Saint West Godmother: REVEALED By Kimye!

Kim Kardashian has chosen godparents for her newborn son Saint, and her pick for the godmother may come as a surprise … or not. While they certainly did not lack for options within their close family, Kim and her rapper husband Kanye West had one name in mind: Kourtney Kardashian. “Kim and Kanye both feel that Kourtney is really perfect to be Saint’s godmother,” an insider said, despite her having touched Justin Bieber . Kourtney recently launched her own motherhood-oriented mobile app and is the proud mother of Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 1. However, it’s not just Kourt’s parenting skills that inspired Kimye to make the call. It’s her kids’ bond with North West and Saint West . Says the source: “Kourtney was just the obvious choice for her son. Kim really wants all of her sisters to be involved in her children’s lives.” She was also next in line, in a sense. Khloe became the godmother of Kim’s first child, North, 2, when she was baptized in Jerusalem. “North absolutely loves her cousins,” the family insider says , “and they act like they are all siblings rather than cousins.” As for the godfather, Kim has reportedly made her choice but has yet to reveal it to her family … which begs the question: She can’t pick Rob, right? Or Scott? Or Lamar? Or Tyga ? The Kards are kinda short on male role models not named ‘Ye. Good kall on Kourt though Kim. You need a strong woman as a godmother, but also one who knows how to keep her cool … View Slideshow: 12 Ways Kourtney Kardashian Taught Us To Keep Our Cool

Scott Weiland’s Ex-Wife: Don’t "Glorify" His Death!

“December 3rd, 2015 is not the day Scott Weiland died,” Mary Fosberg writes. “It is the official day the public will use to mourn him, and it was the last day he could be propped up in front of a microphone for the financial benefit or enjoyment of others.” Fosberg is Weiland’s ex-wife and mother of his two children, Noah, 15 and Lucy, 13.  The couple married in 2000, and split up seven years later. In an open letter to fans (published on RollingStone.com), Fosberg asked that Weiland’s death not be “glorified.”   The Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman died of cardiac arrest on his tour bus in Minnesota.  Police also found small amounts of cocaine in his room. In the letter, Fosberg criticized those who called Weiland’s behavior – which involved forgetting lyrics and falling on stage – “art” rather than a cry for help.  She also wrote about how that affectd his ability to be any kind of father to their children. “The truth is, like so many other kids, they [Noah and Lucy] lost their father years ago. What they truly lost on December 3rd was hope. “We are angry and sad about this loss, but we are most devastated that he chose to give up,” Fosberg continued, urging adults to be a positive part of a child’s life. “I don’t share this with you to cast judgment, I do so because you most likely know at least one child in the same shoes. “If you do, please acknowledge them and their experience. Offer to accompany them to the father-daughter dance, or teach them to throw a football. “Even the bravest girl or boy will refrain from asking for something like that; they may be ashamed, or not want to inconvenience you. Just offer – or even insist if you have to.” Fosberg ended the letter with a plea to face addiction rather than bury it. “Let’s choose to make this the first time we don’t glorify this tragedy with talk of rock and roll and the demons that, by the way, don’t have to come with it.” View Slideshow: 24 Musicians Who Died Too Young

Could You Do It??? Single Black Mother Of 3 Moves Family To The UAE

Single Black Mother Of 3 Talks About Why She Moved Her Family To The Middle East The Washington Post took time out to interview Tanai Bernard, a single mother of 3 who moved her kids from Texas all the way across the globe on a teacher’s salary and her story is interesting! The single black mother spoke about what prompted the move, the quality of life in the Middle East and dating Middle Eastern men. Peep some exerpts from her interview below. Why the UAE? Before discussing it with my now ex-husband, it was never on my radar. Our home in Texas was being rented out, so at that point it was either leave, be homeless, or move in with family. We liked the living standards the UAE offered. When I realized he was making no effort to get a passport, I stepped out on faith on my own with the kids. What type of work do you do there? I have an engineering degree, but I’m also a certified teacher. I currently teach math for Emirati girls. Since arriving in 2013, how do you feel the UAE has treated you as a single mom? It’s not as conservative as people think. The people, particularly the men, are quite accepting of my marital status. If anything, sometimes I feel some of the men are intimidated by it: Like, how can she do it all by herself? People automatically assume you’re married if you’re woman here. But I’ve never had an issue with being open about being a single mom. My family has been embraced since day one. My Emirati students are the most fascinated by my life. Because many are products of plural marriages, they see their own mothers struggle while their fathers support multiple households. They ask how I do it — balancing three kids while still finding time to enjoy my life. And some of the parents read my blog, so they’re familiar with me. But overall, the locals tend to be fascinated with my life because it’s not the norm here. Are you living comfortably in the UAE on a teacher’s budget and three kids? Absolutely! I recently celebrated my 32nd birthday on a yacht. There’s no way I could have afforded that in the U.S. My salary is comparable to what I made in the U.S. However, my employer covers my housing and health insurance for my children and me. Remove those costs, and you have a greater deal of disposable income. I can comfortably travel with my kids here. We’ve been to the Philippines, Bali, Italy, Cancun and Sri Lanka. Do you plan on coming back to the U.S.? Do I want to go back to struggling, living paycheck to paycheck? I’m an educator; I already know what my paycheck is going to look like. But we have a sweet deal here, the people are very welcoming, and the kids are happy being able to enjoy the same activities in the U.S. while seeing the world. Ultimately, I’m stuck deciding: Do I want to be closer to my family in the U.S., but that would mean going back to struggling [financially]? Or do I stay distanced from my family but maintain a better life for my kids and myself? Tanai is certainly brave for making such a huge move, do you think you could do it? TanaiBernard.com-Image

True Or False: Are Kimmy Cakes And Yeezus Beefing Over Baby’s Birth Because He Wants To Ban Kris Jenner?

Kanye West Concerned Kris Jenner Poses Security Risk Over Kim’s Childbirth So word on the curb is that Yeezy doesn’t want his mother in law to be present for the birth of his second child. According to Radar Online reports: “Kanye doesn’t want Kris to spill all of the details about his son’s birth the way she did when North was born,” a source told Radar. “He is afraid that it is a security threat to have all of their personal details, like how they get in and out of the hospital, out there. And Kris spills everything,” the source explained. “So he’s told her that he doesn’t even want it filmed for the show.” But this put Kardashian, 35, in the middle of the two the source told Radar. “Kim wants to film her son’s birth. She is so excited about it, especially if it happens on Christmas and she loves sharing every detail of her life, even if Kanye doesn’t,” the source said. “But Kanye is really serious this time,” the source told Radar. “He is worried about the safety of his children and his wife and he doesn’t want there to be any problems.” “Kanye has been saying he doesn’t want to film something so special as the birth of his first son and he doesn’t care what Kris wants,” the source continued. “He is trying to keep her from sharing the most intimate parts of their life if he can.” On the one hand we can see Kanye’s point. On the other, we don’t understand how this can be an issue after all this time with this family. Doesn’t Kanye know what he signed up for?

Anne Hathaway: Pregnant With First Baby!

According to a report from E! News, Anne Hathaway is expecting her first child! “Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great!” said a rep for the 33-year-old in a statement issued today. The news comes on the heels of rumors that Hathaway was planning to adopt after having difficulty conceiving. Hathaway married actor Adam Shulman in 2012. In the years since, rumors that Hathaway is pregnant  have surfaced every few months. The actress has spoken openly about her desire to start a family in the past: “I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely,” Anne said in an interview back in 2013. “I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them.”  Hathaway has stated that she’s known she wanted to be a mother since she was in high school. Though the couple has yet to confirm the news, sources say Anne and Adam are ecstatic about their forthcoming bundle of joy. Fittingly, Hathaway’s next project is an remake of the 1964 family classic Mary Poppins. View Slideshow: Celebrities Expecting Babies in 2015
