Via NYPost reports : Crazy ex-con Aston Barth, 33, of Central Islip, continued to live with his victim’s body for nearly a week before his mother and brother discovered it Christmas Eve, cops said.Sean Epps said he had repeatedly gone to Barth’s home last week to ask if he had seen their mutual pal, victim Jason Campbell. “The whole time, my friend was in the closet right there,” a stunned Epps saidaid yesterday as he set up a makeshift memorial near Campbell’s home. “I don’t know how you can just stay in there with a body in your bedroom for a week — I didn’t think Aston could do something like this,’’ said another Campbell pal, who only gave her first name, Marquise. Barth — who drew national ridicule in 2007 after robbing a Central Islip bank dressed like a lady despite his thick black mustache — admitted to fatally choking Jason Campbell, a longtime pal, during an argument, authorities said. It wasn’t clear what the pair fought about, but after Barth killed his 35-year-old pal, he tried to decapitate and dismember him with an ax, officials said. Barth only got through one whack, on the neck, before he realized it was too much work and simply put a black garbage bag over Campbell’s head, wrapped him in a blanket and stuffed him in the closet, authorities said. Barth had just been released from prison for the bank robbery in September and returned to live with his mother, Connie, and a younger brother. Connie Barth said her son has been mentally ill since childhood, when he used to behead animals for fun. This is just sick and very sad. Story is crazy on multiple levels. Our condolences to the family of the victim.

Looks like Naomi is at it again! Via Page Six reports : A catfight has erupted behind the scenes of Naomi Campbell’s catwalking-competition show, “The Face.” Sources tell Page Six that Campbell and co-hosts Coco Rocha and Karolina Kurkova are bickering backstage while shooting the upcoming Oxygen series, leaving Nigel Barker as mediator. “Nigel is the only one who gets along with everyone,” said a spy. “He’s been left as the host and the referee. You’ve got three models, all at different stages of their careers and different ages, and they are really not getting along. It’s a competition show, and none of them are used to losing.” Another source says of the infamously tetchy Campbell: “Naomi doesn’t have to have a reason not to like somebody. She just doesn’t like certain people.” The source adds that Rocha’s goody-two-shoes personality and Campbell’s bad-girl swagger clash like oil and water, and that the younger Rocha’s the odd model out in the mix. “There were some issues with Coco being on time and Naomi not being on time and Coco getting annoyed,” a spy said. “Coco’s a Jehovah’s Witness, and she believes in being correct and polite and being on time. She doesn’t drink. She’s super straight-laced. So it’s been a real mess between [Coco and Naomi].” Barker was overheard talking about the squabbling on the show, which debuts in February, at an Edeyo Foundation benefit at Pink Elephant to send holiday gifts to children in Haiti. Barker and Kurkova have both tried to remain neutral, like the show’s “Switzerland,” a spy says, but Campbell’s made it difficult not to pledge allegiance to her. “Karolina knows how to deal with Naomi. She’s known her for a longer time,” the source says. “Coco clearly knows Naomi doesn’t like her. Naomi’s tough. If you are not kissing her a$$, you are dead.” Campbell tweeted ominously yesterday: “I don’t need a certain number of friends, just a number of friends I can be certain of.” A rep for Oxygen declined to comment. He mentions Warhol, he mentions Basquiat. He mentions people you’ve never heard of. He brings this light to our normal conversation.” Hov hangs out with Barack Obama and parties with Warren Buffett. He trails only Sean “Diddy” Combs on the Forbes’ list of Future Hip-Hop Billionaires. If either makes the cut, he will join the short list of currently only five black billionaires in the world. LaLa Anthony made an appearance on The Breakfast Club and was giving advice to callers during part of the show. Everything was going pretty cool until a caller explained her situation; the young lady had a friend who slept around a lot and was getting called a whore. The caller felt like she was getting a bad reputation because she was still hanging out with her and asked LaLa how she’d deal with that situation since she’s “friends with Kim Kardashian”. Lala responded: “First of all, We joke around and have fun but I am really starting to get a little tired of people calling her that to me because if I was calling your friend a whore you wouldn’t like that would you? No matter what people’s perceptions are, I know my friend and I know her heart and who she is and she’s not a whore. We are all grown now! I can’t be responsible for what people think about other people, I go by how a person treats me and she’s always been an amazing person to me. As far as your situation is concerned, the same thing applies. We are all grown. If your friend has a bad rep, you can’t take responsibility for what your friend does, so you shouldn’t be grouped in that category because of what she does, you can only be responsible for your own actions…I think a Hoe is someone who has no morals or values when they do what they do. According to the Orlando Sentinel… A 48-year-old Volusia County minister faces decades in prison after a jury this week convicted him of raping a little girl nearly six years ago. Michael Charles Campbell of DeLand faces as much as 60 years in prison after his conviction Thursday on charges of sexual battery and engaging in sexual conduct with a minor 12 to 18 years of age, the State Attorney’s Office said. Campbell, a minister in Deland and West Palm Beach, lured the girl to a motel for sex by promising her help with her modeling career with a “skit,” prosecutors and police said. The former Daytona Beach funeral home worker attacked the girl when she was 12 and 13. In December 2006, he picked the girl up in a hearse with a body inside after telling her father he wanted her to do some work at the funeral home. They delivered a body to Daytona Beach International Airport and as they drove away, he told the girl that she might have to take her clothes off for the skit. The girl said he told her he “might have to take a look at you first” and pulled the hearse off the roadway. She said she exposed herself. Then they drove to a motel, where the girl said Campbell taught her how to put a condom on and kissed and fondled her. They spent several hours in the room and afterwards, Campbell gave her $44, the girl told police. In December 2007, the girl was taken to a motel for another “skit,” but that time she tried to resist, even though Campbell told her “it was how Brittany Spears and Beyonce got their start.” SMH…We’re not blaming anyone other than this disgusting waste of life but we wish parents out there would stop being so willing to let their young children go off alone with adults; even if they’re the head of the Church.
