Omari Hardwick Says Denzel Washington Saved Him From Being Homeless Hollywood actor Omari Hardwick says Denzel Washington and his wife Paulette helped him survive after arriving to California. The “Power” star says Oscar winning actor helped him from becoming homeless and even paid for his car when his first paid gig didn’t pan out: “I came out here without a lot of money and I met Paulette and Denzel Washingon via John David, their oldest son and I worked at Campbell Hall, the high school he went to here in the valley. And I was teaching, substitute but coaching and I moreso became his mentor and his trainer at UCLA on Saturdays. So that kind of gave me inroads to this sort of figure in Denzel and an aunt figure in Pauletta. “They perfectly and appropriately didn’t help me out. They gave me shelter when I didn’t have a place to stay or whatever but they sort of allowed me to be close enough to the family so I sort of transitioned into getting an agent…the whole thing…doing all these odd jobs. Pursuing firefighting as a backup. Pursuing it at least and on the day that I said no to the fire department was the day Spike Lee offered me my first acting gig.” Omari later admitted that he even gave his first acting check to Denzel and the actor framed it because he was so proud. Man Charged With Assault After Throwing A Gator Into Wendy’s A Florida man has been arrested and charged with assault after allegedly tossing an alligator into a Wendy’s drive-thru window according to WPTV reports: A Jupiter man threw it through the restaurant’s drive-thru window, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission incident report. It happened in October, but the suspect was just taken into custody by U.S. Marshals. FWC officials say 23-year-old Joshua James pulled up for his order and after a server handed over a drink and turned around James reached into the back of his truck and tossed the 3-and-a-half foot gator through the drive-thru window. The incident report showed a picture of the gator inside the restaurant. James faces charges of aggravated assault and unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator. The alligator was later released in a nearby canal. Only in Florida!!!!

Khloe Kardashian has a new talk show entitled Kocktails With Khloe , so naturally, the topic of booze has come up several times during her endless promotional tour. If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know that for all their shenanigans, the Kard clans are a mostly sober bunch. We always just assumed that Scott Disick and Kris Jenner did enough drinking for the lot of them, but in a recent interview with Elle, Khloe says there’s more to it than that. “Kimberly does not drink alcohol whatsoever. Pregnant or not, she’s just never been into it. Kendall and Kylie are not into it. Even when Kendall goes to Europe where the drinking age is 18, she’s never—Kendall’s really focused and determined. “Kourtney used to drink a lot more in college and probably before she had kids. She’s literally been pregnant for, like, six years or breastfeeding, so I think that has obviously changed her life now. “My mom has a drink every night with dinner. That’s her thing, and that’s what she loves to do. I don’t like the taste of alcohol like that, so if I drink, I drink for intent. “Like, I don’t care to just have a glass of wine. No, I want to get fucking buzzed or drunk. That’s the point!” So much to unpack there. We don’t even know where to start. For one thing, Kris Jenner has more than “one drink” with dinner.
