Gucci Mane Still In Jail Due To ‘Procedural Holdups’

‘We are hoping that Mr. Davis is released today,’ Gucci’s lawyer tells MTV News on Tuesday. By Rob Markman Gucci Mane in police custody on Friday, April 8, 2011 Photo: Dekelb County Sheriff Despite persistent rumors, Gucci Mane is not free — not yet at least. Gucci’s attorney, Ashutosh Joshi, told MTV News that the Georgia rapper (real name: Radric Davis) is still locked up in Fulton County Jail due to a probation violation , but he could be released later on Tuesday (July 5). “We are hoping that Mr. Davis is released today,” Joshi said. “He is scheduled to be released from Fulton County Jail. However, there are some procedural holdups between the county jail and the state prison as to whether Mr. Davis has to go back to the state prison before he can be released.” Joshi added that he has an order from a Fulton County judge that should ensure Gucci’s release. A Fulton County Jail rep confirmed for MTV News that there is a chance Gucci’s release would be put on hold and that there are instructions to send him up to Jackson State Prison. “There is an order from a Fulton County judge requiring that Mr. Davis serve his time at a Fulton County jail,” Joshi said. “So it is our hope and belief that once the county jail and the state prison are able to communicate — which we understand is occurring today, and once the state prison is aware of the judge’s order, that they will remove or release any hold they have on Mr. Davis and he can be physically released from the Fulton County Jail.” According to Joshi, after serving about two months at Fulton County, the “So Icey” MC was transferred to Jackson State Prison, but due to the short amount of time he had left on his probation he didn’t meet the minimum requirements to serve his time at Jackson State. As a result, Gucci’s legal team returned to the sentencing judge in Fulton County requesting an order requiring the rapper to serve all of his time in Fulton County. The judge agreed and Gucc’s lawyer is waiting for the state to get that message. Gucci was jailed in April after numerous unspecified probation violations stemming from a 2005 aggravated assault case. His probation from that case will be resolved after he is released, according to his attorney. Related Artists Gucci Mane

We reported last week that while Gucci Mane’s bail is only $5,000, the wealthy Atlanta rapper had yet to post bail and remains incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail. Sgt. Adrian Bell of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office explained to Hot 107.9 that Gucci (born Radric Delantic Davis) was still locked up because “he has a probation violation and he has to go to Fulton County to answer those charges.” According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Gucci was officially moved from DeKalb County to the Fulton County Jail today. There’s still no word about if and when Gucci will be able to post bail in Fulton. “He has to have a probation hearing in Fulton County before bond is set,” said Tracy Flanagan, Public Affairs Information Officer for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. Meanwhile, Hip Hop Wired is reporting that Gucci’s lawyer is denying the accusations that the rapper pushed a woman from his moving Hummer and that Gucci intends to plead not guilty to charges next Tuesday. Yesterday (April 19), the Brick Squad CEO was formally charged with battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct by DeKalb County prosecutors. Read more here. Alyssa Milano’s Big Pregnant Breasts

We just found out the other day that Alyssa Milano got knocked up by some dude and already she’s out wearing her disgusting pregnancy clothing. Here she is at the premiere of that crappy movie Hall Pass looking, actually looking pretty good for a fat chick. I’ve always loved Alyssa so I’m only kidding about the fat thing, at least for now, in a few months she’s going to be gross. On the positive side, her big old pregnancy boobs have gotten my attention. Call me. more pictures of Alyssa Milano here

Lindsay Lohan Takes Her Cleavage To Court

Lindsay Lohan and her big beautiful breasts had to make an appearance at the county courtroom again yesterday to defend themselves against accusations of grand theft or some crap like that. I don’t really care and I don’t normally follow celebrity court cases, but Lindsay’s breasts are just too amazing not to keep track of this crap. I can’t look away. I don’t really care what the outcome is to be honest, but I don’t want to see any harm come to those beauties. Free Lindsay’s Boobs! No really, let them out.

Cat Deeley in her Bikini of the Day

I don’t know who Cat Deeley is but I do know that despite her tight little body, she’s got the head of a fucking champion and by champion I mean someone who has the biggest head in town and wins the big head competition at the county fair year after year…Why the long face Cat? Oh cuz you’re inbred…Those British, so weird with their inbred games… The funniest thing in all this is that she’s supposed to be a fashion model, or ex fashion model, but all I see is the face of a boxer, or wife who was married to a boxer, who sustained face injuries for half a decade…It’s like her features were assembled crooked by some drunken genetics…and for some reason she’s on TV…. Leading me to assume you find her hot, cuz she’s half naked in a bikini….but as far as I’m concerned, she needs to be doing a hell of a lot more for me to be won over… To See The Rest of the Pictures – Follow THis LInk GO

Cyber theft of $200,000 from Gregg County TX tax

LONGVIEW, Texas — An East Texas county has halted electronic fund transfers after cyber hackers believed to be in Russia allegedly stole $200,000 in tax-related funds. The Longview News-Journal reported Tuesday that Gregg County, state and federal authorities are investigating. Tax assessor/collector Kirk Shields said Monday that local tax payments destined for schools and cities were hijacked. Shields says confirmation of Nov. 23 theft, discovered in progress and traced to a website in Moscow, has led to changes in the county's method for moving funds. Thieves use malicious software, known as malware, to infect the computers of unsuspecting users by e-mail. Shields says a county employee who mistakenly unleashed the virus has been suspended for violating cyber-security policy. Efforts continue to retrieve the funds and identify the hackers. ___ Online: http://www.co.gregg.tx.us/default.asp ___ added by: ras_menelik
