Lady Gaga is showing off her freshest ink to her Little Monsters. Having previously seen Gaga’s ARTPOP tattoo (an allusion to her new album title), fans were treated to the first look at the newest tattoo on the singer, who is still promoting 2011’s smash Born This Way in Europe. Gaga captioned the pic below: “New Tat. Stamp of His Mermaid.” The 26-year-old Mother Monster later added, “Thanks Hank and @amstattoomuseum for my New Ink!! Elisha Cuthbert already knows a thing about Happy Endings quotes . Now she’s even more well-versed on the subject in real life as well as TV. The actress is engaged to Dion Phaneuf of the Toronto Maple Leafs! Cuthbert, 29, announced on Twitter that she’s “Happily, happily, happily, happily engaged! This has been the most amazing weekend ever.” The couple, who began dating way back in May 2008, celebrated at New Glasgow Lobster in Prince Edward Island, Canada, last night. “Last night we had the privilege of hosting a surprise engagement party for Dion Phaneuf and Elisha Cuthbert,” the restaurant tweeted. “Congrats to them both.” Announcing their engagement at the PEI venue was “a nice surprise for all their guests … Congrats to them both and LOVE the ring!” Phaneuf, 27, “never said it was for an engagement party,” a source says. “They invited 40 friends and family to celebrate at the restaurant.” “Elisha looked very happy and pleased. She was showing off her ring to her family and the wait staff,” the source at the restaurant adds. “Dion and Elisha both got up an gave a speech and thanked everyone for being there and celebrating this exciting time with them.” Cuthbert previously dated NHL player Sean Avery, who was suspended for saying Phaneuf was enjoying his sloppy seconds in 2008. Bobby Brown is out of rehab and doing well, according to Bobby Brown. The star is adamant that he did not leave rehab early, as has been widely reported, after checking into a facility last month to battle problems with alcohol. Brown did depart the facility after only two weeks, but he claims was part of the plan all along … a somewhat dubious story, but we digress and hope it’s true. The New Edition singer says he’s now 22 days sober … and counting! Wow, 22 whole days. That’s more than three weeks (by one day)! Hey, those 22 days are totally the hardest, right? Here’s hoping Bobby can build on them. Meanwhile, his new wife Alicia Etheredge was hospitalized over the weekend, reportedly having suffered a seizure, but the couple says that all is fine now. In the recent war (or at least exchange) of words between Seal and Heidi Klum regarding her romance with Martin Kristen , it’s now her turn to speak out. “Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children,” she said in a statement to People . “I cherish all of the wonderful memories Seal and I created together over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us.” While not confirming or denying that she and Kristen are together, the model seems to be saying that it’s time for everyone involved to move on from this. Klum’s statement comes in the wake of a comment by Seal, who said he wished she “waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help.” He later clarified that he wasn’t implying she cheated on him before their January split, but merely pointing out that they are still legally married at this time. The whole saga is unexpected after what both parties called an “amicable” separation … but Heidi dating her bodyguard was also a bit unexpected. For Seal, anyway.
