Daphne Joy has been identified as the woman 50 Cent allegedly kicked (along with her stuff) in her condo, leading to his recent arrest for domestic violence . She’s been widely reported as his baby mama, but according to the kid’s birth certificate, he’s not. Then again, it doesn’t list a father at all, so … Either Daphne Joy didn’t know who the dad was at the time she filled it out, or she didn’t want to say , or both. So it’s not like 50 Cent is off the hook. The child’s last name, first of all, is Jackson, not Joy. The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, has never acknowledged that child is his. Nor has Daphne. But the police may have heard it straight from them. The L.A. City Attorney’s Office, in announcing the domestic violence charges against 50, said that he and Daphne Joy had a “child in common.” 50 has denied the abuse allegations or the fact that he was ever arrested, saying he is “conducting his own investigation” … whatever that means. The rapper does have another child, officially, with Shaniqua Tompkins. 50 Cent’s son Marquise , 16, recently got into a nasty text message exchange with him … though from the sounds of it their relationship may be on ice for now.

Kim Kardashian Gives Birth To A Baby Girl TMZ is reporting that congratulations are in order for Yeezus and his new mommy banger boo-thang Kim Kardashian, as she has delivered their baby girl after going into early labor late yesterday evening. via TMZ Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl … TMZ has learned. Our sources say BF Kanye West was there for the entire thing. We’re told Kanye cancelled his appearance at his own record release party last night when Kim told him she was feeling “a little off.” Sources close to KK tell TMZ the baby and Kim are both in good health. We’re told the delivery comes one month earlier than expected. It is the first child for Kim and BF Kanye West. The first step towards some long overdue justice… Cleveland Kidnapper Ariel Castro Indicted On 329 Counts The charges against Cleveland area kidnapper and future registered sex offender Ariel Castro have finally been handed down and from the sounds of things, he’ll soon be getting exactly what he deserved for putting those young girls through living hell for all of those years. via USA Today Ariel Castro, 52, the former school bus driver accused of holding three women captive in his Cleveland home for a decade, was charged late Friday with murder and more than 300 counts of [forced sex] and kidnapping. The Cuyahoga County grand jury’s 329-count indictment charges Castro with one count of aggravated murder for allegedly terminating one of his captives’ pregnancies, 139 counts of [forced sex] and 177 charges of kidnapping, seven counts of gross sexual imposition, three counts of felony assault and one count of possession of criminal tools dating from the time of the first woman’s disappearance until February of 2007. The indictment charges Castro as a “sexually violent predator” who committed the murder and [forced sex acts] in the course of a kidnapping.The murder charge is tied to one victim’s fourth pregnancy, the indictment said. The County Prosecutor’s Capital Review Committee will consider whether prosecutors should seek the death penalty if Castro is convicted. Castro, who was fired last year from his job as a school bus driver, is being held in the Cuyahoga County jail on $8 million bail. I have to see it done,” she told MTV News’ Josh Horowitz. “I haven’t seen it. It’s a big deal.” The story for the final “Twilight” will take the story in an intriguing different direction as Bella adjusts to life as a new mom and a new vampire, no longer the plain Jane every-girl. Stewart told MTV News that the change makes for a surprisingly different movie experience. “It’s so bizarre, the tone change. You’ve always been behind her. You’ve always been using her. She’s how you see that world,” she said. “Now that her perspective has completely changed, it’s like ‘Where am I?’ It’s really cool. I, myself, am still a little bit shell-shocked. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Josh Wigler and Fallon Prinzivalli One Direction Photo: MTV News NEW YORK — Armed with Nerf guns, the five guys of One Direction hit up the “Men in Black 3” premiere at the Ziegfeld Theatre, ready to face any kind of challenges. The fivesome, who kicked off their headlining U.S. tour on Tuesday night, took a break from the road to catch the film. They also chatted with MTV News on the red carpet about why they felt they needed a line of defense for the fete. “We’re safe [with them and we’ll use them on] anyone who gets brave,” Louis Tomlinson joked about their Nerf guns. But the fellas did have a real reason for wanting to catch the film: They are big fans of the “Men in Black” franchise and have been for quite some time. “[They are] great films, aren’t they?” Tomlinson added. “I just think it’s fun and the action’s great. We were young when the first came out, so we kind of grew up with them.” Once inside the theater, instead of having to fend off anyone who might have gotten in their way, they gave the guns away to a few young fans who ran up to them. While security did their best to keep fans away from the boy banders, one young girl managed to get to the floppy-haired Harry Styles. All five guys agreed to give the girl their autograph. Before the film started, they hung out in their seats, munching on popcorn while adoring fans and their moms checked the guys out. Later on, at the after-party held on the USS Intrepid, fans followed the band as they made their way around the bash, including down several flights of stairs to the bathrooms. They didn’t stop for anyone, but they smiled and waved occasionally. The guys won’t have too much time to hit up more movie premieres since they are back to playing Thursday night (May 24) in Virginia. One Direction will continue on their summer tour through July. Meanwhile, “Men in Black 3” opens Friday. Reid to dole out advice to bright-eyed singers. But from the sounds of audio leaked to TMZ from the first round of auditions, it seems that the audience thinks Spears will do just fine. In the audio clip, from a young man’s audition in Austin, Texas, Spears and fellow newbie Demi Lovato give out differing critiques. “I think that you have a great voice and your tone was great,” 19-year-old Lovato told the contestant. “But, I don’t really know where you fit. I don’t know what’s going to set you apart from other musicians who are boys. So, I think you just have to find out what makes you special and what separates you from all the other teenage boys in this industry.” Britney, on the other hand, had a some kinder words for the amateur singer. “I think you can be bigger than the next Justin Bieber,” Spears said, eliciting a rambunctious response from the crowd. “I feel like your runs are amazing,” she added. “And I do feel like with a little more training, you could actually [inaudible] better presentation, but I see what’s there.
