The M.D. actually pushed the baby’s detached head and body back into his Moms birth canal. This poor couple have filed a lawsuit against their doctors ; accusing them of decapitating their son during his delivery back in 2011. The story reads like a horror story… According to The Daily Mail … “when the expectant mother prematurely went into labor on March 22 only 28 weeks and five days into her term, the complaint indicates that Dr Webb ‘would not agree’ to the Cesarean and ‘would only deliver her baby by way of attempted trial of vaginal delivery.’ The couple claim that the obstetrician also refused to let them go to a different hospital for a Cesarian. ‘Believing that she had no other choice than to agree to a trial of vaginal delivery, plaintiff Arteisha Betts consented to a trial of vaginal delivery under duress and protest,’ according to the complaint. The infant’s head was delivered in the first stage of the birthing process, but in the second stage which got under way at around 10.30pm, the lawsuit claims that his large abdomen became lodged in the birth canal. According to the complaint, Dr Webb applied traction to the child’s head in an attempt to dislodge his body, at which point the infant was decapitated. Citing the complaint, the Courthouse News Services reported that blood shot out from the baby’s arteries and veins, spilling onto the floor in full view of the mother and Ammonette, who was sitting only two to four feet away from the birthing bed. The lawsuit states that Webb then ‘pushed decedent’s head and body back into plaintiff Arteisha Betts’ birth canal’ and called for an emergency C-section. The doctor started cutting into the woman’s abdomen before the anesthesia fully set in, causing her great pain and suffering in the process, the suit says. During the procedure, the doctor ‘surgically and completely removed’ the child’s head from his neck and torso. Before handing the little boy named Kaden Travis to his parents, Webb had allegedly ‘intentionally concealed’ his neck wounds, although the complaint does not specify how it was done. The Daily Mail was unable to reach the couple’s attorney, Christopher Wright of the firm Millikan Wright in St Louis, on Thursday. Calls to the two medical centers cited in the lawsuit also went unanswered. The suit seeks unspecified damages to cover pregnancy costs, funeral expenses as well as personal injury and wrongful death. SMH…prayers go out the parents and family. We can’t even imagine. Poor Melvin Dillard had a heart attack waiting on his ride home… from the hospital! But that’s not the worst part. No one seemed to notice him suffering from the cardiac episode and after he died, he was in the waiting room so long his body went into rigor mortis before he was found. SMH!!! What kind of janky azz hospital did he go to? Via DelawareOnline : When they found Melvin A. Dillard Jr.’s body in a lobby chair at Beebe Medical Center’s emergency department on June 27, he had been there and deceased so long that rigor mortis had set in. According to a lawsuit filed by the family of the 38-year-old, Dillard had been rushed to the hospital in Lewes with chest pains a day earlier, but was told he could go home by ER staff. Dillard then died of a heart attack, apparently while waiting for transportation, sometime between early Tuesday evening and 10 a.m. Wednesday, when his body was discovered by hospital staff. The family now is alleging medical negligence and wrongful death in a suit against Beebe and Sussex Emergency Associates, which operates the hospital’s ER department, and is seeking damages. The family alleges that given Dillard’s symptoms and history of cardiac issues, he should have been admitted for observation and not sent away. In a statement released Thursday by Beebe, hospital officials said Dillard “was seen, treated appropriately following all protocols and was discharged in stable condition. While sleeping in the lobby waiting for a ride, the individual passed away.” Beebe spokesperson Kelly Griffin said the incident was “fully disclosed” to oversight authorities and investigated. She declined further comment citing patient privacy laws and the pending litigation. Gilbert Shelsby Jr., the attorney representing the Dillard family, declined comment saying that the lawsuit spoke for itself. According to the suit, Dillard, who lived in Newark but worked in Sussex County, experienced chest pains on June 26 and called 911. Dillard was then taken by ambulance to Beebe and arrived at 5:33 p.m., according to court papers. The EMS unit noted Dillard was showing signs “consistent with an impending cardiac event” and upon admission to the ER had an abnormal EKG, according to the suit. It is unclear what happened next, but Dillard was discharged with instructions to follow up with his cardiologist, according to the suit. Because he had arrived by ambulance, Dillard had no way to get back to work or home and went to the lobby to wait for a ride. He apparently called a friend who was not able to get him and Dillard may have been waiting to catch a bus. At some unknown time, Dillard then had a fatal heart attack but no one noticed. “The decedent’s lifeless body remained in the emergency room waiting area until he was found the next day,” according to the lawsuit. When he was found, Dillard was rushed back into the ER where he was pronounced dead. Dillard, however, had apparently been dead for several hours before he was discovered, according to the suit, because medical records indicate rigor mortis had set in. According to reference materials, rigor mortis – the stiffening of the muscles after death – takes several hours to set in. SMH… Do you think the family has a good case? At the very least it seems negligent that no one in the hospital noticed a dead person in their waiting room for so long!

Robin Roberts has updated her Good Morning America blog to reflect the two major events taking place at the moment in her personal life. The reporter tells fans she has delayed the start of her bone marrow transplant procedure because she is in Mississippi “standing proudly” with her family as loved ones say goodbye to Robin’s mother, Lucimarian Tolliver Roberts, who passed away on Thursday . She was scheduled to be admitted to the hospital today, but Roberts writes : “When I return to NYC and walk through those hospital doors next week momma will be right there with me. Light, love and blessings to all.” Roberts goes on to say of her 88-year old mother, who was the first black woman to chair the Mississippi State Board of Education: “She was there when I took my first breath and what a privilege to hold her sweet hand when she took her last breath… Momma knew she wasn’t physically able to be with me for my bone marrow transplant . My siblings say mom wanted to spare me the agony it would have been if she had passed and I couldn’t be there. That thought was weighing heavily on me. “Momma found a way to be with me every step of the way on my journey. I am humbled by her selflessness.” The GMA co-anchor will be away from her chair for approximately two months when she does finally undergo that transplant – in order to deal with a rare blood disorder known as myelodysplastic syndrome – and we wish her nothing but the absolute best.

Michelle accused Memphitz of beating her on VH1 this season. “I’ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. Is Kim to blame? Via TMZ reports : Kris Humphries has just been sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes … TMZ has learned. Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd. in L.A. They flirted, exchanged numbers, and she claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip. According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times … including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom. The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes — and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease. Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia. Kayla — who put her full name in the lawsuit — is suing for unspecified damages. We reached out to Kris for comment …. so far no response. Many people will associate these recent allegations with Kim Kardashian and she stands to lose way more than he does. Do you think Kris may have hired someone to help ruin his ex-wife’s name? Still, this groupie shouldn’t have given mouth hugs to someone she didn’t know. Only thing she’s getting now is some Valtrex pills and cold sores!
