According to a federal grand jury, Abby Lee Miller has been dancing to her own beat for years. Her own ILLEGAL beat, that is! The reality star, whose Lifetime series has been deemed the fakest of all-time , filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 and remained in insolvency for three years. As a result of this legal maneuver, Miller was obligated to report all earned income to the court, which includes anything made via programs such as Dance Moms and Ultimate Dance Competition. Simple enough, right? Not for Miller. She allegedly set up a hidden bank account into which she diverted over $755,000 in income taken home from TV shows, merchandise and apparel sales, along with dance lessons at her studio. Ironically, bankruptcy Judge Thomas Agresti grew suspicious of Miller after seeing commercials for her various television appearances. He ordered a hearing for Miller to disclose her full income, at which point it was discovered that she was hiding a significant share of her earnings. Miller has been indicted on 20 counts of fraud and faces up to five years in prison for each count, if convicted. Yes, Abby Lee Miller could go to jail for 100 years!!!! We doubt that will happen, but it will mean you better watch Dance Moms online while you can. It’s not hard to envision Lifetime yanking the program if its lead gets put behind bars.

Kim Zolciak would like to go Dancing with the Stars. Again. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member was eliminated from the ABC program this week for seemingly understandable health reasons: Following her previous performance, Zolciak suffered a stroke and spent time in the hospital. Unable to compete on Monday evening’s telecast, Kim was given the boot by host Tom Bergeron, who explained that a health issue or illness that barred a contestant from competing meant he or she had to withdraw. The elimination reportedly came as a shock to Zolciak … and now she’s trying to do something about it. Zolciak is circulating an online petition in the hopes that it can pressure ABC into allowing her to return. “Sign this petition to bring @tonydovolani and me back,” Kim wrote on Instagram yesterday, including with it a link to said petition and adding: I was cleared to dance on Friday when I was discharged from the hospital, so Saturday morning I was up rehearsing not even 12 hrs after. I had no restrictions BUT flying until today. “Yes the timing sucked but ultimately my health is first. I wanted to dance here in ATL via satellite last night I can dance I just couldn’t fly. “I’m forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!!” It took just one hour for the document to gather 10,000 signatures. This pretty much completes my life…. It’s just so many issues bundled into one crazy girl, showing off her dance routine she learned as a kid when her parents whored her out to the industry…because..when normal drunk, medicated addicts dance like this, I usually just assume they are having a good time or trying to make money for a purse or to feed their babies as a stripper….but when Lohan does it..it’s dark…and incredible….I just wish that yacht deck she’s grinding for rich guys was my face.
