Elsa Pataky is joining the pregnancy parade in Hollywood. With Kelly Clarkson confirming she’s expecting her first child, and Ginnifer Goodwin doing the same , sources now confirm that Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth will welcome their second kid in a few months. A rep for the Thor: The Dark Work star confirmed the news to People today. Pataky and Hemsworth are already parents to an 18-month old named India Rose. Hemsworth is clearly smitten with the tyke, telling the magazine this month that “she’s the best” and “she makes it harder and harder to leave and go to work. “I enjoy being at home a lot more than I ever have.” Yes, ladies. He looks like this AND he’s that sensitive. How does the couple find time together, considering their busy schedules? “You have to make an effort and try to stay together as much as you can,” Pataky told People in May. “If we start splitting and doing other things it’s not going to last. We try and keep it as normal as much as we can – like a typical family.” We send Elsa and Chris out very best wishes!

And when I have a girl, you’re gonna be like, ‘That chick knew it!’” It’s not shocking, of course, that Kelly would have talked to the magazine about this topic prior to knowing for certain if she’s going to be a mother any time soon. Ever since getting married in Tennessee last month, the first American Idol has been open about her desire to have a baby. She recently told Jay Leno that she and husband Brandon Blackstock were trying like rabbits to get the job done. Clarkson’s parents split when she was five years old, so she doubted for awhile whether or not she could “properly” do the job herself. But she has been acting as the stepmother to Blackstock’s two kids – a 12-year old girl and seven-year old boy – and it’s given her a lot of confidence. “I’m gonna rock at being a mom! I’m almost looking at it like making a record, like, ‘I’m going to nail this!’” she says, adding: “People say money doesn’t solve everything but it solves a whole lot, so it’s nice to have the financial stability to be there [for my child], whether I’m able to fly home after shows or take her with me. See how I’m calling her ‘her’? I’m putting it out there!”
Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are getting married January 26, and The Bachelor lovebirds believe that this will be a magical affair. Live on ABC. “We’ve been wedding planning all week and it will be the most beautiful wedding you’ve ever seen,” the Dallas, Tex., native told Life & Style on Friday. “We want the ceremony to be traditional and special and the reception to be a big party. We’ve got her family and my family coming together to have a blast.” With Juan Pablo Galavis set to take the reins from Sean this winter (see The Bachelor spoilers for the details on his season), Lowe is set to make history. Only a select few stars from the reality franchise have tied the knot with their final rose recipients. It’s a rare thing, and it’s not a small feat in this era. Who else will be having a blast at the epic Bachelor wedding soiree? “I’ve got several guys who were on the show with me … John Wolfner, Charlie Grogan, Ari Luyendyk, Jr. and Jef Holm,” he shared of his guest list. Catherine Giudici , too, is keeping it in the “family” with “a ton of girls that were actually on my season that she became close with. It’s going to be fun.” When asked if he’s nervous about the wedding be aired on national TV, Sean Lowe said that all he cares about is taking the next step with Catherine. “I want to marry this woman! I’m not really too concerned about the fact that millions of people may be watching,” he said. “I just want to marry her.” Sounds like a recipe for a happy life together to us.
Officials from the L.A. County Coroner’s office may exhume the body of actress Brittany Murphy in light of recent reports about her death, but have not. Yet. Brittany Murphy to Be Exhumed? Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter says he has not been “presented with … the toxicology reports Brittany Murphy’s father (Angelo Bertolotti) had done.” “If there was an indication her death wasn’t from natural causes, we would probably exhume the body,” says Winter, adding that it’s not his call alone. “Her father could also have the body exhumed privately, without a court order.” Winter said if the coroner was to exhume the star’s body under the belief that Brittany Murphy was poisoned , his office would in fact need a court order. Fingernails and more hair samples could be available if the body is exhumed. In 2010, the Coroner concluded Murphy’s death was an accident caused by a combination of pneumonia, an iron deficiency and “multiple drug intoxication.” A report commissioned by Murphy’s father possibly revealed otherwise. Brittany Murphy Cause of Death: Poison? The presence of heavy metals in Brittany it says, were “2-9 times higher than the levels identified by the World Health Organization as being considered ‘high.'” Her husband, Simon Monjack , died months later, also under suspicious circumstances. Heavy metals are commonly found in rat poison and insecticides. Addiction specialist Dr. Damon Raskin tells Fox News that he examined the findings and found the “results seem very suspicious for foul play.” “Other than lab error, there is no other good medical explanation for these abnormal levels … therefore, some type of poisoning is clearly a possibility.” L.A. physician Dr. Shilpi Agarwal said it was unlikely that Murphy had this in her system without being given supplements or unintentionally ingesting them. However, forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden said the results were “interesting, but not evidence of foul play .” He offered an alternate theory. “The grouping of heavy metals is more suggestive of hair product use – dyes, soaps, heat, etc. – than of rat poison,” Baden said, so it’s still unclear.

According to Radar Online: Michael Jackson‘s children will never forgive Conrad Murray over the role he played in their father’s death, according to their cousin, RadarOnline.com has learned. The King of Pop’s niece Tanay Jackson, the daughter of Michael’s brother Tito, insists the family are extremely unhappy the former doctor was released from jail in October after serving less than two years of a four-year sentence for the involuntary manslaughter the King of Pop in June 2009. Most upset are Michael’s kids, Prince, 16, Paris, 15 and 11-year-old Blanket, who think it’s a disgrace Murray, 60, is out of prison and is trying to regain his medical license after being found guilty of administering the fatal dose of anesthetic Propofol that ultimately killed the “Thriller” singer. Tanay told the New York Daily News newspaper’s Confidenti@al column: “I think a murderer should get a longer sentence than that, I don’t think it’s fair. We really feel like there were more people involved in my uncle’s death. But Conrad Murray is the physical culprit because he physically injected him. “No, we haven’t forgiven him. We can’t forgive him at all. I categorized that person as a murderer. I categorize him as somebody who got away with murder. People in those categories I just can’t forgive. He should not be able to practice medicine. He was a physical culprit for the death of Michael. That’s a big joke to us that he wants to re-apply for his medical license.” Tanay, 29, thinks the “Beat It” singer’s daughter Paris has taken Murray’s release the worst, as she is still struggling to come to terms with the death of her father four years ago. Aspiring singer Tanay says Paris — who was hospitalized after alleged attempted suicide bid in June — is a teenager trying to cope with adult problems and has resorted to self-harming on occasions as a coping method. Tanay said: “Paris is going through a lot of emotional torment. She is under a tremendous amount of pressure. She is trying to find a way to escape and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what to do. This is a 15-year-old going through a 40-year-old’s problems. There are a host of problems that Paris can’t handle alone. “It’s driven her to the point where she wants to escape the emotional pain.” Hopefully, with therapy and family support things can get better. This is just disgusting. Woman Charged With Forced Sex Of Underage Girl They need their azzes whooped. According to The Huffington Post: A Missouri woman has been charged in the death of a teenage girl, whom investigators say died while the suspect’s boyfriend was sexually assaulting her. Amy Leigh Hartley faces multiple charges, including second-degree statutory sodomy and abandonment of a corpse in the death of 15-year-old Khighla Parks. According to the News-Leader, Parks died Sept. 21, 2012 during “asphyxiation sex” with Harley’s boyfriend, 48-year-old Anthony Balbirnie. Hartley was arrested after the charges against her were filed Oct. 17, Ozarks First reports. Recently unsealed court documents state that Hartley, 37, engaged in “deviate sexual intercourse” with the teen victim, and then helped Balbirnie dispose of the body after she died. Hartley is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allowing the victim into her Buffalo, Mo., home, where methamphetamine was made and used. Court documents outline a grim scenario at Hartley’s residence. The suspect invited the victim to stay at the makeshift meth lab, and “to engage in sex with multiple partners, some of whom were known by the defendant to engage in asphyxiation sex.” After Parks died, police allege that Hartley helped dispose of her body. Balbirne allegedly weighted down the deceased victim and dumped her body in a lake, where it was found by a boater on Sept. 30, 2012, according to Ozarks First. Balbirne is currently in jail for a parole violation. He is charged with Park’s murder, and faces additional counts of statutory rape, child molestation, and abandonment of a corpse. That poor girl. Teen Bullies Charged With Felony After Classmate Commits Suicide Two barely-teenaged students have been charged with felony stalking following the death of their fellow classmate who committed suicide as a result of excessive bullying. via Fox News Two girls have been arrested in the death of a 12-year-old central Florida girl who authorities say committed suicide after being bulled online by several girls for nearly a year, a sheriff said Tuesday. The girls are 12 and 14, and they have been charged with felony aggravated stalking, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities have said Rebecca Sedwick was “terrorized” by as many as 15 girls who ganged up on her and picked on her for months through online message boards and texts. Some of the girls’ computers and cellphones were seized in the investigation. On Sept. 9, authorities say, Rebecca climbed a tower at an abandoned concrete plant and hurled herself to her death. There is NO justification for bullying someone, and especially to the point where they wouldn’t want to live anymore. These girls should really feel horrible.
