Caitlyn Jenner Halloween Costume Hits Retailers A new costume has hit stores, emulating Caitlyn Jenner’s coming out cover of Vanity Fair. Naturally, people are calling it both transphobic and hilarious. Via NBCnews : It’s nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015. Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete’s Vanity Fair cover earlier this year. While Jenner’s supporters condemned the costume as “transphobic” and “disgusting” on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup. “At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes,” said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. “We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that.” Despite the company’s stated intentions, transgender activists are lashing out. Those Halloween stores sure know how to ride a wave to make a buck off what’s trending! This one is pretty insensitive though. Would you dress up as Caitlyn Jenner for Halloween??

India Love And Her Sisters Get Reality Show

The Game’s Ex-Girlfriend India Love And Sisters Get BET Reality Show IG model and former girlfriend of rapper The Game, India ‘Love’ Westbrooks , and her 4 sister have landed a new reality show on BET. Will these ladies be the new Kardashians ?? Via The Hollywood Fix : The family made an appearance at the ‘Celebrity Basketball Game For Peace’ which was presented by World Peace Now Forever. This was also the first public announcement that they will be starring in a new reality series The Westbrooks which will air on BET Network. We spoke with the Executive Producer of the show and he told us the show will be premiering this October after Being Mary Jane. Notably the most well-known of the group, India, looked stunning as usual wearing a white and grey striped halter top that left her back exposed, white high-waist pants and white sneakers with gold studs. The 19-year-old model and social media star’s dark brown hair was worn down in a long and wavy style. Her older sister Crystal also looked very cute and stylish for the appearance wearing a green sleeveless crop-top, bell bottom blue jeans and a tan bohemian inspired sweater. Her long curly brown hair was styled flipped over to one side. She accessorized with a large bronze statement choker necklace and hoop earrings. The Westbrook sisters are known for being one of the most famous families on social media right now. They first came up with the idea to have their own reality show based around their family and put several episodes on YouTube. The show began to grow and eventually blossomed into their brand new BET reality show. She was first rumored to be dating LA rapper The Game after they both dropped several subtle hints about one another via social media. The two were spotted out in public on dates together and last year she professed her love to him through a tweet that said “I love him in real life. you love him on Instagram” featuring a picture of her then boo. They since have reportedly stopped dating and the rumor now is that she is now dating the rapper Soulja Boy, however India has yet to publicly address the reports. Her sister Crystal has also recently been linked to dating Drake as they were spotted spending time together at Coachella festival this year. The 19 year old banger was made most famous for dating hip hop rapper The Game and these pics of the now broken up couple recently hit social media: The sisters are gearing up to take over BET with their new show: Will you be watching the new show? Looks Happy: Ciara Talks Abstinence Relationship With Russell Wilson [Video]

It’s no secret that Ciara has been at the forefront of the public eye as of late. The combination of motherhood, promise of abstinence to boyfriend Russell Wilson and her sixth studio album “Jackie” out now, Ciara has taken everything in stride and kept an amazingly positive attitude. She stopped by the Sway in the Morning studios to speak on motherhood and how she now understands the way her mother raised her, being confident in her new music and how faith has kept her steady. In between we also hear Ciara joke about twerking before it was called that, album sales and why it’s more important to have steady sales instead of a first week blowout and truly feeling great with everything in her life. When asked about her public relationship with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and advice for dating in the spotlight she said, “Do what feels right to you. Don’t over think it, don’t calculate it, just be.”

Missing Transgender Woman Elisha Walker Found Dead In Crude Grave The body of Elisha Walker, a 20-year-old transgender woman who had been missing for almost a year , was found in a “crude grave” in Johnston County, North Carolina. According to advocates and local media, the discovery was made more than 100 miles from Walker’s home in Salisbury, North Carolina. Via Raw Story : A Latin Kings gang member, Angel Dejesus Arias, 23, was arrested and charged with killing Walker and stealing her car, reports said on Thursday. He was being held without bond. Amid reports from Detroit, Texas and Phoenix of the deaths of three more black, transgender women, some observers have placed the number of transgender women killed this year at 16. In a statement, transgender Human Rights Campaign staff member Laya Monarez said: “Even as we are seeing an increase in transgender visibility through a range of inspiring national media stories, including Caitlyn Jenner’s, the levels of violence and harassment transgender people face – particularly transgender women and transgender women of color – constitute a national crisis .” This week, Texas police announced an investigation into the death of 22-year-old Shade Schuler, whose body was found badly decomposed in a field in Dallas. It took almost three weeks to identify her remains. Activists in Michigan were also asking for help from Detroit law enforcement, after 20-year-old Amber Monroe was shot and killed in a city park. She was the fifth transgender woman to be killed in Palmer Park since 2014. In Phoenix on Tuesday night a 35-year-old transgender woman, Kandis Capri, was shot dead. Walker was reported missing in November 2014, after her family had not heard from her since 24 October, the Salisbury Post reported. Police gave local media information about Walker’s disappearance in an effort to generate leads, but few were forthcoming until Walker’s burnt-out 2000 Pontiac Sunfire was discovered in an open field in Sampson County, police said in a release. Arias had lived in a house in Salisbury that Walker was known to frequent, before moving to Johnston County, more than 100 miles away, where he was arrested on unrelated drug charges. Rowan County police obtained a search warrant for a Johnston County house, they said. They discovered Walker’s body in a “small depression” behind it. Arias will not face hate crimes charges over Walker’s death. North Carolina does not have a hate crimes statute. Should trans people be protected under the hate crimes statute as well??

On I Am Cait Season 1 Episode 3, Caitlyn Jenner weighed a number of heavy issues, but came away with a better sense of who she is in the end. It’s the words that come out.” This week’s episode referenced Caitlyn Jenner’s ESPYs speech , which was wildly popular; at the time this was filmed, that was 4-5 weeks away. Rather than speaking, Jenner knew she had to focus on listening. Case in point: Blossom, a transgender woman Jenner met at the Human Rights Campaign, who was denied entry into nursing school for being trans. For Caitlyn, this was a watershed moment in her transition. “I’ve lived a great life,” the former Bruce Jenner told the cameras, “and I realize in this transition that I kind of have that privileged status.” She may not share the experience of a typical transgender person and the struggles they face, but what Cait does have is a whole lot of heart. Jenner decided to have I Am Cait ‘s executive producer send Blossom’s story to Ellen DeGeneres, in hopes of spotlighting her story even more. But not before she wore her first ponytail while roller skating, and better yet, rocked a white swimsuit for the first time in front of her friends. “It did feel very freeing,” she said, despite all her hesitations about it. “Add I did see my reflection in the glass door. Looked pretty good.” As for the question of whether she is attracted to other women in swimsuits, that loaded question came up … is Caitlyn Jenner gay ?  She is and has always been attracted to women, she says, though she does admit some uncertainty and confusion. Bobbi Kristina Brown: Details of Her Final Phone Call Revealed

Now that Bobbi Kristina Brown has passed away after nearly six months in a coma, her loved ones can have begun the process of grieving…and fighting over her fortune. But amidst all the drama at Bobbi Kristina’s funeral and the legal infighting that’s sure to consume her family for the next several years, some who knew the 22-year-old best are sharing fond memories of the bright-eyed aspiring singer who tragically succumbed to the same demons that claimed the life of her famous mother. One such friend is Sammy Tawil, who claims to have been the last person to speak to Krissi on the phone before the tragic accident that would eventually claim her life. “I spoke with her the day before she was found,” Tawil  tells Radar Online .  The longtime associate of the Brown family says Krissi was “like a daughter” to him and most of their final conversation consisted of her eagerly describing her future career plans. ‘“She wasn’t crying, she was upbeat, excited to go to L.A,” Tawil says. “She wanted to go in the studio.” Asked if he ever got the impression that boyfriend Nick Gordon was abusive to Bobbi Kristina , Tawil claims that she was so optimistic each time he spoke to her that he had never got the impression anything was amiss. “I didn’t sense anything bad,” he says. “She wasn’t depressed. Donald Trump calls himself a “ratings machine” in this phone interview with CNN's Don Lemon. He says he gets “big crowds.” He says Megyn Kelly is a “lightweight” and he says he doesn't have “a lot of respect” for the Fox News anchor. But those quotes have not become the focus of most critics following Trump's performance in the GOP debate on Thursday night – in which he slammed Rosie O'Donnell in response to a question Kelly posed about his history of sexism – and following this Q&A with Lemon. “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes,” Trump told Lemon on Friday evening, actually then adding: ” Blood coming out of her wherever .” Yes, Donald Trump made a comment about Megyn Kelly's menstrual cycle as part of his diatribe against her. This is the leading Republican candidate for President at the moment. Trump is already on record as saying Kelly sucks , but might he finally lose some voters after going there with his criticism of a woman?

Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner: Spotted in Same Selfie!

Kim Kardashian is on top of her selfie game at the moment. A day after sharing a selfie with Hillary Clinton , who reportedly broke protocol in order to pose with the reality star at a fundraiser, Kardashian has brought her parents together in public for the first time in months. “The parent trap,” Kim wrote as a caption to this Instagram photo, which features herself, Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner. It’s unclear where the trio is hanging out, but this marks the first time fans have seen Kris and Caitlyn in the same place since the latter came out as transgender in April. Kris and Caitlyn, of course, divorced last year after over 20 years of marriage and two kids together; not the mention all the stepchildren they helped raise as a couple. But there was criticism of Kris after Caitlyn told the world about her gender transformation because Kris was the only one of Jenner’s ex-wives NOT to appear in his ABC special with Diane Sawyer. “I just miss Bruce. And that’s going to take me a minute to mourn that relationship,” Kris said many weeks ago on E!. “You think you’re going to grow old with somebody, and they drastically change over the course of just a few years.” Kris went on to make a handful of supportive comments to the press, but there’s been recent talk that Caitlyn blames Kris for his show’s plummeting ratings . One report alleged that Caitlyn believes Kris has been conspiring with I Am Cait producers to make him look bad. Caitlyn, meanwhile, is jumping face-first into the selfie game herself.
