Fabian Zanzi, the cruise ship employee who claims John Travolta exposed himself to him during a massage in 2009, is suing the actor for assault. Zanzi is suing for unspecified damages , TMZ reports. Travolta, who was a passenger on the ship, ordered food and asked that Fabian Zanzi personally deliver it to his Royal Caribbean room, the accuser says. When Zanzi came in, Travolta allegedly asked for a neck massage, then when Zanzi asked for his neck, John exposed his erect penis instead. He then forcefully embraced him, Fabian said. Zanzi resisted. Fabian, who did not initially claim sexual assault , claims that Travolta offered him $12,000 to not say anything, and that the cruise ship management “refused to allow him to write out any details regarding nudity or sexual contact” with the star. Two masseurs also came forward with lawsuits this spring, claiming the Hollywood legend assaulted them sexually; both suits have since been dropped. Robert Randolph and Doug Gotterba have separately alleged gay trysts with Travolta. Travolta’s attorney just released a statement regarding Zanzi’s lawsuit, claiming, “This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims.” [Photo: WENN.com]

John Travolta is being sued by author Robert Randolph, who accuses the movie legend of numerous gay trysts and consequently claims that Travolta spread lies about Randolph’s mental health in order to diminish his credibility. Robert claims he personally saw John engage in gay sex at various bathhouses. The book, entitled You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again , details Travolta’s alleged sexual exploits with other men, including Randolph himself. In his suit, Randolph claims that as he was releasing his book, Travolta and his powerful attorney Marty Singer unleashed a P.R. attack against him. They claimed, Randolph says, that he had mental issues and had been institutionalized, all as a calculated attack to paint him as an unreliable source. Randolph claims the plan worked and that retailers were deterred from selling his book. He is suing both Travolta and Singer for unspecified damages. Another alleged Travolta gay lover, Doug Gotterba , is also said to be writing a book. Re: Randolph, a rep for Travolta has issued a statement saying: “The lawsuit filed by Robert Randolph is absurd. The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court.” The statement continues, “To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements on his website stating that he sustained ‘permanent brain damage’ and had to ‘retrain’ his brain.” “Mr. Travolta will aggressively defend himself against this lawsuit and expects to be fully vindicated when this meritless case is dismissed.” Singer also said in a statement: “This is a ridiculous lawsuit. It is based on a letter which is completely privileged under the law. We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismisses this baseless lawsuit.” Maybe so, but this is like the 500th story in which someone claims John Travolta is gay . We don’t care either way if he is, but it’s interesting. [Photo: WENN.com]
Equal Pay Bill Blocked By Senate A bill that would require employers to clearly identify non-gender related reasons for differences in pay was shot down by the Senate GOP majority on Tuesday. Republicans say the bill would place “unnecessary burdens” and too much pressure on businesses required to comply. As expected, the pay equity bill failed along party lines, 52-47, short of the required 60-vote threshold. The legislation, sponsored by Sen. Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., would require employers to prove that differences in pay are based on qualifications, education and other “bona fides” not related to gender. It also would prohibit employers from retaliating against employees who ask about, discuss or disclose wages in response to a complaint or investigation. And it would make employers who violate sex discrimination laws liable for compensatory or punitive damages. Under the bill, the federal government would be exempt from punitive damages. GOP sure does know how to win over the hearts of women everywhere . Image via Wenn Source

The masseur suing John Travolta for sexual battery in a Beverly Hills hotel is admitting a major hole in his shocking story – that the date he claimed the actor groped his crotch – January 16 of this year – is wrong. John Doe #1 still maintains the attack happened, however. Travolta’s lawyer has insisted from the beginning that he was in New York City during the alleged massage gone awry, proving it with flight records . The anonymous accuser’s account of the incident remains the same, however, but in a significant development, he now says it took place earlier . “It was a miscalculation,” one source claims about him claiming the wrong date. “The lawsuit will likely be amended, but it doesn’t change the facts.” Meanwhile, the Atlanta resort hotel where John Travolta stayed at when he allegedly sexually assaulted a second masseur has been put on notice. The hotel is preserving its surveillance video as evidence in the lawsuit filed by the man, also unidentified and also seeking $2 million in damages. “The hotel has been notified by the masseur’s attorney to preserve the surveillance video of the time when Travolta stayed there,” a source said. “The surveillance video will be crucial evidence in the case because it shows Travolta going to the spa the next day after it is claimed the incident occurred, looking for the masseur, because he wanted to see him again.” “This is all detailed in the lawsuit. Travolta was told the masseur wasn’t available and he left. The masseur was extremely upset when he left Travolta’s room, which would have been captured on the camera in the hall as well.” “The hotel has indicated that they will preserve all evidence in the case, including the surveillance video, and all electronic communication regarding Travolta. They are standing by the masseur,” the insider says. Management of the hotel have met with staff and placed them on a strict no-press lockdown on the subject, with the threat of losing their job. According to the lawsuit filed by the masseur in Atlanta: “Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff #2’s hand on Travolta’s scrotum.” “Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff No. 2’s upper thighs and buttocks.” “Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done but Travolta’s erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover.” “Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff #2 said he had to go.” A third accuser, identified as Fabian Zanzi , has also come forward, saying Travolta sexually harassed and propositioned him on a cruise ship. And then there were three. Another man has come forward with allegations that John Travolta sexually harassed him. Fabian Zanzi says Travolta came onto him on a cruise ship. The Chilean-born Zanzi alleges Travolta accosted him while he was working on a Royal Caribbean ship in 2009. The actor was a guest on the boat. Zanzi, a former employee of the cruise line, was in charge of VIP guests for the ship when the alleged incident involving John Travolta took place. Zanzi gave South American news website ABC.es the following account: “He had something on his neck. I thought it was fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.” Zanzi alleges that Travolta offered $12,000 to have sex, but he says he refused. Zanzi says he will file a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta. As previously reported, in a shocking lawsuit against John Travolta filed this week, two unidentified masseurs allege that Travolta sexually assaulted them. They are suing the actor for $2 million in damages. Each. Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the sexual battery allegations . Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991 and has two children. Their eldest child, Jett, tragically passed away in 2009. [Photo: Pacific Coast News]
A masseur’s sexual assault claim against John Travolta (the first one) could be unraveling after flight records suggest the actor was not in L.A. at the time. On the morning of the alleged incident, Travolta, 58, arrived in New York from L.A. TMZ has photos and receipts that allegedly prove it, and there’s this: He was also seen at a wardrobe fitting in NYC’s Greenwich Hotel. According to the lawsuit, the alleged sexual assault occurred at 10 a.m. in Beverly Hills. Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, previously provided a photograph and a Mr. Chow restaurant receipt as proof his client was in New York that day. The flight can’t be independently verified via public flight tracking services because his plane’s flight records are blocked, but it’s a strong argument. The attorney strongly denies all claims made by the L.A. masseur, as well as claims from a second John Travolta accuser in Atlanta, also a masseur. Each accuser is seeking $2 million in damages. Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer for both plaintiffs, claims other accusers may come forward as well. John Doe #1 issued a statement today, perhaps prompted by this alleged evidence, insinuating that it – not his story – could be fabricated. Travolta’s attorney calls both accusations “absurd and fictional,” and suggested the second accuser based his made-up story on media reports.
The lawyer for the two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault claims others have come forward with similar stories and will join the lawsuit. Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Travolta accuser (John Doe) #1 and #2, says he’s keeping their identities secret because they’re victims of sex crimes. He also says he fears backlash against the men from the powerful actor. Okorocha claims he tried settling the first sexual battery lawsuit involving John Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta’s lawyers they could go through a private judge and keep everything completely confidential, only to be rebuffed. Okorocha also says Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says the movie legend was not in L.A. January 16, as he vehemently insists. That’s date the first incident allegedly occurred, and Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. The second alleged victim came forward days with a similar account of Travolta paying for a massage, then propositioning him/groping his genitals. It’s unclear how many other men may join the salacious lawsuit, if any, but the first two John Does are seeking $2 million in damages … apiece. [Photo: WENN.com]
