Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ, Chad’s on track to finish his batterer’s intervention program in the next couple months — at which point Chad will ask the judge to terminate his probation and lift the no-contact order. If that happens, Evelyn would have to get a civil restraining order to keep Chad away — but we’re told she has decided NOT to do that … because she just wants to “move on.” Chad was sentenced to one year probation and the batterer’s class after pleading “no contest” to domestic battery following the August 11 fight with Evelyn — but since he’s completing the class early … the judge can also lift the probation early. Despite Evelyn’s decision … we’re told she does NOT want a reunion with Chad. Breezy and RihRih part 2? This is just sad… Pregnant NYC Woman Stabbed Just One Day Before Wedding A woman who was eight months pregnant was found stabbed to death Saturday in her apartment, the day before her wedding, police said. According to Huffingtonpost : Vindalee Smith, 38, was found on the floor of her apartment in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn with a gaping wound in her neck. It wasn’t clear how long she’d been dead before the body was discovered by her landlord. Her unborn child did not survive. There was no sign of forced entry, and no weapon was recovered, police said. Investigators are looking for a possible suspect. They interviewed her friends and family, and spoke to her fiance. “I can’t even begin to imagine who would want to do that,” her friend, Sybil Samuel, told local newspapers. “It would be the devil, to kill a woman with a child in her stomach. They killed two people.” Smith had four children in their teens and 20s, friends said. A baby shower had been planned for Saturday evening, followed by a small wedding Sunday. Friends told reporters that Smith had met her fiance about a year ago. Smith was a devout Seventh-Day Adventist and attended New Dimension Church, where she was supposed to get married. Congregation members were concerned when she didn’t show up for morning service. “She was always on time_ always the first person at church,” Tyler Harrigan told the Daily News of New York. “When the news came to the church, the whole church broke down. We started to bawl. All the children were crying.” What an incredibly sick and evil crime. May mother and child rest in peace.

While the recent presidential debate and the drooping economy has the put President Obama on the defense, First Lady Michelle Obama has hit the trail to make a case for her husband in chief and the recovering economy. “I mean, we are seeing right now that we are in the midst of a huge recovery. Right?” Mrs. Obama told WPGC/Washington DC. ”Because of what this president has done, pulled this economy from the brink of collapse when we were losing 800,000 jobs a month. Now were gaining throughout most of his presidency, we’ve been adding jobs to this economy because of what he’s been doing. The stock market has doubled. Housing prices are rising. Foreclosure rates are lowering. But in the face of that, you still have people trying to convince us that things aren’t better. And that just doesn’t make sense.” The First Lady also acknowledged that there was still a long way to go. “Barack of all people knows that we still have a long way to go to completely rebuild the economy,” she said. “But we’re headed in the right direction. Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus was among the other speakers, adding that “we have an opportunity to save America” by electing Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. Shorewood (Wis.) Patch reports that Tommy Thompson, who was not at the event, told reporters that he had not seen the video. A spokesperson for his campaign told BuzzFeed that “Jason Thompson said something he should not have, and he apologizes.” This, amidst all of the denials that race is not at all involved. Underage wives who are lucky enough to escape from their husbands end up living in poverty, or worse. Some girls turn to “the world’s oldest profession” to earn a meager income and enter brothels, where they are subjected to horrific abuse. It is estimated that over the next decade, 100 million more girls — or roughly 25,000 girls a day — will marry before they turn 18 if this issue is not urgently addressed. According to The Huffington Post : One of the most notable parts of the first presidential debate was what wasn’t mentioned: Mitt Romney’s now-famous remarks saying that 47 percent of the American public is “dependent on government.” Both Republicans and Democrats seemed surprised that moderator Jim Lehrer never asked about it, and President Barack Obama never took the chance to proactively mention it — even though his campaign had been hammering Romney about it all week. But Vice President Biden brought it up within the first half-hour of the vice president debate on Thursday, also mentioning Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-Wis.) remark that 30 percent of Americans want the “welfare state.” Noting that Romney opposed the auto bailout — which both the George W. Bush and Obama administrations supported — Biden said Americans should not be surprised by Romney’s economic policies. “It shouldn’t be surprising for a guy who says 47 percent of the American people are unwilling to take responsibility of their own lives,” said Biden. “My friend [Ryan] recently said in a speech in Washington said 30 percent of the American people are takers. These people are my mom and dad, the people I grew up with, my neighbors. They pay more effective tax than Gov. Romney pays in his federal income tax. They are elderly people who in fact are living off of Social Security. They are veterans who are fighting in Afghanistan right now who are not quote, not paying taxes.” Biden also invoked Grover Norquist, the conservative president of Americans for Tax Reform, criticizing Republicans for consistently signing his pledge vowing not to raise taxes. “Instead of signing pledges by Grover Norquist not to ask the wealthiest among us to contribute to bring back the middle class, they should be signing a pledge saying to the middle class, ‘We’re going to level the playing field. We’re going to give you a fair shot again. We are going to not repeat the mistakes we made in the past by having a different set of rules for Wall Street and Main Street.’” If Obama had been this strong, we would have won this election already! According to Politico… Mitt Romney’s health care plan wouldn’t just insure fewer people than “Obamacare” — it would make the uninsured problem worse than it would have been if the law had never passed, according to a comparison of the two plans by a research group with a history of pro-“Obamacare” studies. The analysis by the Commonwealth Fund, a New York-based health care research foundation, found that under Romney’s health care plan, the uninsured population would soar to 72 million by 2022 — 12 million higher than if nothing had been done at all. By contrast, if President Barack Obama’s health care law is fully implemented — including complete state participation in the now voluntary Medicaid expansion — the number of uninsured people would drop from 47.9 million in 2011 to about 27.1 million people in 2022, the report estimated.The number of insured Americans would rise in every age group under the Affordable Care Act and fall in every group under Romney’s plan, Sara Collins, vice president for Commonwealth’s affordable health insurance program, told reporters in a conference call Monday.The report says most of the difference is due to Romney’s plans for Medicaid, which he would turn into block grants, and the expansion of Medicaid that’s planned under the ACA. The gap between those two proposals accounts for about 80 percent of the difference in their impact on the uninsured, according to the analysis. The Romney campaign said the “flawed report” misstates Romney’s proposals and depicts “a fantasy world where Obamacare has been a success.” “Under ObamaCare, Americans have seen their insurance premiums increase, small businesses are facing massive tax increases, and seniors will have reduced access to Medicare services,” Ryan Williams, a Romney spokesman, wrote in an email to POLITICO. “The American people did not want this law, our country cannot afford this law, and when Mitt Romney becomes president he will repeal it and replace it with common-sense, patient-centered reforms that strengthen our health care system.” With all that’s at stake, we hope the extra 12 million people estimated to lose out on Robney’s health care “plan” doesn’t make it past his little soapbox he’s been preaching from.
