As punishment, the young lady is being forced to sell her iPod and give the money to the charity Beat Bullying. Why must she do so? Because bullying is wrong , as the message below reads. Texas Girl Stabs Mother 9 Times Via DailyMail An 11-year-old Texas girl was arrested over the weekend for stabbing her own mother nine times in the head, neck and shoulder as the woman slept. While the unnamed minor is currently in a juvenile center, 41-year-old Toshia Edmonson, a single mother of two, is in a serious but stable condition in a Dallas hospital. The girl told police she that she attacked her mother as she was ‘so, so angry and frustrated with her.’ Officers say she was upset that she had to be home at 11.45pm on Friday. According to a police report, the girl said that Edmonson pushed her into a sofa and told her that she was going to ‘give her away.’ The girl then waited for her mother to go to sleep, got a knife from the kitchen, went to her bedroom and stabbed her nine times, as reported by CBS 11. The report stated that Edmonson’s other child, a younger boy, told police that his mother woke up screaming and shouting her daughter’s name. Edmonson was eventually able to get the knife out of the 11-year-old’s hand and fall on top of her to stop the attack, according to reports… …The girl has been charged with family violence aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Mindy Kaling is featured this month on the cover of her first-ever national fashion magazine. Cause for celebration, right? Yes, but also for controversy. Kaling is one of four actress featured for the publication’s Women in TV issue, along with Zooey Deschanel ( New Girl ), Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation) and Allison Williams (Girls)… … but she’s the only one of those four to be photographed up close and also in black and white. This could be no big deal. Like the Melissa McCarthy Elle cover that generated chatter, it’s possible Kalig was in on the picture selection and some are making a big fuss over nothing. But Julia Sonenshein of The Gloss doesn’t see it that way. “For all we know, Kaling directed the whole shoot. Does it matter? The message is still the same: we treat a certain type of woman differently than the other celebrities in her cohort,” Sonenshein writes . “Kaling is different based on an arbitrary set of rules, so we’ll treat her as such.” Elle, meanwhile, is standing by its depiction of Kaling. “Mindy looks sexy, beautiful and chic,” the magazine says in a statement. “We think it is a striking and sophisticated cover and are thrilled to celebrate her in our Women in TV Issue.” No word yet from Kaling, but here’s a look at the other three women/covers. Young Jeezy is in serious trouble with the law. The rapper was arrested in Atlanta on Friday on charges of battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats… against his own son. Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that the alleged incident took place in September of 2012 and that Jeezy turned himself in last week after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. The legal documents say Jeezy went all Chris Brown on his teenage child, getting into a brawl with the boy in a bathroom; throwing him through a glass shower door; punching him in the face; and continuing to beat on him in the bedroom. Based on the incident report, Jeezy’s son tried to escape but the artist bodyguard blocked the stairwell. Jeezy is also accused of telling the teenager “I will put a bullet in your head right now” and “If I could get away with it, I would kill you.” “We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately,” says Jeezy’s attorney. “At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family’s privacy.” The musician is currently out on bond.

What an azzhole. Man Kills Baby For Crying During Football Game If the crying was bothering him so much, he should have handed the baby to someone or left the room. According to Fox 25: A man Norman Police say killed a 5-month-old while he watched the OU-OSU football game is now in custody in the Cleveland County Jail. An arrest warrant was issued for 22-year-old Tre’viance Markese Walker Friday. Police say the child died in Walker’s care while he watched the Bedlam football game. Neighbor Jimmy Shannon says Walker, his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s baby were living with Walker’s aunt and uncle. While everyone else was out running errands, Shannon says Walker was supposed to take care of the baby, but he was upset with OU’s win and lashed out at the crying baby. “The baby wouldn’t stop crying so he went allegedly and picked up the baby with such force as to snap the baby’s neck,” Shannon said. Shannon went on to say that his neighbors told him Walker lost $200 because of the Bedlam game and that’s why he lashed out. Shannon says after everyone got home they found the baby unresponsive and called police. Police responded to the home in the 200 block of Willoway around 6:00 PM. The 6-month-old boy was taken to a local hospital where he later died. According to the affidavit filed in Cleveland County, the boy had trauma to his face and head and blood in his right ear. The report states Walker had the boy in his care starting at 1:35 PM until 2:30 PM. Walker initially claimed to have not touched the boy during that time. “It’s heart wrenching. It’s disgusting, and it just makes me sick to my stomach,” said Shannon. As of Monday the District Attorney’s office says charges against Walker weren’t yet filed, but the arrest warrant was for murder in the first degree.
