There are some sick fawks in this world…smh 12-Year-Old Chinese Girl Allegedly Has Baby By A 74-Year-Old After Sex Assault Via DailyMail A 12-year-old girl has given birth to a baby that was allegedly fathered by a 74-year-old. The pensioner from a neighbouring village in Qiyang, Hunan province, China has been arrested by police for the crime after DNA evidence reportedly revealed he was the father of the baby girl. But the child has denied she was raped by the man. Her family believe that the pensioner was forced to confess as part of a police cover-up. They believe that DNA was not taken from any of the three teachers to see if they fathered her daughter. The girl also claims that at one point during the investigation she saw the three teachers in question handing money over to the police. She claims she was also threatened by the headteacher of her school to keep quiet. The 74-year-old man has been sentenced to 12 years in jail. Eric Snowden Offered Asylum According to CNN Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has offered asylum to U.S. intelligence leaker Edward Snowden, the state-run AVN news agency reported Friday, without offering details. The report came shortly after Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega said he would grant Snowden asylum in his country “if the circumstances permit.” Ortega didn’t elaborate on his announcement, made during a speech in Managua, except to say his country is “open and respectful to the right of asylum.” “It’s clear that that if the circumstances permit it we will gladly receive Snowden and will grant him asylum here in Nicaragua,” Ortega said. Meanwhile, an Icelandic lawmaker said Snowden would not get citizenship there, as he had requested, because Iceland’s parliament refused to vote on an asylum proposal before ending its current session. The singer and mother of one now has — a stepmother. Beyonce’s father and former manager, Mathew Knowles, got married last Sunday. His representative on Friday said he wed real estate agent and former model Gena Charmaine Avery, 48, in Houston. The couple had been engaged for a year and a half. The 61-year-old Knowles guided his daughter to superstardom with the group Destiny’s Child and later in her solo career. She released him as her manager in 2011. Beyonce and her rapper husband, Jay-Z, have one daughter, Blue Ivy. Of late, the curvy singer has been brushing off rampant rumors that she’s pregnant. Knowles, head of Music World Entertainment, still manages several gospel acts including Grammy-winner Le’Andria Johnson. Prison Closes After Female Inmate Forced To Give Birth In A Toilet The Texas prison that came under fire last summer after a female inmate filed a lawsuit agains them for forcing her to give birth to her daughter in a toilet has now closed down. The inmate, who’s newborn baby girl sadly died 4-days later as a result of the horrific incident, claimed the prison staff didn’t take her seriously when she said she was pregnant. Dawson State Jail on the banks of the Trinity River near downtown Dallas as “Texas’ worst state jail,” citing, among other things, poor conditions and inadequate medical treatment that “in a few cases led to deaths.” Among them: Autumn Miller’s premature baby, a girl named Gracie born after just 26 weeks of gestation. Autumn told KTVT-Channel 11 in July 2012 that guards at the privately operated jail, which is owned by Corrections Corporation of America, refused her cries for medical attention. She says the guards gave her a menstrual pad and locked her in a cell. She says they told her she just had to go to the bathroom. As a result, Miller says in a lawsuit filed Friday in Dallas federal court, on June 14, 2012, “She looked down and watched, in horror, as she delivered baby Gracie into the toilet.” The infant lived for four days and died in her mother’s arms. “Within an hour of Gracie’s death,” says the suit, “CCA employees took Autumn back to Dawson.” The suit alleges CCA guards did nothing to help Miller, before or after she gave birth to her baby; she claims it took guards 15 minutes just to find the key to get into her cell, and that “several CCA employees came into the holding cell while Gracie lay there helpless next to her bleeding mother.” Your Black World news has since reported that the prison in question has been closed down in accordance with an investigation into the unsatisfactory practices and treatment at several prison facilities across the country.
