Solange Knowles Cancels Tour, Cites Physical and Mental Health Issues

She may not be Amanda Bynes … but Solange Knowles needs a break. The sister of Beyonce announced today on her website that she must cancel all dates on her European tour, although the choice was far from easy. “I wish I could put in words how much of a difficult decision this was,” Knowles wrote. “But between moving part time to a new city, starting my son in a new school, and writing/recording my new record… I really had to make the best decision for my mental/physical health and provide some stability for my family.” Solange is the mother of an eight-year old and recently relocated from Los Angeles to Brooklyn. The canceled tour had included stops in nine cities, including Oslo, Copenhagen and London. “I am so so sooooo sorry if I’ve disappointed … and really hope to make it out to those special cities soon enough!” Solange said. It’s expected she will fulfill her tour dates in Los Angeles on August 24 and Philadelphia on August 31.

Kim Kardashian Baby Weight Loss: A Work in Progress

Yup, it’s still there . With reporters and fans wondering about the state of Kim Kardashian and her pregnancy weight, Kris Jenner took to her talk show today and updated all 12 viewers on the status of her mysteriously quiet daughter. “Well, it’s been three seconds since she’s given birth,” Kris said today, laughing off talk that she’s locking Kim away until she’s back to an acceptable figure. Okay… so what’s the answer? Has Kardashian gotten her pre- North West body back?!? “Trust me,” Jenner told co-host Ryan Seacrest. “She’s not there yet.” But, realizing how harsh that sounded, Jenner explained that Kim “is working hard. She’s not there yet, and if she were there already, it would be freaky weird.” And the most important takeaway? “Everyone’s beautiful and happy” at home. Meanwhile, as each day passes without a peek at little Nori, we can’t help but wonder: might the release of the Royal Baby photos affect the timing of this child’s public debut?

Kim Zolciak Daughters Adopted by Kroy Biermann

It’s official… and it’s beautiful. In an interview with E! News this week, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak goes into detail about all she loves about husband Kroy Biermann, starting with the fact that he’s legally adopted her daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12. “I don’t know if I could love anybody else’s children as much as Kroy loves the girls,” Zolciak says . “I just don’t know if I have it in me.” The reality star also says she wasn’t looking for a relationship when she met the Atlanta Falcons defense end, but she just couldn’t resist the athlete’s rear end. “When I saw his butt, I have never in my life seen a butt like that,” she said. “But again I didn’t really think anything. I just thought, ‘Wow he’s got a really cute butt and a million-dollar smile.’ I love big wide smiles. His energy was great, but ‘OK, I’m filming, I’m working, I gotta go’ and that was my mindset.” But one thing led to another, her girls fell for Biermann and here they are, expecting yet another child together. Says Kroy: “My house isn’t going to be as clean as it was before, but it’s not important. Those things are not important and it’s all about prioritizing and understanding.”

Jesus Took The Wheel: Kelly Rowland Had To Be Rescued From Boat After Whale Watching Went Wrong

At least it wasn’t Michelle… She might not have made it. Kelly Rowland survived a scary moment Friday when the boat she was whale watching from was nearly swept away in strong winds. Via US Weekly reports : The former Destiny’s Child member was rescued offshore of Provincetown, Mass., on Friday, July 19, when the private rented boat she and her friends were whale watching in got caught in gusty winds. According to the Wicked Local news site, five people, including the 32-year-old singer, were on a day trip whale watching when the boat reportedly became “disoriented in the gusty winds and high seas along with the haze which lowered visibility.” Per Wicked Local, the group were able to contact the Coast Guard at the Stellwagen National Marine Sanctuary, where TowBoat US escorted their boat back to Provincetown. All were unharmed and reportedly OK. Indeed, an eyewitness tells Us Weekly that the “Dirty Laundry” singer was shopping in Provincetown the following day on Saturday, July 20, browsing local furniture, art, and trying out some saltwater taffy. Rowland’s due to perform at her next concert on Aug. 17 in Waco, Tex. We’re glad Kelly’s okay! Be careful out there girl. Enjoy some beach photos of Kel below: WENN

Paul Bhattacharjee, Casino Royale Actor Gone Missing, Found Dead

Paul Bhattacharjee, a British actor best known for roles in Casino Royale and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel , was found dead this week after a multiple-day disappearance. He was 53 years old. The actor was last spotted departing the Royal Court theatre in London on July 10. His body was allegedly discovered – at Splash Point cliffs in East Sussex – on July 12, but the corpse was not officially identified as Bhattacharjee until yesterday. According to the BBC, police do not suspect foul play. Bhattacharjee’s last known communication was a text to his girlfriend the day he went missing, while his son told The Evening Standard that his father vanishing was “completely out of character.” After news of his death became public, actress Parminder Nagra Tweeted : “Very sad to hear the news about Paul Bhattacharjee. My thoughts are with his loved ones.” THG echoes those sentiments.

Trayvon Martin’s Parents Speak on Verdict: Do They Forgive George Zimmerman?

Trayvon Martin’s parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, spoke out this morning for the first time about last weekend’s George Zimmerman verdict . Tracy Martin told Today ‘s Matt Lauer: Trayvon Martin Parents Interview “We felt in our hearts that we were going to get a conviction. We thought that the killer of our unarmed child was going to be convicted of the crime that he committed.” Added Fulton, “I think (the legal system) failed Trayvon to a certain degree. I think we let the process take its course. We didn’t get the verdict that we were looking for.” “Our focus has continued to change. First it was for the arrest, then it was for a conviction. So now we’ve moved on to a different focus, but yes, I think we were disappointed.” Martin then added, “I just didn’t understand how can you let the killer of an unarmed child go free. What would your verdict have been had it been your child?” “There’s no winners in this case. It’s just I want them to put themselves in our shoes.” Fulton noted that the verdict sends “a terrible message to other little black and brown boys that you can’t walk fast, you can’t walk slow, so what do they do?” “How do you get home without people knowing or either assuming that you’re doing something wrong? Trayvon wasn’t doing anything wrong.” As for whether or not Trayvon’s parents can ever forgive Zimmerman, Martin simply said, “I think that the forgiveness is like a healing process.” “Forgiveness takes time. The Bible says that you have to forgive and forget, but the healing process is a long process and the forgiving process is a long process.” What do you think of the Zimmerman verdict? First, we loved him on Teen Wolf . Now, he’s been upgraded to series regular status on Arrow Season 2 . Yes, it’s a good time to be Colton Haynes, especially on July 13 every year… because it’s his birthday! Haynes kick-started his career by modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch at the age of 15. He then moved to Los Angeles and appeared via small roles in shows such as CSI: Miami and Pushing Daisies before truly catching a break as Jackson Whittemore on Teen Wolf . Daphne Joy: 50 Cent Baby Mama Revealed, But is He Even the Father?

Daphne Joy has been identified as the woman 50 Cent allegedly kicked (along with her stuff) in her condo, leading to his recent arrest for domestic violence . She’s been widely reported as his baby mama, but according to the kid’s birth certificate, he’s not. Then again, it doesn’t list a father at all, so … Either Daphne Joy didn’t know who the dad was at the time she filled it out, or she didn’t want to say , or both. So it’s not like 50 Cent is off the hook. The child’s last name, first of all, is Jackson, not Joy. The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, has never acknowledged that child is his. Nor has Daphne. But the police may have heard it straight from them. The L.A. City Attorney’s Office, in announcing the domestic violence charges against 50, said that he and Daphne Joy had a “child in common.” 50 has denied the abuse allegations or the fact that he was ever arrested, saying he is “conducting his own investigation” … whatever that means. The rapper does have another child, officially, with Shaniqua Tompkins. 50 Cent’s son Marquise , 16, recently got into a nasty text message exchange with him … though from the sounds of it their relationship may be on ice for now.

Former MLB Star Owes $275K In Child Support How you go from making $30 MILLION to this?!?!?!?! Via ABC News: Former Major League Baseball star Danny Tartabull is the “Most Wanted” deadbeat dad in Los Angeles after failing to pay more than $275,000 in child support for his two sons, according to the Los Angeles County Child Support Services. Tartabull, who hit 262 home runs over his 14-season career, was charged in January 2011 with failing to pay child support for his sons Zach and Quinten. He pleaded no-contest but failed to meet the terms of his probation. When he failed to show up for his 180-day jail sentence a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to Los Angeles County Child Support Services. The warrant for Tartabull’s arrest has now been out for over a year. His name and photo were added this week to the new wanted poster issued by L.A. County officials. Tartabull earned more than $30 million over his big league career, including signing a five-year $25 million contract with the New York Yankees in 1991. According to the wanted poster, the former star owes almost as much as the other four men on the “Most Wanted” poster combined. Tartabull was born in Puerto Rico and started his pro baseball career in 1984 with the Seattle Mariners. He later joined the Kansas City Royals where he was selected to the All-Star team in 1991. He played for the New York Yankees from 1992-95 and ended his career after the 1997 season playing for the Philadelphia Phillies. Tartabull’s older son Zach was a California high school football star and is now a male model, according to various reports. His younger son Quentin will graduate from a California high school next year, and has verbally committed to University of California as a defensive back, according to California.scout.com.
