Saturday Night Live will look very different in the fall. With Bill Hader confirming his departure this week, it’s now looking increasingly likely that Fred Armisen and Jason Sudeikis will be joining him on the sidelines. An insider at NBC tells The New York Post that Armisen is definitely on the way out while Sudeikis will “probably” jump as well. (And who could blame the latter, really? When he can lie in bed all day and stare at Olivia Wilde nude ?) Seth Meyers, meanwhile, will depart in the spring to focus on his gig as host of Late Night, which will leave Kenan Thompson and Bobby Moynihan as the show’s most seasoned cast members. Ann Curry feels betrayed by NBC and Matt Lauer and just wishes her former Today colleague would shut his yap, according to a new tabloid report. This week, he admitted the show messed up firing Curry – or at least how it was handled – but he also made other comments that were less flattering. He told the Daily Beast that she wasn’t his first choice to replace Meredith Vieira, and that he lobbied for Katie Couric to rejoin the show instead. The two were even prepared to team up on a syndicated daytime show, but negotiations broke down and Katie went to ABC, while Matt stayed put. Caught in the crossfire – as she was back then – is Ann. “Ann just wants to move on from her departure from Today, and she has,” says a source. “However, she isn’t allowed to give any media interviews.” “Ann was infuriated by Matt’s comments. The network has said from the onset of Ann’s demotion from the show that Matt had no power over the decision.” “Yet, in the same interview he admits to talking to Katie Couric for over a year. Clearly, Matt has a lot of clout to be engaged in high level talks of a potential hire!” “It’s just another slap in Ann’s face.” How involved is he? Lauer was solely responsible for Curry’s ouster, according to some sources, while others describe his role as less substantive. Today , after a 16-year lead over Good Morning America , fell to #2 behind ABC’s morning show last year, and the gap only widened after Ann Curry’s firing . Particularly bothersome to Curry, allegedly, “is the outpouring of public support being given to Matt Lauer from the network brass at NBC.” “She just hasn’t had that at all. Via a Twitter message and blog post, Adrienne Maloof has confirmed her departure from this Bravo franchise. “To my loyal fans . . . It was time to exit RHOBH. The show served as a wonderful platform, stay tuned!” she Tweeted yesterday, adding via blog: “The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned!” While she has not issued a statement, Camille Grammer will not be returning to the series either. Maloof had been scheduled to tape the Season 3 reunion special – along with Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville , Kim Richards, Kyle Richards, Taylor Armstrong and Yolanda H. Seven months after getting fired from The Talk, Leah Remini is finally ready to talk … and lay the blame squarely at the feet of co-star Sharon Osbourne. Responding to comments from Osbourne, Remini, 41, opened up about why she and fellow co-host Holly Robinson Peete were let go after one season. “Sharon thought me and Holly were ‘ghetto’ … not funny, awkward and didn’t know ourselves,” Remini Tweeted. “She has the power that was given to her.” Remini began tweeting in reaction to an interview Osbourne, 59, gave on The Howard Stern Show. Osbourne rebuffed Remini’s accusations Tuesday. “In response to Leah Remini’s continuous comments that I had her fired, let me just go on record to say I had absolutely nothing to do with her departure.” “I have no idea why she continues to take to Twitter to spread this false gossip.” “Leah knows that I have never been in the position to hire or fire anyone on the show,” she continued. “That being said, my only wish is that Leah would just stop all this negative, unprofessional and childish behavior.” “It’s been seven months. It’s time to move on. Leah is a very talented actress and I only wish her happiness and success.” Remini and Robinson Peete’s exits followed that of Marissa Jaret Winokur, who left the show in January 2011. After several guest co-hosts, Remini and Robinson Peete were permanently replaced by Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood. Sara Gilbert and Julie Chen also appear on the daytime chat fest, CBS’ version of the The View . The Talk was recently renewed for a third season by CBS. Despite Osbourne’s comments Tuesday, Remini doesn’t seem to be backing down anytime soon.
