For Discussion: They Say They Don’t Care, But Did The Use Of The Word “Cr*cker” Really Decide This Case? [Video]

Some white folks will tell you “Cra*ker” is not offensive to them and some will say they dont know what it means, but like the George Zimmerman jury… it must have meant something to them and made them feel some kind of way. Why else would they ask for the meaning? The jury asking for the meaning means they probably are disassociated with black people… besides work or tv. Dare we say, some of the jury probably doesn’t associate with black people… period. The census of all the reporters and contributors is basic… white people (for the most part) believe Zimmerman is not guilty, and on the opposite side… most blacks believe Zimmerman IS guilty. One Fox analysts said “Trayvon is the racist” after hearing the cr*cker statement. The jury must’ve felt the same way, or how else could you justify an unarmed boy being killed by a vigilante? Then we hear about the crime in the neighborhood and how it was done by black people. So, this is a justification in the minds of the jurors to kill an unarmed teen. Some of the staff are really upset while others here feel more compelled to help the totality of gun violence in the ghettos and hoods across America. “Why are you so mad at Zimmerman, but not at the countless number of black lives lost to gang violence?” Some staff have kids and some don’t… that seems to be the deciding factor in this argument. Good points…but what do you all think? youtube

Aaron Hernandez "Duped" Patriots if Allegations Are True, Bob Kraft Says

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has broken his silence on Aaron Hernandez, sitting down with a number of media outlets to discuss the situation. The 72-year-old, who has owned the team since 1994, recounted his initial shock when one of his stars became embroiled in a homicide investigation . Hernandez has since been charged with the premeditated murder of Odin Lloyd . “If this stuff is true, then I’ve been duped and our whole organization has been duped,” Kraft told ESPN of the player he drafted out of Florida in 2010. “Here we have a guy who, man, it looks like had the world by the tail. He said to me he wanted to be a role model to the Hispanic community,” Kraft said. “He was kind enough to give a check for my beloved wife’s memorial charity. He said we’d given him a second chance and I believed him.” “He was the most likeable young man. This is all sad to me. Very sad.” While Kraft had previously remained silent, the actions of his organization spoke volumes. Less than two hours after his arrest, the Patriots released him. Two days later, the team announced that fans would have an opportunity to exchange Hernandez jerseys for gear with the name of another player. Kraft said this is necessary “if any member of the New England Patriots organization is close enough to a murder investigation to actually get arrested.” “Whether it be for obstruction of justice or the crime itself – it is too close to an unthinkable act for that person to be part of this organization going forward.” The Patriots drafted Hernandez out of the University of Florida in 2010 and signed him to a five-year, $40 million contract extension before the 2012 season. In the days since Hernandez was taken into custody, a troubling history of brushes with the law – including, potentially, two more murders – has been revealed. Kraft explained that Hernandez answered the Patriots’ concerns about his character in 2010, writing him a letter saying they had “absolutely nothing to worry about.” According to Kraft, the team saw no indications of trouble with Hernandez. “I only know what goes on inside this building. We don’t put private eyes on people,” Kraft said. “When he was in this building, I was never exposed to anything where he was not positive.” “He was always polite, respectful.”

Aaron Hernandez Rented Secret "Flop House" For Storage, Police Say

NFL star turned murder suspect Aaron Hernandez is believed to have rented a secret “flop house” near his home for storage, according to police. After Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder for the execution-style shooting of Odin Lloyd , more and more information has come out. The latest revelation? A $1,200/month apartment he leased in Franklin, Mass., with boxes of ammunition and other items of interest inside. Police found out about it from Carlos Ortiz, one of Hernandez’s friends, who said he was with the athlete the night he allegedly made plans to shoot Lloyd. Articles of clothing recovered from the apartment are similar to what Hernandez had worn the night of the crime, June 17, according to law enforcement. A sweatshirt found there could be used to assist in linking Hernandez to the scene of the crime, while a hat could help establish his recent whereabouts. Among the most intriguing items seized from the flop house: A white hoodie “consistent in color and type with the sweatshirt Hernandez is observed to be wearing on surveillance cameras” the night of the homicide. A red baseball cap worn by Hernandez to a club the night before. Officials say Hernandez’s anger at Lloyd could’ve been sparked by an incident there. Five boxes of .45 ammunition (the caliber of the shells found on Lloyd’s body), five boxes of rifle ammunition, and one box of .22-caliber ammunition. Lloyd was dumped at an industrial complex about a mile from Hernandez’s home in North Attleboro, Mass., not far from the apartment he leased. A theory regarding Aaron Hernandez’s motive was that Lloyd inside information about Hernandez’s role in a 2012 double-homicide in Boston. He is considered a person of interest in those two additional murders . Hernandez’s attorneys say the items recovered from the Franklin apartment is circumstantial, while he’s eager to clear his name from the murder charge. The all-star tight end was cut loose from the New England Patriots and his five-year, $40 million contract immediately following his arrest for Lloyd’s murder. He recently welcomed his first child with fiancee Shayanna Jenkins .

Ho Sit Down: Alleged Baller-Killer Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail! Prosecution Seeks Life Sentence Without Parole For Murder!

It’s a wrap! Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail, Charged With Murder And 5 Gun-Related Charges According to TMZ reports : NFL star and murder suspect Aaron Hernandez has just been denied bail … meaning he’ll rot behind bars until his trial … and that could take forever. Hernandez was present in court today for a bail review hearing, where his lawyer begged the judge to release Hernandez from custody while he awaits trial. But the judge wasn’t moved by his arguments — that Hernandez is an upstanding citizen and family man with no flight risk — claiming the prosecution already had very strong evidence that Hernandez had committed the crime. As for the evidence … the prosecutor went through the entire timeline leading up to the murder of Odin Lloyd earlier this month, including matching shell casings found at the murder scene and inside Hernandez’ rental car. He also mentioned the photo TMZ posted last night — showing Hernandez brandishing a glock in the mirror 4 years ago — claiming it’s possible the murder weapon was also a glock. The prosecutor said they’d be seeking the max sentence for Hernandez … life without parole. Hernandez’ fiancee — who was also present in court — was inconsolable when the judge issued her decision to keep the NFL star behind bars. As we reported, Hernandez was remanded into custody yesterday following his arraignment and was ordered to be held WITHOUT bail. Hernandez has been charged with murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. He’s also been hit with 5 gun-related charges. It could be months — even a year — before Hernandez gets his trial. Welp, there you have it. Peace, playa, it’s been real.

Woman Sues United Airlines for Allowing Passenger to Masturbate on Flight

A young woman named Monica Amestoy has filed a lawsuit against United Airlines in which she alleges that a male passenger was permitted to masturbate right in front of her on a flight last year. The incident took place when the now-18-year old was flying back to Los Angeles from a high school debate in New York. During a press conference last night, Amestoy explained that the guy was sitting across from her when he pulled out his unit and that flight attendants – alerted to the self-pleasuring situation – did nothing to stop it. The unidentified passenger has been arrested and convicted of the crime, and has also since been registered as a sex offender. But Amestoy (who is represented by Gloria Allred ) is seeking unspecified damages for negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Stop The Violence: 24-Year-Old Dad Shot To Death On Basketball Court

The senseless violence needs to stop. Dad Fatally Shot In Park According to C And G News What prompted the May 5 fatal shooting of a 24-year-old Clinton Township man was not clear at press time, but what is for sure is that the man was fatally shot in the chest on the basketball court at Clinton Township’s Prince Drewry Park. According to one longtime family friend of the deceased, the alleged shooter and victim believed to be involved in the incident used to be friends. “They were going back and forth about an incident that had occurred last year,” said Yolanda McCoy, a longtime family friend of the decedent’s mother. “They started out as friends.” McCoy, a Roseville resident, said she did not know the specifics of the argument, but said she had known both men as children. Clinton Township investigators allege that Terry Lamont Wilson Jr., 20, of Clinton Township, shot Willie Dion Clark, 24, of Clinton Township, once in the chest around 6:50 p.m. on the park’s basketball court. Prince Drewry Park is located next to Robbie Hall Parker Elementary School on Quinn Road, east of Gratiot. Clinton Township Det. Capt. Richard Maierle said his department and U.S. Marshals Service tracked Wilson down and, with assistance from the Battle Creek police, arrested him around 8:45 p.m. May 8 at a housing complex in Battle Creek, where he was staying with a cousin. Wilson was denied bond during a May 9 arraignment in 41-B District Court, according to the court. A preliminary examination is scheduled for May 22. Two others were arrested for harboring a fugitive, Maierle said. Maierle said police interviews revealed varying accounts as to what ultimately prompted the shooting. But whatever the case, an argument reportedly ensued that evening and Wilson allegedly shot Clark once in the chest before fleeing the scene. After the shooting, Clark’s brothers took him to McLaren Macomb hospital in Mount Clemens, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, Maierle said. There were reportedly about 20 to 30 other people in the park at the time, including Clark’s 2-year-old child and two brothers. Clark was one of 10 children, McCoy said. McCoy said the 24-year-old Clark had lived his entire life in the neighborhood surrounding the Quinn Road park, even attending Robbie Hall Parker during his elementary school days, she said. Clark had two children, ages 5 and 2, she added. The evening following the shooting, on May 6, friends and family held a candlelight vigil for Clark at the park. Wayne County Circuit Court records show that Wilson was released from a two-year probation term in July 2012 for a 2010 charge of breaking and entering a vehicle, with damage to the vehicle. Wilson already had one warrant out at the time of the shooting for an alleged probation violation, Maierle said. This is first shooting-related death in Clinton Township since December 2011, when a 23-year-old Highland Park man was lured to an apartment complex and shot in a robbery gone wrong. The two culprits were found guilty by a jury for the crime and sentenced to life in prison. Anyone with information is asked to call Clinton Township police at (586) 493-7847 or (586) 493-7840. Hate Crimes: Four Men Punch And Kick Gay Couple After NY Knicks Game, Calls Them F*****s

Another day, another hate crime . Four Men Attack Gay Couple According to Raw Story The New York City Police Department is searching for four men who are suspected of attacking a gay couple after Sunday night’s basketball game between the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers. Nick Porto, 27, told DNAInfo that he was walking arm-in-arm with his partner, 22-year-old Kevin Atkins, on Eighth Avenue when four men attacked them. The couple said that they were repeatedly punched and kicked. After the attack, the victims were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where Porto was treated for a broken nose. Although police have not classified the attack as a hate crime, Porto said that he had no doubt. “I’ve never had a feeling like this before in the city,” he explained. “I didn’t know that it’s not over, that this sort of stuff still happens.” “They called us f*****s,” Porto recalled. “They made fun of my jeans — I made the jeans myself, for that day.” The NYPD released two surveillance photos of one of the four suspects early Tuesday morning. Investigators described him as a 6-foot-tall Hispanic man with brown hair and a tattoo on his left arm. He is seen wearing a white Knicks #7 jersey, a white T-shirt, blue hat and blue jeans. Anyone with information about the suspects or the attack can contact NYPD Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or http://www.nypdcrimestoppers.com .
