By Jocelyn Vena Scarlett Johansson Photo: Getty Images Actress Scarlett Johansson is threatening legal action against anyone who posts the nude photos of her that hit the Internet on Wednesday. Johansson’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has issued letters to websites that are running the photos — one of which shows her topless, another shows her standing with a towel covering her front side with her butt exposed in a mirror — noting that they must take the photos down and that they are “stolen copyright protected private photographs,” according to TMZ . The lawyer’s statement continues, “The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless. If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.” E! News confirmed that the FBI is currently investigating who may have hacked the actress’ computer or other device and leaked the photos. “The FBI is investigating a person or group responsible for a series of cyber intrusions of high-profile figures,” FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said. “This would include many devices — could mean a computer, desktop, laptop, iPad, cell phone … intrusions into personal online accounts too.” Johansson is one of many celebrities who have been targeted by a ring of hackers who gained access their personal information, including Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. On the same day that Johansson’s photos hit the Web, TMZ reported that Mila Kunis had also been hacked. There are reportedly four photos of the actress floating around, including one of the actress in a bathtub and one of her with an identified male. There are also reportedly two photos out there of Kunis’ “Friends With Benefits” co-star Justin Timberlake . He is lying in a bed in one and wearing pink underwear on his head in another. Beyonce will not be performing at the Michael Jackson Tribute concert in Wales next month. Though she was originally scheduled to put on a show via satellite, the now-pregnant singer has pulled out of even that. Now, she will simply be making “special contribution on video,” according to Ticketmaster. However, Christina Aguilera, Ne-Yo, Cee Lo, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson and Leona Lewis will perform. Sister Janet and brothers Randy and Jermaine Jackson won’t be at the concert because the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who is charged in MJ’s death, is going on at the same time, but his kids, sister LaToya and Mama Katherine will be in attendance. Tiny is royally ticked off at federal prison officials. T.I.’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle says the feds are just trying to target and make an example out of her husband by dragging him back to prison . Tiny is speaking out , because “It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges … all because he’s T.I.” According to T.I.’s wife, “There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that just get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way.” “Our family needs [him] … and because of a personal vendetta, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up.” Yes and no. T.I. is at fault for brazenly violating his probation last year and ending up back behind bars in the first place. Tiny was arrested, too. Tameka “Tiny” Cottle tells us, “It’s important that the world know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges … all because he’s T.I.” According to Tiny, T.I.’s the victim of a vicious double standard — “There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way.” Tiny adds, “Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home.” T.I. — who was hauled back to prison last week on his way to a halfway house — is scheduled for release in a few weeks. It’s definitely shady the way they’re doing lil T.I., let the Kang be great!!
