A fan of Kris Humphries approached Jonathan Cheban on the street in New York City yesterday and tossed flour in his face, and we know what you’re thinking: Kris Humphries has fans?!? TMZ has a photo of the incident , as well as a quote from someone on the scene, who overheard the flour-thrower yell: “This is for Kris Humphries!” Humphries and Cheban – Kim Kardashian’s BFF and the star of Spin Crowd – have never gotten along well. The latter has accused the former of referring to him as “gay,” a charge Kris denies and one he has reportedly considered legal action over. A rep for the NBA free agent says his client “would never condone hateful and unacceptable behavior like that to anyone, in any situation.” [Photos: WENN.com]
A lawyer for the trans woman accused of nearly killing a woman by pumping her cakes full of Fix-a-Flat says she didn’t do it and police can’t prove she did. A transgender woman accused of injecting a victim’s buttocks with a substance consisting of cement, mineral oil and “Fix-a-Flat,” is innocent, her attorney said Tuesday. Attorney Michael Mirer told NBC Miami there is no proof that his client, 30-year-old Oneal Ron Morris received $700 from the woman as payment or performed the procedure on her. “I can assure you that the state has no evidence other than what this alleged victim is saying. There is not going to be any proof or any documentation that shows that my client accepted any money or injected anybody with anything,” Mirer said. Mirer said he had no information on any other alleged victims. Oneal Ron Morris — who police say was born a man and identifies as a woman — was arrested Friday after nearly a year of being sought and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. Authorities say a victim who was looking to get a job at a nightclub and wanted a curvier figure paid Morris $700 for the injections in 2010. Morris allegedly used some type of tubing and inserted the toxic chemicals into her backside during a painful procedure. The victim, who is not being identified due to medical privacy laws, suffered permanent scarring around the injection sites. Shortly after the surgery, she went to the hospital but left because she was too embarrassed to tell doctors about the procedure. The victim required multiple surgeries and had a 24-hour home health aide for an extended period of time, according to a statement from the Department of Health. State health officials said Tuesday that several possible victims have since come forward alleging Morris performed similar procedures resulting in life-threatening injuries. Morris, 30, has been released from jail on a bond. Police say Morris performed the same surgery on herself. Um… no evidence? The proof is in the damn pudding. Does “she” really expect us to believe her word when the evidence is sitting right there in plain sight? Source More On Bossip! These kids were only in Middle School…Middle School! A California teen pleaded guilty on Monday to second-degree murder for shooting to death a 15-year-old gay classmate at his middle school who he said made unwanted sexual advances. The plea by Brandon McInerney, under an agreement with Ventura County prosecutors, brings to a close an emotionally charged case that previously resulted in a hung jury on a charge of murder with a hate crime enhancement. McInerney, who was 14 at the time of the shooting in 2008, will be sentenced to 21 years in prison without time off for good behavior when he appears before a judge in December, prosecutors said. The case drew wide attention because of its shocking premise: McInerney, in a fit of homophobic rage, killed classmate Larry King because he was offended by King’s dress and how the victim interacted with him. Prosecutors said McInerney, now 17, took a gun to E.O. Green Junior High School in Oxnard and sat in a computer lab with King before shooting him in the back of the head and then firing at him as he lay on the ground. King died two days later after he was removed from life support at a local hospital. King, 15, was openly gay, and McInerney’s attorneys argued he made sexual advances against their client. Ventura County prosecutors said McInerney targeted King because of his sexuality and they stressed that King, far from being the aggressor, was being bullied and was 30 pounds lighter than McInerney. Prosecutors also contended McInerney embraced a white supremacist philosophy that sees homosexuality as an abomination. Police found Nazi-inspired drawings and artifacts at his house, and a white supremacist expert testified at trial the hate-filled ideology was the reason for the killing. Defense attorneys acknowledged McInerney was the shooter but explained he had reached an emotional breaking point after King made repeated, unwanted sexual advances. They also argued their client came from a violent upbringing and juvenile court would have been the best venue to try him. So sad…this boy deserves more than 21 years. Source
Oscar de la Hoya encouraged model Angelica Marie Cecora to help him do cocaine using a body part other than his nose during an alleged, kinky romp at Manhattan’s Ritz Carlton hotel last March, she told Page Six. Cecora also claimed to us that the ex-boxing champ revealed to her he was molested by a female staffer in high school. “He opened up to me about how he lost his virginity,” says Cecora, who’s filed a $5 million suit through lawyer Tony Evans against the fighter for emotional distress, false imprisonment, assault and battery. “He told me that he didn’t have a lot of friends [growing up], and a lot of bullies would fight with him.” As a result, she says De la Hoya told her he was sent to a staffer’s office regularly who told him to “sit on her lap.” “He said this was the way he lost his virginity,” Cecora said. The New York model added that, during De la Hoya’s alleged “cocaine-fueled confessions,” he asked her to help him absorb the drug through a private body area. “He indicated he wanted [it that way],” she said. “I realized I was a victim,” Cecora said, explaining why she waited until now to come forward with her story. “ He took advantage of me. I wanted to stop him from doing this to other people.” The “Golden Boy’s” lawyer had this to say about Angelica and her claims against his client: “I am not going to debase myself or my client by engaging in a public relations war about this stupidity. Let’s see what the judge has to say.” Thing is, Oscar already publicly copped to doing drugs and cross-dressing so the idea that he held this woman hostage doesn’t exactly sound like a stretch of the truth. But as his lawyer said, let’s see what the judge says… Source
Would a man who says “Got all this stuff twirling around in my head” when asked about Libya and foreign policy be the right person for commander-in-chief?? Via NYTimes: HARD as it has been to watch, harder still to live through, the spectacle of Herman Cain’s dodging sexual harassment allegations is a real step up for the status of women. Their sexual treatment is now part of the open political process, rather than a smarmy rumor to be passed among cognoscenti in the dark. The fact that what several women have said might register in a presidential campaign — as if women’s sexual mistreatment at work might really matter — could be a potential game changer, even though the prevailing dynamics of sex, race and power that made sexual harassment so difficult to denounce in the first place are amply on display. The firestorm surrounding Clarence Thomas’s defense to Anita F. Hill’s allegations in his confirmation hearing for the United States Supreme Court 20 years ago not only falsely set up race and gender as mutually exclusive and opposing forces, but also framed subsequent defenses to sexual harassment charges by Bill Clinton and others as mere personal peccadillo or political fodder. Predictably, in this latest remix, political intrigue and racial grandstanding, combined with vicious attacks on the accusers, have obscured the principal inquiry: the leadership potential of a presidential candidate. Sexual harassment is not a Democratic or Republican issue, a liberal or conservative issue, or a black or white one, although those politics can shape it. As a consequence, it does not present a test of group loyalty but a chance to evaluate the reported behavior of someone who seeks to govern. Mr. Cain’s assertion that the public attention to these reports is “a high tech lynching” threatens to insulate his behavior from the deeper assessment it demands. Like Mr. Thomas, whose elevation to the Supreme Court was facilitated by this statement, Mr. Cain rides a wave of suspicion and empathy. It would be wrong to dismiss the appeal of his defense, given the common dimension of public sexual humiliation and how deeply “lynching” resonates as a metaphor for black men in the real context of the sexual politics of racial hierarchy. But neither Mr. Cain nor Mr. Thomas stands in the shoes of those crucified for offenses against the powerful. No one was, or will be, killed and hung from a tree for defending the prerogatives of the top 1 percent. And it is germane that women of all races face a specific kind of public sexual humiliation for reporting their abuse at the hands of those with power over their employment. This is a major reason that so many, rather than speaking out, have opted for silence, and in overwhelming numbers still do. Simply put, women do not want to be pornography. Remarkably but not atypically, Ms. Bialek’s Republicanism and her personal respect for Mr. Cain remain intact. Women who come out of the shadows, like Ms. Bialek and Ms. Hill before her, are not silenced as others can be, including by confidentiality agreements routinely forced on them by companies as the price of relief. These women want and expect the harasser to man up: acknowledge what he did, genuinely apologize, and change, meaning never do it again. And the failure of a candidate to do so should not be considered a winning political strategy but instead regarded as presumptive evidence of unfitness to lead. That would be a step toward real progress. Our leaders owe us nothing less. Thoughts on this??? Peep the video above of your boy Herman “Black GOP” Cain getting all flustered when asked about Libya… “Okay, Libya,” Cain said — then paused, looking downward. “President Obama supported the uprising — correct? President Obama called for the removal of Qaddafi. Just want to make sure we’re talking about the same thing before I say, yes I agreed, or no I didn’t agree.” “I do not agree with the way he handled it, for the following reasons — No, that’s a different one. (Pauses) I gotta go back, see. (Pauses) Got all this stuff twirling around in my head. Specifically, what are you asking me, did I agree or not disagree (sic) with Obama?” “I’m a much more deliberate decision-maker,” Cain said. “That is a point that I keep coming back to. Some people want to say, well, as President you’re supposed to know everything. No you don’t. I believe in having all of the information, as much of it as I possibly can, rather than making a decision or making a decision about whether I totally agreed, and didn’t agree, when I wasn’t privy to the entire situation. There might be some things that might cause me to feel differently. “So I’m not trying to hedge on the questions. That’s just my nature as a businessman. I need to know the facts as much as possible. I need to hear all of the alternatives (takes a sip of water). For example, someone — you might have mentioned that even in the administration, there were different views. I would want to hear all of those views, look at all the information, and then I make the decision as the Commander-in-Chief. So this is the whole point I’m trying to make.” Discuss… Source
Jerry Sandusky is now running his yap, claiming he loves kids and has touched them, but not with sexual intent. According to People.com reports : Jerry Sandusky, the former football coach at the center of the Penn State child sex abuse scandal, acknowledges that he touched children but denies he committed any crimes. “I have horsed around with kids,” Sandusky, 67, said in an interview that aired Monday on Rock Center with Brian Williams. “I have showered after workouts. I have hugged them and I have touched their legs without intent of sexual contact.” Asked by Bob Costas if he is guilty of the charges contained in a 40-count indictment, Sandusky says, “I am innocent of those charges.” “Are you a pedophile?” Costas asked. “No,” replied Sandusky, who went on to state: “I could say that I have done some of those things. I have horsed around with kids. I have showered after workouts. I have hugged them.” He also said, “I enjoy being around children. I enjoy their enthusiasm. I just have a good time with them.” Of the 2002 incident that was reputedly witnessed by assistant coach Mike McQueary, involving Sandusky and a boy in the locker room, Sandusky told Costas, “We were showering and horsing around and he actually turned all the showers on and was actually sliding across the floor and we were, as I recall, possibly like snapping a towel.” Sandusky’s attorney, Joseph Amendola, appeared on Tuesday’s Today show and admitted his client did not use common sense in showering with young boys. As Amendola told Costas, “I believe in Jerry’s innocence. Quite honestly, Bob, that’s why I’m involved in the case.” The New York Times now reports that as many as 10 more alleged victims of Sandusky are stepping forward, according to police close to the investigation. Amendola told Rock Center, “We expect we’re going to have a number of kids, now how many of those so-called eight kids we’re not sure, but we anticipate we’re going to have at least several of those kids come forward and say this never happened. This is me, this is the allegation, it never occurred. In fact, one of the toughest allegations … what McQueary said he saw, we have information that that child said that never happened.” What McQueary said he saw was Sandusky in the act of anal rape. We could see how a kid would deny that at some point or another out of shame, but what reason would McQueary have to make that up? In another incident a janitor allegedly saw Sandusky going down on a little boy. Innocent? We’re not buying it. More On Bossip! What Did WE Do?! Anna Kournikova lasted about as long on The Biggest Loser as a guy would last in bed with this beaut… nevermind. The point is: Kournikova will not be returning for a second season of the weight loss competition. According to The Hollywood Reporter , the former tennis player was a “nightmare,” often clashing with contestants and never relating to their struggles. Kournikova’s rep, of course, denies that his client was fired, while the blonde bombshell has released the following statement: “I enjoyed my time on the Biggest Loser ranch.
