Source: photo: WENN After missing out on making the Hall of Fame his first go ’round, Terrell Owens has been chosen to be enshrined in that building in Canton, Ohio. However, he’s not impressed with that feat anymore. At least not enough to attend his own ceremony. In an act of defiance (and pettiness), Terrell Owens has chosen to skip his induction into the Hall of Fame for a celebration of his own according to ESPN . “While I am incredibly appreciative of this opportunity, I have made the decision to publicly decline my invitation to attend the induction ceremony in Canton,” Owens said in a statement released Thursday. “… After visiting Canton earlier this year, I came to the realization that I wish to celebrate what will be one of the most memorable days of my life, elsewhere.” Um, ok. While TO’s decision reeks of resentment and bitterness, HOF president David Baker respects Owen’s choice to not attend. “We are disappointed but will respect Terrell’s decision not to participate in the enshrinement,” Hall of Fame president David Baker said in a statement. “While unprecedented, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the nearly 5,000 volunteers and the entire community are committed to celebrating the excellence of the Class of 2018 that will kick off the NFL’s 99th season.” The ceremony will take place on August 4th in Canton, Ohio, which leaves Owen’s a lot of time to change his mind, but from the looks of things he seems ready to live with a big regret just to make a point. At least he took the time to congratulate everyone else who made it to legendary status. “I wish to congratulate all past, current and future inductees,” Owens said in the statement. “It is quite an honor to be part of such elite company. This honor is something that I will cherish forever.” It’s not too late to get over your own ego, TO. Just sayin.’
I don’t find Bella Hadid appealing at all, but people are sucked into her lie and the marketing hype around her, so I guess I’ll participate in what I think was the ugly daughter of a rich family, that wanted so much to be the pretty girl in the family, that she rode her coattails until people felt compelled to give her work, and accepted her look as exotic or ethnic or unique…when really it wasn’t marketable at all unless she was auditionning to be a rat at the local theater production, something I’m sure she’s not doing because she has no talent beyond standing around getting paid to tag brands on her social media feed. This is styling, smoke and mirrors and it worked and she’s in a bathing suit doing bathing suit things…and what the fuck else do you expect me to say about it. Here she is in some see through shit

Bank Says Singer Stopped Making Payments On Two Of Her Mansions She made a fresh start earlier this year when she divorced her alleged cheater husband Kendu Isaacs. But it looks like Mary J. Blige still hasn’t been able to off shake her husband or their legal troubles after a bank sued the pair and started foreclosure proceedings and claimed they’ve stopped making payments on two of her palatial homes, BOSSIP can reveal. Last month, Apex Bank sued both Blige and Isaacs to foreclose on properties in Cresskill and Saddle River, NJ, claiming the pair hadn’t made payments in months. In the first lawsuit, Blige and Isaacs are accused of not paying down the $8.1 million mortgage that Blige used to buy the Saddle River estate for $12.3 million 10 years ago. The property boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a studio, media room, library and staff quarters. The second suit accuses Blige and her ex of defaulting on another $2 million mortgage that she used to buy another place a few towns over. Blige bought that home back in 2001, and the 6,100 square foot home has six bedrooms, a master suite on its own private floor and sits on an acre lot. The bank wants control of the two homes and Blige and Isaacs out ASAP. It was unclear Thursday who lived in the properties, but one was taken off the market shortly after the couple’s divorce became final. Besides the lawsuits, Blige and Isaacs are dealing with more money troubles: namely the more than $5 million in federal tax liens from the IRS for income earned from 2009 through 2010 through 2011 and 2015, the liens state. Neither Blige nor Isaacs had responded to the foreclosure as of Thursday, according to court records.

Throughout this hilarious adventure, the LAFD take Hart and the Reno 911 and Claws star with them through the paces in their full firefighter gear. We get to see Niecy and Kevin dramatic reenaction of saving a test dummy’s life, Niecy facing her fears and climbing to death-defying heights on the LAFD’s training structure in order to “rescue” citizens from a fire, and the pair even wield a massive hose to put out a car fire. If you ever had any doubt in your mind that firefighters get an insane workout during their everyday job, you won’t after watching this. Jordan says that after the success of “Fruitvale Station,” he told his agents he wanted to steer clear of the lane of roles written specifically with Black actors in mind — instead actively pursuing roles seeking to cast a white actor. “I said, I don’t want it. I want to only go for, like, [roles written for] white males. That’s it. Me playing that role is going to make it what it is. I don’t want any pre-bias on the character. I wanted to go out for these roles because it was just playing people. It didn’t have to be like, ‘You’re playing the black guy in this.’ And everybody would be going out for the same role. Every young black actor from ages 17 to 40 going out for the same role. How do you reverse engineer that problem of pitted competition with each other and give more opportunities to eat and be successful?”” We feel him in his avoidance of getting typecast or taking roles with a certain view of a Black man’s experience…but seeing as how his most successful roles have been that of Adonis Creed and Erik Killmonger — two very distinctly Black characters — maybe it’s time to reconsider that stance?
