Emily Nesbit, H.S. English Teacher, Arrested For Having Sex with Student in Classroom

Emily Nesbit, an 11th grade English teacher, resigned last week after she was accused of having sexual relations with a student at her high school. Nesbit, 31, was charged with institutional sex assault, a third-degree felony. Emily Nesbit Arrested For Having Sex with Student Police say that Nesbit admitted meeting an 18-year-old male student for sex in a classroom after hours at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Nesbit is charged based on her position as a teacher, without regard to the age of the student. If convicted she could face up to seven years in prison. Administrators learned about the alleged inappropriate contact March 10 after a female student discovered sexual text messages on the alleged victim’s phone. These included partially clothed and naked pics of the couple. Silver Spring (Pa.) Township police learned that the student and teacher had been in contact for about two months and met several times in the classroom after school. The student did not deny his relationship with the teacher. Police said the teacher’s phone number was listed as “My Lady Friend” in the student’s iPhone. Laura Whitehurst Teacher Laura Whitehurst has pleaded guilty to having sex with one of her students. She also had his baby. 7. Bethany Appleton Bethany Appleton is a 28-year old school teacher in Indiana. She has been arrested for allegedly sleeping with students. 8. Summer Michelle Hansen Summer Michelle Hansen has been arrested and charged with 16 felonies. She’s accused of having sex with young students. 9. Meredith Powell Meredith Powell has been arrested for having sex with her students … heard that one before? 10. Emily Nesbit Emily Nesbit, a high school English teacher in Pennsylvania, faces several years behind bars for reportedly ‘performing a sex act on an 18-year-old student in her classroom.’ “The message to parents is, you need to 100% read your child’s text messages, follow them on Instagram, follow them on Twitter,” prosecutor David Freed said. Nesbit’s attorney released a statement following the scandal going public, explaining that the teacher “made a series of bad decisions at a low point in her life.” Going forward, she “intends to accept responsibility in court and continue to work on her personal issues that lead to the alleged inappropriate conduct.”

Mary Mary’s Tina Campbell Blames Herself For Husband’s Cheating In a new interview with blogger CNikky , Gospel singer and reality star Tina Campbell takes the blame for her ain’t isht hubby’s trifling infidelity . The singer says she was too controlling and neglected her duties as a wife prompting her husband to cheat on her: “I Tina assume full responsibility for the issues that I contributed to the relationship. I was controlling, talked too much. And you can never be heard over me because when I wanna talk I got the floor and ain’t nobody gonna get it from me until I give it up. Real talk. That was the way it was and I have to work on myself. You know what I mean? I was selfish. When we started having children it’s like, I forget that I have a responsibility as a wife. And I’m questioning you like, ‘Really, what you want me to do? I gotta baby!’” Tina says she put her children first and it may have damaged her marriage: “Even though that’s sometimes what you’re faced with, that ain’t the right spirit to do it in. And what happens is, you’re going on and you’re busy and you’ve got children and you’ve got work. And what happens is your husband is last and you don’t realize that he’s last. And if he has a problem with being last you’re like,’Well, what am I supposed to do? You know that I’ve got a career? You know that I’ve got these babies, you’re the one that got me pregnant!’ You want your husband to be the man and to take his place, but because ‘I’m a strong woman, I’m a this woman and I’m a that woman’ we busy stepping on our man. Making him feel small. And you know what? I did that. And I take responsibility for that.” Is she serious?? Tina blames herself for her husband’s dirty dog ways because she says she made him feel less like a man and wasn’t physically available to him. Utah Mother Buys Out "Offensive" PacSun Shirts, Takes Stand on Behalf of "Family City USA"

Judy Cox is taking a stand. The Orem, Utah resident was shopping with her 18-year old son yesterday when she strolled past the window of a PacSun store. It displayed graphic shirts as part of the company’s “Visual” line that Cox found truly horrifying. Utah Mother Buys Every PacSun Shirt “The bottom of one woman is completely exposed, uncovered and it’s a very provocative pose that she’s in,” said Cox . “Clearly it was offensive and I was most concerned about the youth and the children that would be viewing this.” So how did Cox respond? She bought every explicit shirt in the store in order to keep them off the backs of much younger consumers. There were 19 remaining in stock, setting Cox back a little under $600. Cox plans to return the shirts at the end of PacSun’s 60-day return policy, saying this gesture was more symbolic than anything. She also plans to meet with Orem city attorneys to see if the items violate the local code, as Orem is mostly comprised of members of the Church of Latter-day Saints, and its motto is “Family City USA.” “I hope it sends a really strong message to PacSun that at least in this community this is not a standard for us,” Coox says. “This is not something we approve of.” Here’s a look at a few of the t-shirts in question: Offensive PacSun Shirts: Do They Go Too Far? Dang, life just isn’t getting any better for AI . According to RadarOnline reports : NBA’s infamous bad boy Allen Iverson lost a legal battle with his former attorneys after he refused to pay for their help on his nasty divorce filing, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Tawanna Iverson, Allen’s ex-wife, filed for divorce back in June 2011 and the nasty divorce wasn’t settled until over a year later in Jan. 2013 — during at which time the judge who finalized the split shed the guard in a less than favorable light. “[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development. For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired,” the judge wrote in the divorce decree. “He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother.” Iverson allegedly refused to pay the firm over $60,000 for their services — so the firm sued him in a Georgia court and won against the baller on Oct. 30, 2013 to the tune of $64,892.61, which is the principal amount plus interest. But Iverson hasn’t paid up yet, so the firm filed a lien against him on Nov. 7. We really feel for those kids and poor Tawanna. That guy is the epitome of how your ego can rob you of EVERYTHING. We just hope he gets it together at some point before it’s too late to repair his relationship with his kids. That’s something you can never get back!

Girls Jumps To Her Death From Grandmother’s Apartment Building She had her whole life ahead of her… According to NY Daily News: A tormented 15-year-old girl who mused on Facebook about committing suicide jumped to her death Thursday from the roof of her grandmother’s Upper West Side building, police said. Jayah Shaileya Ram Jackson’s recent posts portray an emotionally troubled teen who was gripped by loneliness and struggling with depression. “I’m actually just going to wait for someone to make a petition for me to kill myself because it’s inevitable,,, like, we all see it coming,” Jayah wrote on Tuesday. Two days later, Jayah followed through on her suicidal threats. The teen walked up to the roof of her grandmother’s Amsterdam Ave. building about 10:40 a.m. and plunged 27 stories, police sources said. On Facebook, Jayah Shaileya Ram Jackson talked about suicidal thoughts and criticism about her weight. “She’s such a sweet, sweet girl,” said the doorman of the building, David Foster, 56. “I never knew she had any problems.” Nowadays, parents really have to keep an eye on their children’s social media.
