Kathryn of actively abusing illegal substances. He even claims that she makes a habit of buying, selling, and trading prescription medications. Thomas’ allegations say that Kathryn does this with friends, her Southern Charm castmates, and even producers on the show. Most seriously, he claims that Kathryn has been under the heavy influence of drugs while being the sole caregiver of her young children. Thomas has also alleged that there are vague “problems” with their children and that Kathryn is to blame. He says that Kathryn abused substances while pregnant, causing problems for Saint, and didn’t properly bond with Kensie, giving her behavior issues. “His eustachian tubes weren’t draining, so he had his adenoids out and needed tubes in his ears,” a source explained to People . The insider characterized that this was “like lots of little kids his age who have that same problem.” Kathryn wants to see “any evaluations of your son that have been performed by a medical doctor as to his abilities.” Finally, Kathryn turns the tables on Thomas, who accuses her of a litany of psychiatric disorders. “Have you ever been evaluated for a potential diagnosis of bipolar disorder or any other mental health issue, diagnosis or illness?” she asks. Kathryn demands “copies of all your medical, psychological, counseling or other related records” from January 1, 2008 to the present day. She also wants “a comprehensive print-out of all prescription drug purchases made by you” from January 1, 2014 to to the present day. Kathryn requests “all medical and/or counseling records that you have obtained that relate to” her and the accusations he made against her. She also wants “all rehabilitation records that you have obtained related to” her. She demands “all drug/alcohol test results/reports that you have in your possession that you have had Kathryn Dennis take and/or which you have taken.” In other words, does he have evidence to back up his accusations? Kathryn then suggests that Thomas has been making use of a private detective. She wants “copies of any private detective reports, notes, emails, correspondence, videos, pictures, GPS logs, billing statements.” These should be logs “showing the time & date of surveillance and billing rate,” court documents say. “And/or any related documents obtained by your private detective,” Kathryn asks. “Which have been retained by you or your counsel.” Private detectives are not attorneys, doctors, or religious figures. Their records can be subpoenaed. Finally, Kathryn gets to the most serious and downright scary accusations against Thomas. She’s not the one making these. Kathryn asks that Thomas “identify each and every woman who has accused you of either assaulting her and/or sexually assaulting her.” Thomas is instructed to “produce all text messages, email messages and/or other communications that you have sent to or received” from a number of women. Kathryn identifies the women in the documents, and wants record of their conversations “since January 1, 2016.” She wants “a copy of your complete file and any related documents regarding the sexual assault allegations made by” Nanny Dawn. Kathryn also demands records of “any other women who have made allegations of inappropriate conduct by you.” She asks for copies of “any and all settlement agreements that you reached and payments that you have made.” We have already heard of one woman whom Thomas allegedly paid to keep quiet. Kathryn wants to know how many more there are. Finally, Kathryn wants to know if Thomas has “had any discussions” with or “about marriage and/or plans to marry Ashley Jacobs.” That’s a hell of a question. Obviously, some of this is typical custody warfare. Allegations and insinuations about drugs and mental illness are largely unfair on both sides. Well, it's official. Despite a ratings free fall that really became worrisome after Farrah Abraham got fired from the show, Teen Mom OG will be returning to MTV for an eighth season. The Ashley's Reality Roundup confirms that the network reached a deal with the show's stars after an unusually lengthy round of negotiations. Perhaps Amber Portwood and company are unaware of the desperate ratings situation. Someone may want to inform them that if the opportunity to re-sign again next year should arise, they probably don't want to push their luck. Check out all the details on the surprise renewal and the tense negotiations below: 1. The OGs Are Back! While the addition of Bristol Palin and Cheyenne Floyd didn’t prove to be the ratings boon producers had hoped (and served to make the “OG” title wildly inappropriate) the controversial series will be returning to MTV later this year. 2. Finally! “Everyone has finally signed their contracts, and things are up and running,” a source close to the situation tells The Ashley. 3. Tense Negotiations Yes, the entire cast is returning, which is surprising for a number of reasons. 4. Cutting Costs For one thing, as we mentioned, Bristol and Cheyenne failed to boost ratings, so many assumed they would be cut from the cast if the show returned for another season. 5. Expensive Talent Bristol, in particular, was rumored to be on the chopping block, as she got paid more than any of the other moms in her first season. 6. So this is a thing that has now happened: Milania Giudice has come out with her very first music video. The video was released by Bravo on Wednesday night, following many episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey during which the 14-year old continually expressed an interest in pop music. This isn't so different from many 14-year olds around the country, of course. But Milania – or her famous mother, who one might think would know better, really – is now under fire for what she actually says and does in the song/video. Titled “I Can’t Wait To Grow Up,” the track features Milania rapping about all the things she's excited to do when she's older. Such as: covering Vogue magazine, having her own driver and traveling the world. This is where she stops being like other 14-year olds around the country and starts sounding like a rich and entitled spoiled brat. Should these really be the priorities or fantasies of a young teenager? Twitter users aren't so certain. “THIS IS EMBARRASSING NOW. AND WILL ONLY BE MORE EMBARRASSING IN 10 YEARS. I FEEL FOR HER,” wrote one critic online upon the video release, while another added: She’s gonna regret this video so much in a little while…. Teresa made a big mistake letting her do this . And then another: Want to say something positive, but I can’t . The video includes appearances by Teresa and, somehow, Fetty Wap, along with a spoken introduction that goes as follows: Hey it's me Milania, I'm sure you've seen me around, you've probably seen me on TV, I'm about to go pick up my besties Tay Tay and Stephanie. We about to go pop them tags, get our nails done, hair done. We ain't chasing boys, we chasing checks, we chasing dreams, we chasing goals. Big things poppin', little things stoppin'. There's also at least one reference in here to Joe Giudice, Milania's father who is currently in jail for tax fraud and who is scheduled to be deported this spring. “My dad.. is the best dad in the world” and “needs to come home,” Milania has said about Joe . It’s been less than a year since Joy-Anna Duggar welcomed her first child . But already, fans are demanding answers to two very familiar questions: 1. Is Joy-Anna pregnant again ? (As far as we can tell, there’s no reason to believe the rumors that she’s expecting her second child.) 2. How did Joy-Anna shed her post-pregnancy pounds? Sadly, it looks like she’s not spilling the tea on that one … for now. Joy-Anna Duggar: I Lost My Baby Weight! Joy posted the above video to her Instagram page on Wednesday. “Excited to share about this!” she captioned the clip. “It’s been SOOO helpful for me. My health coach has lost 47lbs in 15 weeks and her husband has lost 40lbs in just 9 weeks!!” Following an endorsement like that, fans were eager to find out the secret to Joy’s success. Unfortunately, it seems she’s keeping a lid on that information for reasons that aren’t entirely clear. “I lost all my baby weight within the first week of doing the program and now I’m really happy because I got below my wedding weight,” Joy-Anna told fans in the video. “Before my wedding I worked so hard to get there. “It’s such an easy program to follow and very little meal prep, which is super helpful for me and our schedule,” Joy continued. “The cost is comparable or even less than most people are spending on their food budget already.” Normally, that would be the point in the video where Joy would sing the praises of some weight loss program that she’s been paid to endorse — or even just one she found personally helpful but with which she’s not professionally affiliated. But for the time being, at least, Joy’s keeping the specifics about the program to herself. And fans are understandably confused. “I’m kinda skeptical,” one follower commented. “Why not say the name of the program? Why all the secrets?” The Duggars are no strangers to sponsored content, but they’re more selective than most reality stars when it comes to the products and services they endorse. Many commenters speculated that Joy is referring to the brand Optavia, as the Duggars apparently have a history with the company. Perhaps the final details of the deal haven’t been sorted out yet, or perhaps Joy is just building suspense. Whatever the case, she’s keeping her lips semi-sealed for now.
