There are worse problems to have, we’re just sayin… German Man Calls The Police On Sex Partner When She Wanted More A desperate man in Munich fled onto a balcony and called police for protection after his insatiable companion for a one-night stand refused to let him leave her flat, police said Thursday. The 43-year-old man had met a woman four years his senior in a bar in the southern German city on Monday and she took him back to her apartment for sex, a police spokesman said in a statement. “There they had sexual intercourse several times,” the spokesman said. “When the 47-year-old wanted even more, her partner said no.” The man then attempted to leave the apartment but the woman prevented him from escaping and demanded he sleep with her again. “Because the 43-year-old saw no other alternative, he complied with the woman’s wishes another few times so he could finally leave the apartment,” the spokesman said. “But when she continued to refuse and demanded even more sex from him, he fled to the balcony and alerted the police.” The woman “then tried to talk the dispatched officers into similar activity but was unsuccessful.” This muhfugga musta been Daddy LONG-stroke! Judge In George Zimmerman Case Reveals Conflict, May Step Down We’d say get used to this lady’s face but it turns out she may not be sticking around for long after all. Cable TV and courtroom ethics collided in the Trayvon Martin case Friday when the judge suddenly announced that she has a conflict of interest that might force her to step down. Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler said her husband’s legal partner, Mark NeJame, has been hired by CNN to do the legal analysis on the controversial case. Recksiedler, who has been on the bench for barely a year, dropped that bomb at what had initially been billed as a surprise bail hearing for accused killer George Zimmerman. “I’m very very concerned that this is going to be problematic moving forward,” Zimmerman defense attorney Mark O’Mara said on a conference call. “If you choose to file a motion to disqualify me as judge it has to be in writing,” Recksiedler responded. So far neither O’Mara nor prosecutors have moved to disqualify her. Recksiedler, 39, of Sanford, Fla., was assigned to the case on Thursday morning. Her husband, Jason, works with NeJame, an Orlando lawyer who is now on CNN’s payroll. Recksiedler said it was important to disclose the relationship before the case goes forward. Zimmerman, who was charged with second-degree murder on Thursday, was not privy to the conference call. NeJame and O’Mara are also connected — both did legal commentary during the sensational Casey Anthony trial. Also, NeJame reportedly recommended O’Mara to Zimmerman, when he was looking for a defense attorney. The courtroom chaos came a day after the 28-year-old neighborhood watchman made his first court appearance for killing the unarmed black teenager. Zimmerman spent the night alone in a jail cell — isolated from other prisoners for his own protection, and comforted only by a stash of junk food. O’Mara, who is trying to get him released on bail before his formal arraignment on May 29, told National Public Radio he doesn’t expect the case to go to trial this year. “It would be guesswork,” O’Mara said. “But, most cases like this, I cannot imagine it going to trial within the year.” O’Mara also said he doesn’t think Zimmerman could get a fair trial right now — and certainly not in Seminole County, Fla. “You know, the wounds are still quite raw,” he said. “And part of it is, I would like to give the community some time, to begin to build back up its trust in the criminal justice process.” Asked if he would request a change of venue at Zimmerman’s arraignment, O’Mara said “I have no idea.” “It’s much too early,” he said. “That process really should occur only when you’re getting close to trial.” O’Mara, who is representing Zimmerman pro bono, said he got his wife’s okay before he accepted the job. “Because, obviously, it’s a fairly enormous undertaking,” he said. The fact that Zimmerman wasn’t immediately arrested for killing 17-year-old Martin caused a nationwide uproar — especially after 911 tapes revealed he continued to tail the teenager even after a dispatcher told him, “We don’t need you to do that.” Asked to explain why Zimmerman disregarded the dispatcher, O’Mara said he has yet to discuss that with his client. But O’Mara added that Florida’s controversial Stand Your Ground Law, which Zimmerman invoked to claim self-defense in the shooting, will certainly be part of their legal strategy. Zimmerman was arrested Wednesday — 45 days after Sanford, Fla. police and prosecutors refused to charge him with murdering Martin. Is everyone in Florida cousins or something? Sure seems like George Zimmerman has a lot of connections. We don’t know if we would want her ruling the case if we were the prosecution, what with her hubby’s partner making recommendations for Zimmerman’s defense and all. SMH. George Zimmerman will face criminal charges in the death of Trayvon Martin. According to a senior law enforcement quoted by CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC and the Associated Press, the neighborhood watch captain in Sanford, Fla., will be charged criminally in the February 26 case that has captivated the nation. A legal analyst said earlier that the most likely charge would be manslaughter, but it was just announced that Zimmerman faces second-degree murder charges. A press conference announcing the decision took place at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Angela Corey, the special prosecutor appointed by Florida Gov. Rick Scott to look into the incident, stated earlier that she would not take the case to a grand jury . That automatically ruled out first-degree murder as an option, but the second-degree murder charge was still on the table – and ultimately what Corey decided. “I can tell you we absolutely did not come to this decision lightly,” Corey told reporters moments ago. “We do not prosecute by public pressure.” Zimmerman is in custody, Corey confirmed, though she gave no additional details. CNN reports that he surrendered to local officials earlier today. Lawyers for Zimmerman, 28, stepped down from the case Tuesday, saying he’d become uncommunicative and expressing concern for his emotional and physical well-being. “As of the last couple days, he has not returned phone calls, text messages or emails,” Craig Sonner, one of Zimmerman’s former attorneys, said.

Recently, CNN enhanced the audio of George Zimmerman — the man who shot Trayvon Martin — to try and determine if he did, in fact, use a racial slur while calling police on the night of the shooting. Back then, it sounded like Zimmerman might have used the phrase “fu**ing coons,” and his critics have cited it as evidence of a racially-motivated attack. But now CNN has enhanced the audio again, and… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : The Blaze Discovery Date : 05/04/2012 04:26 Number of articles : 2

No Casualties From Texas Tornadoes Everyone in Dallas better be thanking their high heavens right now. Tractor-trailers weighing tens of thousands of pounds flew through the air. Roofs were ripped off homes, and other houses were left in complete tatters. Yet no deaths have been reported after devastating tornadoes worked their way through the Dallas-Forth Worth and Arlington areas of Texas. “It looks like the Dallas-Fort Worth area really dodged a bullet,” Dallas Mayor Michael Rawlings told CNN. “I mean we’ve got hundreds and hundreds of homes destroyed but amazingly no fatalities.” Between six and 13 tornadoes may have touched down Tuesday in north Texas, the National Weather Service in Dallas-Fort Worth said. The number is an estimate pending a survey and damage assessment. Rawlings said that as he looked at footage of tractor-trailers tossed about like lightweight toys, he was struck by how lucky it was nobody died. 13 tornadoes and everyone came out without losing a life. We just hope this storm passes the rest of the way with the same results. Source More On Bossip!
