Hi Hater: Paul Lyan’s RNC Speech Is Filled With Lies And Loopholes

Guess the fact checkers were busy last night. Paul ‘Who Needs Medicare’ Ryan was spittin’ lies left and right during his speech on Wednesday night. He did uphold one promise tonight though…Ryan said before tonight’s show that “they wouldn’t let fact checkers get in the way.” The Wisconsin congressman and GOP vice presidential candidate repeatedly chided President Barack Obama for blaming the jobs and housing crises on his predecessor, saying that his habit of “forever shifting blame to the last administration, is getting old. The man assumed office almost four years ago -– isn’t it about time he assumed responsibility?” Ryan then noted that Obama, while campaigning for president, promised that a GM plant in Wisconsin would not shut down. “That plant didn’t last another year. It is locked up and empty to this day. And that’s how it is in so many towns today, where the recovery that was promised is nowhere in sight,” Ryan said. Except Obama didn’t promise that. And the plant closed in December 2008 — while George W. Bush was president. It was just one of several striking and demonstrably misleading elements of Ryan’s much-anticipated acceptance speech. And it comes just days after Romney pollster Neil Newhouse warned, defending the campaign’s demonstrably false ads claiming Obama removed work requirements from welfare, “We’re not going to let our campaign be dictated by fact-checkers.” Ryan, for his part, slammed the president for not supporting a deficit commission report without mentioning that he himself had voted against it, helping to kill it. He also made a cornerstone of his argument the claim that Obama “funneled” $716 billion out of Medicare to pay for Obamacare. But he didn’t mention that his own budget plan relies on those very same savings. Sit your fake azz down Paul. Come November you’ll see how far all of this lying gets you. Wait! What? Beverly Hills 90210 Love Triangle Reunites For (Ulp!) Old Navy Ad

My dreams are dashed.  After enjoying the big-screen treatment of 21 Jump Street — replete with cameos by original cast members Johnny Depp , Peter DeLuise and Holly Robinson Peete — I held out hope that Fox would make a smart alecky theatrical adaptation of Beverly Hills 90210 . But the Hollywood-goes-to-high-school-series just opted for smaller rather than bigger. Our sister website TV Line reports that cast members of the original Fox series, Jennie Garth, Jason Priestley, Luke Perry and Gabrielle Carteris are taking part in an ad campaign for the Old Navy clothing company’s fall line. The situations are familiar. Carteris moons over Priestley, as she did in the 1990s, and Garth chooses jeans over Priestley and Perry, which pretty much sums up the 2000s to the present. I’d like to suggest that Old Navy tap Garry Shandling  as Larry Sanders for another campaign.  I swear I’ve seen Shandling wearing mom jeans at media events, and Old Navy could strike advertising gold by putting a sell-sell-sell twist on  one of Shandling/Sanders signature lines — we’re paraphrasing here — “Do these pants make my ass look fat?” Why no, Mr. Shandling, your ass looks a-mazing! Genevieve Morton for Bare Necessities Lingerie of the Day

Genevieve Morton is some South African model who I thought was substantially hotter….I have been watching her for the last few weeks…thinking that maybe she’d replace Candice Swanepoel with her blonde South African, high AIDS rate risk factor vagina…but after seeing this campaign for Bare Necessities…she’s not nearly what I thought she was….the only good news is that she’s posing half naked…but that willingness to get half naked only goes so far, especially in a world filled with dirty fucking whores who all want fame…. Either way, maybe it was just a bad shoot….here are the disappointing, yet half naked pics….

Miley Cyrus Hot for the Internet of the Day

I am unfortunately hooked on Miley Cyrus. Like a tween girl 5 years ago, only far more perverted, I track her every move. I don’t go to her concerts, or sing her songs, or have her posters on my wall, I just look at the pictures she produces, with her thin young body, and realize she’s got so much more to offer than low quality, commercial grade, garbage that brain washes kids, like a tight little body she shows off on the internet, which is really some of her best fucking work. Here she is getting her hair done, which is apparently a new fetish I am officially into now that I’ve been introduced to it, watch out hair salons around the city, I’ll be coming on your window soon….and as I do with so much wrong with our youth…you can Blame Miley for it….

Behati Prinsloo Topless for Juicy Couture of the Day

Behati Prinsloo is posing topless, albeit strategically topless, which means no nipples are showing, for Juicy Couture jeans…. She’s a hot Namibian model who Victoria’s Secret abducted when the excutives were out there on a Safari, and I am sure glad they did, cuz even without seeing nipple, she’s got a rocking body and more importantly a rockin’ model ass in these jeans that I am sure Juicy Couture will try to promote as being so good they make all asses look like this, to which their market of rich moms who dress like their spoiled daughters will respond by buying a pair, and spilling over a pair, in what would be a disaster, if I wasn’t too busy checking out their daughters to notice…. This campaign would be better if it was a little juicier, you know, her squirting….but I’ll accept this for what it is.

Gael García Bernal Plays Hero of Democracy in No

He’s made dozens of films since his 2001 breakout Y Tu Mamá También charmed audiences not only at home in Mexico, but also north of the border. Since then he played a priest in The Crime of Father Amaro , acted with the likes of Brad Pitt and Cate Blachett in Babel , a footballer (soccer player) in Rudo Y Cursi and even the revolutionary Ernest “Ché” Guevara in The Motorcycle Diaries . But now Gael García Bernal , the Mexican actor/director/producer and even festival founder (he and fellow actor Diego Luna co-founded Mexico’s Ambulante Documentary Festival), is playing a more conventional revolutionary of sorts in Pablo Larraín ‘s No , which debuted last May in Cannes and will screen at the Locarno Film Festival , which opens Wednesday. In No , he plays an advertising executive who creates an ad campaign to defeat Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet in 1988. The publicity campaign by ad bigwig Rene Saavedra helped topple the brutal dictator who is still reviled and praised at home. The TV campaign urged Chileans to vote “No” to another eight-year term for Pinochet. The campaign worked and Pinochet was ousted with 55 per cent voting against his return and paved the way for a resurgence of Chilean democracy. García Bernal told the A.P. that he often met Latin American exiles while growing up in Mexico, but didn’t understand their plight until he began shooting No . “This made me realize the profound pain caused by the dictatorship and it hit me hard,” he told A.P. (http://news.yahoo.com/garcia-bernal-feels-chiles-pain-latest-film-033203261.html) before No ‘s premiere in the South American country’s capital Santiago on Monday. “The director wanted to make a movie about the history of what went on in 1988, as well as an introspection and reflection on democracy.” Pinochet continues as a divisive figure in Chile. He came to power in 1973 in a CIA-backed coup that overthrew the country’s democratically elected leftist president Salvador Allende and ruled with an iron fist until he left office. Up to 3,200 were killed and tens of thousands were tortured and jailed. But supporters laud Pinochet’s free-market policies that transformed the country’s economy. “Before this campaign no one dared to talk, so when they were finally given a chance, the knee-jerk reaction could have been let’s tell the world about everything that’s wrong with Pinochet — his countless atrocities and about those who have died. But the minds behind the campaign said ‘no,’ let’s use another way,” Pablo Larrain, the film’s director told the AP. “They said— the way to oust Pinochet is to show something positive about what would come next, to tell people: ‘the happiness is coming,’ and that was the turning point.” [Source: A.P. http://news.yahoo.com/garcia-bernal-feels-chiles-pain-latest-film-033203261.html]
