Surprise, Surprise… Sarah Jessica Parker Says There Will Be A “Sex And The City 3″

Her 8-year-old son, James Wilkie, wants to be an actor, and he’s eager to start auditioning. But don’t get too excited, she isn’t sure when it will happen. Sarah Jessica Parker was interviewed for this Sunday’s PARADE magazine and the actress opened up about her home life and the future of “Sex and the City”. Check out some of the interview below: Her 8-year-old son, James Wilkie, wants to be an actor, and he’s eager to start auditioning. “I don’t want him to do it until after he goes to college: But part of me thinks maybe it’s better if he knows the truth now about how hard it is to be a working actor. I don’t know that he grasps what it took to get us here.” Parker acknowledges that her childhood left her with money anxieties and that she’s eager to capitalize on her earning power. “I have a lot of responsibilities outside myself. I have a large family. I want to know I can always be helpful. I guess I worry.” On tying with Angelina Jolie for the top spot on Forbes’ list of highest-earning actresses. “Where do they get these numbers? I didn’t plot a future like this, although I know some people do. When Matthew and I started working, all we knew is that we wanted to be great actors. I don’t think I ever thought about money or that people would know my name. I loooove the work! When I was a little girl getting free lunches in Cincinnati, could I imagine being on a list in Forbes magazine?” On the difficulty of balancing career and motherhood. “We’ve had two occasions recently where both Matthew and I were working, and it was so hard on the kids. Especially James Wilkie, because he can really articulate how he feels about our absence. On the other hand, there are big chunks of time when we’re home a lot more than conventionally working parents. So you hope to make up for it.” On fraternal twins Loretta and Tabitha. “They’re talking, they’re running, they need me. Loretta is deeply inquisitive: ‘Do you see that, do you hear that, Mama?’ She constantly checks that we are connecting with her.” Her sister is the family princess: “Tabitha does not give; she receives.” Babysitters? Yes. Live-in help? Not for them. “We love closing the door and having the only people in the house be our three children and us. It’s such a good feeling to know that we’re competent and capable and that it’s private.” On the things Broderick has helped her appreciate after nearly 20 years together. Baseball, Parmesan cheese, color (“Matthew’s mother was a painter, and he taught me to love colors and break all the rules”). She also says that “he’s given me a little cynicism,” noting that she used to take the world at face value but that her husband is more skeptical. “I’m less Pollyanna now. That’s probably healthy.” For her part, Parker has shared her love of ballet, and, she says, “I make him [get out and] do things. We go to the theater and we travel because I plan it.” Any chance for a third Sex and the City movie? “There is. I know what the story is. It’s a small story, but I think it should be told. The question is, what’s the right time to tell it?” There you have it folks. A lot of people were not happy with “Sex And The City 2,” with the money they could make off a third movie it seems like a given it will happen, but do you think it’s a mistake? What would you want to see happen in “Sex And The City 3″???

Janet Jackson Says Kevin Garnett Was Tryin’ To Smash Back In The Day… Talks Nicki Minaj Wardrobe Malfunction

Damn… KG couldn’t get no love and JD got to hit that? Janet Jackson is making her way to Minneapolis Friday as part of her “No. Ones: Up Close and Personal Tour” (her first tour since Michael’s death) and the singer spoke candidly with their local Star Tribune about a plethora of interesting topics, including how former Minnesota Timberwolves player Kevin Garnett tried to get a piece and her thoughts on Nicki Minaj’s recent “wardrobe malfunction.” Check out the excerpts below: Janet Jackson knows her way around the Twin Cities, since she recorded most of her hits here with producer/songwriters Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. However, she hasn’t been here lately; Jam and Lewis moved to Los Angeles several years ago and she hasn’t worked with them since her “20 Y.O.” album in 2006. Jackson, 45, agreed to answer some questions via email. Her answers were short and sweet, punctuated with emoticons. She didn’t give direct or in-depth responses about such controversies as her lip-syncing in concert and her infamous 2004 Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction but she did address them. Q: What will it be like to perform all your hits in Minneapolis, where so many were written and recorded? A: It is going to be fun for me! I can’t wait to get back to Minneapolis and see all my fans there. Q: What’s your favorite memory of Minneapolis? A: I have so many, but being in Minneapolis to record “Control” stands out. It was the first time I was recording a CD without my family. It was a great. Q: I heard some guys stalked you by your hotel when you were recording “Control” in 1985. What’s that story? A: “Nasty” is the story for that question. That song came out of that experience. Q: What did Kevin Garnett say to you later after you brought him onstage at Target Center for the seductive “Rope Burn” in 1998? A: Kevin Garnett wanted to hook up. :0) Q: What do you like most about this tour? The least? A: I am having so much fun on this tour. It is the largest ever world tour for me. Whenever possible, I am choosing more intimate venues. I love being able to see everyone’s face in the audience. Q: What is it like to perform “Scream” without your brother Michael? A: It is amazing. It’s very therapeutic. The energy of the song is fierce but it makes me smile inside when I hear him, when I hear his voice. Q: What goes through your mind onstage on this tour vs. what went through your mind onstage during your arena tours? A: All I can think about during the show is how much fun I am having and how grateful I am to all the fans who have supported me all these years. Q: Why do you end the show with “Together Again”? A: I love what the song says… I am letting the audience know that we will be together again… hopefully soon! Q: Over the years, some people have said that Janet lip-syncs in concert. What’s the situation on this tour? Is all your singing live? A: Yes, I am singing live. WOW… 1998??? They went all the way there with it. Glad Janet got a chance to clear up the lip synchin rumors though. Keep reading for more…

For The Fellas: Zoe Saldana Puts Her Little Cakes On Display For GQ

Just to remind you once again that you will get to watch Zoe Saldana ‘s little banger self play a sexy stone cold assassin for an hour and a half at the end of the month , here she is in yet another magazine. Zoe is featured in the September issue of GQ, looking gorgeous in some interesting lingerie type stuff and talking about what really got her ready for her next role… The actress, 33, grew up partly in the Dominican Republic, where she learned to climb mango trees and gut fresh-caught fish. She remembers herself as “a feminine tomboy. I had my plastic swords, my ninja stars—but I still wore lipstick.” … And how she has no intentions on going back to being one of Hollyweird’s silent beauties. Saldana spent a decade wasted in sidekick parts until 2009′s Star Trek and her xenolinguistics expert, Uhura. (Saldana herself speaks four languages—five if you count Na’vi.) Next year she’ll trade the martial arts for a couple of marital dramas, though don’t expect any doting wives: “It gets pretty boring when all you are is the support system for a male character,” she says. “I want to be in the small percentage of women who don’t settle for conventional roles.” Fellas, feel free to take a moment to compose yourselves. Catch Fade: Shaquille O’Neal Says He Wants To Shoot The Fair One With Charles Oakley…

We’d pay a lot of money to see this one on pay-per-view Shaq may have retired from the NBA in June, but he is still the league’s most entertaining figure. And with the league currently mired in a lockout that threatens the coming season, NBA fans might have to turn to other sports to satisfy their thrist for serious competition. How about some mixed martial arts? So when the four-time NBA champ listed the five NBA players he’d most like to fight for an episode of HDNet’s Inisde MMA show, scheduled to air Friday night at 9 p.m., we couldn’t help but get excited. “From the NBA, the whole NBA, who would you like to fight,” the show’s host asked to one of the biggest personalities in league history. Shaq, who decided to go old school instead of looking to the current crop of NBAers, listed former Knick big man Charley Oakley as his top choice. Oakley, who spent nine seasons on Broadway and retired from the NBA following the 2003-04 season, would be facing a 100-pound weight difference in this matchup. We’re sure Shaq isn’t the only one what would like to kick Oakley’s a$$…. Source

Selita Ebanks Disses Nick Cannon’s Man-Parts And Says Diddy Can’t Kiss Good Either [Video]

Dayuuuuuuuuum… Selita Ebanks is a beyatch! Yeezy’s lil “muse” let the whole world known she was underwhelmed by former fiance Nick Cannon in the sack during a recent interview. While appearing on HDNet’s “Naughty But Nice Rob” Selita Ebanks was FAR from nice as she dissed Nick Cannon’s tiny “male talent,” Diddy’s kissing skills and advised big girls to stay away from spandex. Here’s what she had to say: “I mean I technically wore a ring but I don’t think I was really engaged,” Ebanks tells me of her relationship with Cannon. “I want a Prince. I want Prince Harry. Do you think the queen would accept me?” And as far as kissing she gives Cannon a “meh” but was less enthusiastic about his other, most private asset giving it an even less passionate “meh.” Ebanks, who is now one of the top earning models in the industry, says she knew she was beautiful at just 6 years old. Sitting in front of her mother’s vanity and catching a glimpse of herself she said, “Oh, I could make some money,” and boy was she right. Now she’s making millions, modeling Victoria Secret’s signature Angel wings — which she says protect her. “Well if you’re an angel those other b*tches don’t mess with you,” Ebanks dishes. “Behind the scenes you do hear snide remarks. I’ve heard girls literally talk about another girl in her face, and literally if she had claws she would be minced meat.” And although she says she doesn’t judge other people, she does has some advice for larger ladies. “Listen, I love voluptuous women, what bothers me is when they wear spandex. Don’t wear spandex ladies if you are over size 16. Just because it comes in your size does not mean it’s for you. As women we can wear whatever we want, be sexy but just know the difference, everything has a time and place.” SMH. Not nice. Get her Mimi! Watch part of the interview below: The entire interview with Selita airs on “Naughty But Nice with Rob,” on HDNet Saturday at 1:00 PM and 7:00.
