Lindsay Lohan is officially back doing what she does best. The actress might have been getting into character as Elizabeth Taylor , but what would the Hollywood icon think of this display on the set of Lifetime’s Liz & Dick? The oft-troubled train wreck was anything but elegant as she struggled to keep her breasts inside a low-cut halter dress while shooting scenes with Grant Bowler: Trying to channel old Hollywood glamour on the set of the much-anticipated biopic, LiLo fell short, though she did show off two reasons why she landed the part. The film, which documents the rocky on-again off-again relationship between Taylor and two-time husband Richard Burton is off to a rocky start in its own right. Lindsay, 25, squeezed into a retro 1960s-style sundress, but as she and Bowler argued during this particular scene, the actress’ chest busted out for all to see. Nicki Minaj Blasts Radio Station, Defends Concert Pull Out

Nicki Minaj has some NSFW words for 97.1 FM. The rapper appeared opposite Funk Master Flex on that New York radio station this morning and addressed the beef she has with another station DJ, Peter Rosenberg, that led to her canceling her appearance at the Hot 97 Summer Jam on Sunday. That last-minute decision stemmed from Rosenberg’s remarks to open the concert two days ago, when he introduced the first act by saying: “I know there are some chicks in here waiting to sing along with Starships later. I’m not talking to y’all now. F–k that bulls–t.” Encouraged by Lil Wayne, who was on hand to hear Rosenberg slam his friend, Minaj pulled out of her appearance and says in the interview it was a matter of “respect.” She also says many other naughty words. Justin Bieber Causes Chaos In Norway

By John Mitchell Justin Bieber performs in Oslo, Norway Photo: Getty Images Justin Bieber attracts a crowd wherever he goes, but things got a little out of hand in Norway on Wednesday as the pop star kicked off the European promo tour behind his new album, Believe . Bieber was in the Scandinavian country’s capital city, Oslo, to perform a free six-song concert outside of the Oslo Opera House, but the site was quickly overrun by several thousand fans, who at one point began chasing after a car presumed to be transporting Bieber to the concert location while ignoring police warnings and causing a spike in mobile usage that briefly crippled cellular service in the city. Police reportedly threated to cancel the performance — and, according to TMZ , nearly declared a state of emergency — before Bieber took to Twitter to try to calm his legion of fans. “Please listen to the police. I don’t want anyone getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come first,” Bieber tweeted . “For the show to happen u must all listen to the police. We are all concerned for your safety and I want what is best for u. Please listen.” The “Boyfriend” singer’s words of caution apparently tamed fans enough, and police allowed the show to proceed. However, officials demanded Bieber push the start time back by half an hour so scene security would not deteriorate further. Billboard reports that an on-scene security officer said “about 15 girls passed out.” Police cite the venue chosen as one of the key issues that contributed to the chaotic scene: “The concert should be held somewhere other than roof of the Opera, which has clear space limitations,” a police official told the Norwegian NRK news service . The concert was filmed as part of Bieber’s upcoming ” Justin Bieber: All Around the World ” TV special, which follows the singer on his 12-day, seven-country promo tour. The special is set to air at 8 p.m. June 21 on NBC. Bieber is currently on his way to Paris for his next appearance. This isn’t the first time Bieber’s presence has resulted in an out-of-control scene: In November 2009, a teenage girl was injured and several fights broke out as thousands descended on the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, New York , in what devolved into a stampede ahead of the singer’s scheduled appearance there. Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance for failing to properly control the situation after receiving police warnings about potential problems at the venue. Madonna Flashes Swastika, Creates Controversy in Tel Aviv

Never one to shy away from controversy, Madonna once again finds herself in the middle of one. During a concert in Tel Aviv last week, the Material Girl flashed a Swastika over the face of National Front leader Marine Le Pen, the political leader who has been accused of racism amidst her extremely conservative views. Madonna Swastika Controversy: Concert in Tel Aviv As you might expect, the stunt is not sitting well with Le Pen , who has threatened legal action against the icon and who told The Daily Mail : “We understand how old singers who need to get people talking about them go to such extremes … If she does that in France, we’ll be waiting.” Oohhh, it’s on! Suddenly, Madonna’s show in France next month – where she will appear at the Stade de France in Paris and then over in Nice – has grown in importance, stature and buzz.

My name is Kim, I’m 13 years old, I live in Paris, France & this is my Bieber experience. I was at a radio broadcast and they had to choose 2 people to attend the interview where Justin would be. I was chosen to get to go! When Justin arrived, my heart stopped beating. JUSTIN BIEBER, my idol was in front of me. I was in the seventh heaven. The interview went well and Justin even spoke about some words in French and threw us candy. He was really adorable. The presenter then announced to us that Justin was going to look for one girl in the crowd to give 2 VIP passes for the concert the next day! What you had to do was answer Justin’s question correctly! Justin had to ask the question, “What is the first song that I recorded in studio?” Beliebers raised their hand, one answered “One time.” I had to raise my hand, Kenny and Justin pointed at me. Justin smiled to me and said, “What?” I answered, “COMMON DENOMINATOR” It was the right answer. Justin said to me, “Yeah come here” I came over to him, he gave me a kiss and the VIP tickets! OMYGOD I could not believe it! After his broadcast ended, I was crying, it was so hard to breathe. I got to take a photo with Justin and the other girls who were in my row. By going to NRJ  radio, I was so happy. I wish you all get to meet Justin, to live what I lived, it was really magic, I love him so much. Justin has to change my life, to never say never, because when we believe in it, we obtain. One week ago I felt depressed in my room and today look what I am writing. My Bieber experience started when I saw that Justin was coming to The Netherlands for the my World Tour. I was going crazy, and so did my mom. She loves Justin! We are both beliebers. On the day we could buy our tickets, I had to work, so I went to work half an hour later. It started at 9, my mom and I had 6 computers and 4 phones. My dad and little brothers were calling for tickets too. After a couple minutes I still didn’t have tickets…until my dad called me. He had 4 tickets. I screamed and cried. Even my mom cried, she was so happy for me. Finally on 27 March 2011 we drove to Rotterdam (Holland) to go to the concert. There were so many girls, and some TV and radio media. When I got there, I got a text message from a friend that they saw PATTIE. First we saw Dan Kanter, and Alfredo. I also saw DJ Tay James and Michael Vargas standing there, all alone. No beliebers were around, I was like WTF? I  walked up to him, and got pictures. He was very nice. Then I saw Ryan Good and we got a picture with him, it was crazy to meet them, and talk to them. I only see them on Twitter but never in my dreams would I think I’d meet them. The concert started and we had AMAZING seats. It was the best day of my life. It’s more than a year ago and I want to see him again so bad! Thank you Justin for giving me this change. I love you. Doc Watson, Veteran Folk Singer, Dead at 89

Following a hospitalization for abdominal surgery in North Carolina, Grammy-winning folk singer Doc Watson passed away yesterday, the Associated Press confirms. He was 89. The singer/songwriter actually lost his eyesight as a child, but that didn’t stop him from going on to record such hits as “Tom Dooley” and “Shady Grove.” Doc Watson in Concert Watson toured for decades, beginning in the 1960s and faced tragedy in 1985 when he son Eddy was killed in a tractor accident. He is now survived by daughter Nancy. The popular artist won seven Grammys, as well as a lifetime achievement award in 2004. In 1997, he was given the National Medal of Arts from President Bill Clinton.
