The Voice results are in, and the champion unveiled. Who won Season 7?! The NBC competition closed out 2014 with an epic results show featuring a number of star-studded performances, and of course, one young man named The Voice . Team Adam stood a 75 percent chance of notching yet another champion, with only Craig Wayne Boyd (of Team Blake) standing in the way of Levine & Co. Could Craig out-croon Damien, Matt McAndrew and Chris Jamison alike? The four finalists each made the coaches’ chairs swivel during the blind auditions and consistently brought the competition to its knees throughout the seventh season. They brought out the votes of America early and often, week in and week out, and deserve all of the accolades they’ve received in making it to The Voice finals . The 35-year-old singer from Nashville, Tenn., hooked the country’s vote and proved that he had what it took to become America’s next musical superstar. Belting out “Sweet Home Alabama” on stage with the surviving members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, he made Team Blake (and the nation) proud, that’s for sure. “There has never been a more deserving person to hold that trophy than Craig Wayne Boyd,” Shelton said after the show as he stood next to Boyd. Matt McAndrew took second place, Chris Jamison third and Damien fourth as all three of Team Adam’s finalists were eliminated in one fell swoop Monday night. He was recently diagnosed with cancer, so he’s been living with her. They were married just two years, when Kim was 19-21, but have stayed close. Kyle and her family battle jet lag and the general challenge of getting a family that large on time anywhere and arrive at Kathy Hilton’s house for the wedding. Kim’s very thankful to have her two sisters with her, Kyle says she’s happy for Kim to be healthy these days, and Kathy takes on more of the material role. Brooke and Thayer, her groom, are married after knowing each other most of their lives. We wish them nothing but the best in life, and in love, truly.
Brandi Glanville is an expert at both cursing and speaking her mind. So when the Real Housewives veteran combines her two loves, it often results in some seriously entertaining tweets. Generally, the target of Brandi’s outrage is her deadbeat ex, Eddie Cibrian . Yesterday, however, the 42-year-old unleashed her fury on UK tabloid the Daily Mail. The Mail was one of many outlets to report that Brandi’s going too far with the Botox these days, and the publication even went so far as to offer “evidence” by publishing a series of unflattering recent photos next to pics of Brandi when she was considerably younger. Needless to say, Ms. Glanville was less than thrilled with the report and she had some choice words the Mail’s editors: “Dear Daily Mail Online F–k You!” Brandi tweeted. “I was 14 YRs younger on the left-&this am I was just tired and my eyes were puffy!” Based on the semi-coherent nature of her tirade, we’re guessing Brandi’s been taking the lessons of her bestseller Drinking and Tweeting to heart. Brandi goes on to insist that she’s had “no new fillers or Botox this year.” She also says that if she occasionally has a puffy appearance, it’s only because she’s 42, but continues to play as hard as she works. It may be hard to believe that Brandi cut out facial fillers for an entire year, but she’s always been honest about her use of Botox in the past, so we have no reason to doubt her. Government representatives in Poland have pooh-poohed efforts to use Winnie the Pooh as the official mascot of a town playground. According to The Croatian Times, local officials will not allow the beloved Disney character to grace a poster near the park due to his “ dubious sexuality .” We’re not making this up. “The problem with that bear is it doesn’t have a complete wardrobe,” says Councillor Ryszard Cichy. “It is half naked, which is wholly inappropriate for children.” In Winnie the Pooh’s defense, he is wearing more articles of clothing than most bears out there. Also, he’s a cartoon. A town meeting was held over this divisive issue, with one official reportedly saying Winnie the Pooh “doesn’t wear underpants because it doesn’t have a sex It’s a hermaphrodite.” Councillor Hanna Jachimska, meanwhile, then dared to call out Winnie the Pooh author Alan Alexander Milne. “This is very disturbing,” she said. “The author was over 60 and cut [Pooh’s] testicles off with a razor blade because he had a problem with his identity.” Ummm… we’re not gonna touch that one. As you’ve probably heard by now, Kim Kardashian got butt naked for Paper magazine recently in hopes that her latest nude photos would “break the Internet.” It may not have been quite that popular, but the pic certainly went viral, and stars such as Naya Rivera criticized Kim for posing nude even though she’s a mom. Now it seem that Kim may have have reached the decision to strip down specifically because she has a kid…and because she’ll soon be expecting another one. TMZ reports that Kim has informed her friends and family that she’s trying to get pregnant for a second time. Sources say dropping the pregnancy pounds after giving birth to North West is one of Kim’s proudest accomplishments and she wanted to show off her curvaceous form one last time before she gets knocked up again. Rumors that Kim is pregnant with baby number two have been circulating for months, but insiders say Kim is determined this time and that she and Kanye want to give North a little sibling before she gets much older. Even though LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian starred in a VH1 reality show where they basically did nothing but trash Brandi Glanville , the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has a surprisingly zen-like attitude toward her ex and his new boo. Asked about LeAnn and Eddie during a recent radio interview, Brandi claimed that she’s successfully co-parenting with Cibrian, but she still believes his wife will sleep around on him at some point: “I see [LeAnn] all the time,” Brandi said. “I drop the kids off at her house; we’re always around each other. It’s been five years…I don’t care, but I still believe, once a cheater, always a cheater.” Brandi’s got good reason to not be bitter. She seems to be loving the single life and she recently dated a 23-year-old European dude. Still, we’d be disappointed if she completely buried the hatchet, so we’re glad she slipped in that “once a cheater” line.
