According to KHOU: Prosecutors believe a love triangle between three doctors turned into what sounds like a script from a movie of the week. One doctor is now facing criminal charges after police say she broke into the home of her romantic rival last weekend. Doctor Angela Siler-Fisher is the medical director at Ben Taub Hospital’s Emergency Center and is also a professor at Baylor College of Medicine. Siler-Fisher now stands accused of a bizarre crime in an upscale West University area neighborhood. According to documents, Siler-Fisher broke into a home there by kicking in a doggy door. Once inside, she allegedly used lipstick to write ‘whore’ and ‘homewrecker’ on the woman’s mirror. Prosecutors say Siler-Fisher’s husband, Brandon Fisher, called the other woman to let her know that his wife was on the way. The woman reportedly left the home with her kids before Siler-Fisher got there. Law enforcement sources told KHOU Siler-Fisher also left a trail of unused condoms up the woman’s staircase. Siler-Fisher was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and harassment. She has since posted bond. According to documents, a surveillance camera captured Siler-Fisher coming and going from the other woman’s home. “She’s probably the most sane person in this neighborhood that I know. She’s an extraordinary doctor from what I know, great wife and mother,” explained Pancheri. “She’s a great woman.” Siler-Fisher could not be reached for comment Wednesday night. Somebody needs to be fired. School Strip Seaches Girl Without Parent’s Permission How do you strip search a child without the parent’s permission? According to WRCB: The mother of a 5-year-old girl filed a lawsuit in November against Hamilton County Schools, saying her daughter was strip-searched by a school nurse without her knowledge. Brandy Madden’s daughter was a student at Apison Elementary School when she was diagnosed with congenital herpes. She was treated at a doctor’s office and given permission to return to school, after it was determined she was not contagious. Madden says she was later shocked to learn the school nurse had been removing her daughter’s clothing, without her permission, to check for lesions. Because of that, Madden is suing the school system, for all medical expenses past and future, and citing emotional distress and suffering, humiliation and embarrassment. A response from the Hamilton County Board of Education, released to Channel 3 Wednesday, alleges that Madden’s daughter was “unable to self-toilet and was therefore dependent upon school officials to change her diaper.” The response continues to state that “…this child had a diminished expectation of privacy such that any routine examination that school officials may have conducted during the course of routine diaper changing would not have violated any clearly established rights of the child…”The lawsuit status is pending. Accoring to TMZ: Drake has pulled himself out of tomorrow’s big Grammy Nominations Concert in L.A., TMZ has learned … and it’s all because the guy claims he’s got a last minute “scheduling conflict.” The show had been promoting the rapper as one of their big acts since October … but a rep for Drake tells TMZ something came up, and now he won’t be able to attend. “Unfortunately, due to scheduling complications, Drake will no longer be performing … [he’s] currently in the middle of his nationwide ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ and sincerely apologizes to his fans that he can’t be there.” According Drake’s website, he’s not scheduled to perform anywhere on Dec. 6th … though he does have a show the following day in Missouri. Bashir offered an abject apology on his next broadcast, but a chorus of critics continued to demand action against the host. After a reported “vacation” for the host earlier this week, Bashir announced in a statement Wednesday afternoon that he will be stepping down. Fields and the Broadway actor named their new bundle of joy Quincy Xavier. He weighed in at 8 lbs., 8 oz. The Living Single actress first announced she was expecting during an episode of the talk show The Real in July. “We’re very, very blessed,” the 44-year-old said at the time. “It was planned. We’ve actually been trying for a couple years. We had gotten pregnant twice and [miscarried]. Chris and I were very blessed to really have one another, to have our family and friends and our God to really get us through that.” She added: “If I’m encouraging to anybody — it’s not like I’m the poster child for over 40 and pregnant.” The married couple of six years are already parents to son Sebastian Alexander, 6. Bride Charged $50K To Company Card To Pay For Luxury Wedding La’Reese and Darelle Darville got married in luxury June 1 at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, with rose petals lining the aisle and an arch of white flowers crowning over them as they said their vows. Police have one question: How did they pay for it? Via Palm Beach Post reports: The answer, they allege, is her employer’s credit card — and to the tune of nearly $50,000. La’Reese Darville, 31, of Port St. Lucie was arrested Monday on fraud and grand theft charges after city police said she used the card to front most of her wedding costs. She was released later that day from the St. Lucie County Jail on $,7,500 bail. Reached at her home Wednesday evening, Darville described the situation as a huge misunderstanding. She said the charges were made with the permission of her father, Leroy Felix, a part-owner of her employer, Partners III Pawn Shop. Darville said her father helped her with the wedding’s expenses and provided her with a credit-card number that was linked to the business. “It’s been said, or worded, that the card was stolen,” Darville said. “I called. He gave me the number and (said) use it. I used it and it was being paid back, so I have no idea what the whole big deal is about, but (certainly) it was a huge mix-up.” Those who were paid with that money, however, are left to wonder what lies in store for them. “I just can’t imagine what was going through her brain that day,” said Sara Kauss, a Jupiter-based photographer, who said she enjoyed meeting the Darvilles and working the wedding. “She should have worked hard and saved up and then planned this wedding.” Police were called to the pawn shop, on Southwest Bayshore Boulevard between Crosstown Parkway and Port St. Lucie Boulevard, on Nov. 17. They spoke with two other owners, Keith Angelotti and Scott Matthews. Angelotti and Matthews said Darville, their operations manager, takes care of their finances. The three owners have individual Bank of America credit cards for the company’s account, and Matthews is the primary name on the account. On Nov. 12, the bank called Matthews to say he was late on making payments. He found out the card was overdrawn about $10,000. He also discovered that Felix’s card was charged about $10,000 and Angelotti’s card was charged about $28,000. The charges were from wedding vendors — such as photographers and planners — and for renting the casino. Police said Matthews asked Felix about the transactions, and Felix said he didn’t know anything about it. Matthews and Angelotti spoke with Darville, a store employee for about eight years. She acknowledged using the cards for her wedding but blamed it on her father. She said she never told him about the $10,000, but he told her one time she could use Angelotti’s card. Darville said she recently left the company and is now a stay at-home mother. Darville met with police Monday and admitted to using her employer’s credit card account 14 times for her wedding. She also said she used around $3,000 from her employer’s checking account to pay some of the credit-card charges. Police say Darville also told them she intended on repaying the business in full. Police say the $10,000 to her father’s credit card was with his permission, but Darville did not have permission to charge $39,286.24 to the company’s account. She also said she has repaid $17,161.49 but has no record of it. We wonder if her boss attended the wedding?
