A warrant for Chris Brown’s arrest is being prepared by the Florida State’s Attorney’s office Thursday after he allegedly stole a woman’s phone. Seriously. The supposed victim recently filed a police report against him, according to Deborah Doty, the public information officer for the Miami Police Department. “An incident report was filed against Mr. Brown, and the Florida State Attorney’s Office will be issuing a warrant for his arrest this afternoon,” she said . “I can’t tell you what time, but it will be today.” Chris Brown, whose remixes and relationship with Rihanna are making all kinds of news, is accused of snatching Chrital Spann’s cell phone outside a club. As he sat in a Bentley after exiting a nightclub, the police report states that Spann snapped a picture of Chris Brown chilling in the back of the car. That is when Brown allegedly snatched the phone, which he did not give back (obviously) and told Spann, “B!tch, you ain’t giving this to no website.” Eloquent, Chris Brown. Eloquent. Ben Flajnik sent fan favorite Kacie Boguskie packing on Monday’s hometown dates episode of The Bachelor, the third-to-last installment of the ABC show’s season. In a surprise, Courtney Robertson, Nicki Sterling and Lindzi Cox all moved on (see The Bachelor spoilers for scoop on the next two weeks) while Kacie was left in tears. In his weekly blog on People , Ben reflects on his travels to Clarksville, Tenn., Kacie’s hometown, and the turning point when the romance began to go downhill fast. Bobby Brown and his former in-laws are at such odds that the singer was nearly uninvited to Whitney Houston’s funeral (and then proceeded to exit after just a few minutes in attendance). But the opposing parties apparently have one thing in common: both are VERY concerned over the state of Bobbi Kristina, Brown and Houston’s 18-year old daughter. With reports circulating that claim Bobbi vanished for hours after her mother was laid to rest, and was eventually discovered with drugs in her system , the New Edition singer is reportedly is urging his child to enter a rehab program. “Krissy has taken her mother’s death really hard, not surprisingly, and Bobby is terrified she’s going to do something stupid,” an insider tells Radar Online. “He wants her in a treatment center, getting professional help to get her through the grieving process without falling back on alcohol or drugs to mask her pain.” Ironically and tragically, of course, the basis of Brown’s beef with Whitney’s family is his history of substance abuse and their belief that he played a significant role in setting both Whitney and Bobbi down this dangerous path.
There are few guarantees in life, but on The Bachelor , there are several: The word “hometown” will be dropped around 173 times per season. People will somehow say “Ben and I’s relationship” almost as often. There will be increasing drama with each passing week, and Courtney Robertson and/or the people writing for Courtney Robertson will stir that ish up. Monday was no exception as Courtney, Nicky Sterling, Kacie Boguskie and Lindzi Cox took Ben Flajnik to meet their parents in four awkward, contrived dates. Court brought her aggressive game this week, just when we thought she couldn’t make us any more uncomfortable. Could the other girls hold a candle to her? Who made the final three?
