Missing Ball Player Mystery Solved Not since Jason Kidd gave Jim Jackson them hands over Toni Braxton have we been this amused by a sports rumor… This one is kinda juicy. It involves a veteran player whose absence from a game early this year made it into headlines. One of his teammates told press he was okay, but we hear he couldn’t make it because he was in another STATE! Our sources tell us the missing player made a last-minute decision to fly to his hometown where the whole city was buzzing over his babymama being boo’ed up with another baller from a rival team at a Sunday night hotspot. We hear Mr. Missing In Action flew all the way home to confront his son’s mom when he learned she’d been spotted holding hands and kissing one of the NBA’s most eligible bachelors — in town for a game Tuesday. The irony is the player is not currently in a relationship with his son’s mother… Any guesses who we’re talking about? We may be revealing this one down the road soon…

Lorde in a Bikini of the Day

The funny thing about Lorde in a a bikini is that I’m actually not disgusted, thrown off, in the mood to body shame her…or laugh.. She’s some singer songwriter from New Zealand who at 17 pretty much did the Taylor Swift all thanks to the internet…A viral video sensation – who made it in music….all while being not very cute.. So to see a barely legal girl, like Lorde, who wasn’t hot make it because of good content that people liked, was almost refreshing in this instagram model, rich kid celebrity world…even if it was a one hit wonder – or a novelty – or just overly relatable singing about never being famous and getting famous for it..what I am saying is that I’ve never wanted to see Lorde in a bikini, but at the same time, I want to see everyone in a bikini. That said, if you’ve ever seen Lorde and if you ever watched her video Royals, or any of the marketing around that album, you’d already know she has absolutely zero sex appeal – there is zero hot to her….or about her…it’s part of her image.. So seeing her in a bikini…something I love…looking like a girl in a bikini…at 19…is actually almost refreshing….It’s like she’s a girl and not just some weirdly marketed “dark” one hit wonder from New Zealand…sure she’s not my dream body to jerk off to, but she’s got a flat stomach – big hips – a waist – thick thighs – little tits..and it could be a lot worse…she could be Adele.. Lawsuits: Mom Sues School For Strip Searching Her 5-Year-Old Daughter Diagnosed With Herpes Without Permission

Somebody needs to be fired. School Strip Seaches Girl Without Parent’s Permission How do you strip search a child without the parent’s permission? According to WRCB: The mother of a 5-year-old girl filed a lawsuit in November against Hamilton County Schools, saying her daughter was strip-searched by a school nurse without her knowledge. Brandy Madden’s daughter was a student at Apison Elementary School when she was diagnosed with congenital herpes. She was treated at a doctor’s office and given permission to return to school, after it was determined she was not contagious. Madden says she was later shocked to learn the school nurse had been removing her daughter’s clothing, without her permission, to check for lesions. Because of that, Madden is suing the school system, for all medical expenses past and future, and citing emotional distress and suffering, humiliation and embarrassment. A response from the Hamilton County Board of Education, released to Channel 3 Wednesday, alleges that Madden’s daughter was “unable to self-toilet and was therefore dependent upon school officials to change her diaper.” The response continues to state that “…this child had a diminished expectation of privacy such that any routine examination that school officials may have conducted during the course of routine diaper changing would not have violated any clearly established rights of the child…”The lawsuit status is pending. Drake fans are weeping. Drake Backs Out Of Grammy Nominations Concert Drake needs more people. Didn’t he know the Grammy Nominations Concert was taking place weeks in advance? Accoring to TMZ: Drake has pulled himself out of tomorrow’s big Grammy Nominations Concert in L.A., TMZ has learned … and it’s all because the guy claims he’s got a last minute “scheduling conflict.” The show had been promoting the rapper as one of their big acts since October … but a rep for Drake tells TMZ something came up, and now he won’t be able to attend. “Unfortunately, due to scheduling complications, Drake will no longer be performing … [he’s] currently in the middle of his nationwide ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ and sincerely apologizes to his fans that he can’t be there.” According Drake’s website, he’s not scheduled to perform anywhere on Dec. 6th … though he does have a show the following day in Missouri. So, why the sudden conflict? We asked the rep … but didn’t get an explanation. Maybe Drake couldn’t make it because he was too busy nursing his feelings. WENN

Is Michael Vick on the verge of a meltdown behind his team’s poor play?? Michael Vick was scheduled to host a show this season on Monday nights on WIP in Philadelphia. Two weeks ago, he couldn’t make it because he suffered a concussion the night before. Last week, he was a no-show for some ill-defined reason. Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer notes that Vick will no longer participate in the show moving forward despite having helped promote the show before the season. Vick did the show once. The “Chickie and Pete’s Players Lounge” rolled on Monday night and didn’t explain why Vick wasn’t there. Clay Harbor replaced Vick. Look, we’re not saying this is front page news. But it’s fair to wonder ask: Would Vick have dropped out of the Monday night show if the Eagles were 3-1 instead of 1-3? Vick overcame years away from the game to become a top quarterback again last year. But now he faces a different sort of adversity, losing five of his last six starts dating back to last year. How Vick responds to this new challenge will be one of the stories of this NFL season. This season will be filled with challenges for Michael Vick and the emotional toll it’s taking on him is apparent in his last few post-game press conferences. With the media scrutinizing every word he utters, perhaps quitting this show was advised by his team of handlers that want to shield him from criticism. Source

Lil Wayne Issued Bench Warrant In Arizona Drug Case

Rapper missed court date because he’s serving New York prison sentence. By Gil Kaufman Lil Wayne Photo: Bryan Bedder/Getty Images A Superior Court judge in Yuma, Arizona, issued a bench warrant for Lil Wayne on Tuesday when the rapper failed to appear in court to face drug and weapons charges. Of course, the rapper (born Dwayne Michael Carter) missed the court date because he recently began a one-year prison stretch in New York on gun charges. The warrant was issued because Wayne did not appear in court for a final trial management conference, according to The Associated Press, but his attorney James Tilson said his client could not make it because of the sentence he has been serving at New York’s Rikers Island jail since March 8. The Arizona case stems from a January 2008 stop at the a border checkpoint 78 miles east of Yuma, in which authorities claim they found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun on Wayne’s bus. Wayne was charged with possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Though Tilson said he has filed motions to have Wayne’s March 30 trial date vacated and asked that his client be allowed to appear in Yuma when he finishes his New York jail sentence, Yuma County prosecutor Deann Sandry said Arizona now considers the rapper a convicted felon and believes a bench warrant should be issued and his bond increased to $150,000. Neither Arizona prosecutors nor Tilson could be reached for comment at press time.
