The Bachelor Hometown Dates Recap: Who Got the (Surprising) Chop?!

There are few guarantees in life, but on The Bachelor , there are several: The word “hometown” will be dropped around 173 times per season. People will somehow say “Ben and I’s relationship” almost as often. There will be increasing drama with each passing week, and Courtney Robertson and/or the people writing for Courtney Robertson will stir that ish up. Monday was no exception as Courtney, Nicky Sterling, Kacie Boguskie and Lindzi Cox took Ben Flajnik to meet their parents in four awkward, contrived dates. Court brought her aggressive game this week, just when we thought she couldn’t make us any more uncomfortable. Could the other girls hold a candle to her? Who made the final three? Were The Bachelor spoilers right, or did Ben pull a surprise? Hint: Someone’s dad prompted a breakup many did not see coming. Here’s THG’s official +/-

The Voice Recap: Blind Auditions, Take Four

It’s episode four of The Voice’s blind auditions, with Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton back in their red-spinning spaceship chairs yet again. How much fun is this show? American Idol likes to tout its star-creating power, and The Voice may not have an answer to that until it produces its own Kelly Clarkson … or even a Scotty McCreery. Still, it remains a far more entertaining show in many respects, from the diversity of the vocalists trying out, to the rapport between the judges and the unique format.

Lindsay Lohan Stalker Arrested After Star Calls Cops

Lonnie Short is sitting in jail right now after allegedly stalking Lindsay Lohan. The actress called the Venice, Calif., police after he showed up at her front door. After a strange, unidentified man showed up and knocked on the door looking for her at 6:30 p.m. last night, LiLo understandably freaked the hell out. Lindsay, 25, came to the door and asked what Short, 64, wanted. The man responded cryptically that he needed to speak with her. Lohan called for help. After Lindsay asked the man to leave, he refused, demanding she open the door. Police received a call minutes later about a trespasser on Lindsay’s property. According to law enforcement sources, officials showed up soon after and arrested the man for trespassing. Lonnie Short was booked shortly thereafter. He’s being held on $1,000 bail, and hopefully won’t go near LiLo again. Just check out Lindsay Lohan Playboy photos instead, man. No need to bother her. [Photo: WENN.com]

Cee Lo Green Changes Lyrics to "Imagine," Some Fans Not Pleased

Performing live on New Year’s Eve, Cee Lo Green made a seemingly minor change to the lyrics to John Lennon’s classic song “Imagine” that caused a big uproar. Shortly before the ball dropped, Green changed the lyrics from “Nothing to kill or die for, and no religion too” to “Nothing to kill or die for, and all religion’s true.” This didn’t go unnoticed by many fans, upset with the change. In response, Cee Lo Tweeted, “Yo I meant no disrespect by changing the lyric guys! I was trying to say a world were u could believe what u wanted that’s all.” That did little to comfort angered Lennon lovers, who lashed out on Twitter. Watch the performance below (around 4:00) and tell us if you think the criticism is warranted: Cee Lo Green – Imagine (Live on New Year’s Eve)
