Drake taping into those emotions again. But this time it’s with his ex-boo stripper Maliah (you’ve seen her in his Find Your Love video, she also date rapper Sean Kingston) via Twitter. The beef started when Drake subliminally tweeted: “Sometimes I wanna tweet things like “B**ch how you stop f**kin with me and now you live on twitter everyday”…but then I just don’t.”…Then I guess Maliah felt some type of way and immediately tweeted from her account: “Lmao Yess I love twitter and I don’t f**k with disrespectful crybaby a** n*ggas that’s y,”. When her followers told her to stop beefing with Drake, she replied: “idk y its just show business.” She then seemed to get annoyed with all the questions about her relationship with Drake, writing: “Lmao y y’all think that is the only man in my life it was 2 years ago. Please no more talk about him. Find me someone else. Who will appreciate me.” LMBO…it’s funny seeing celebs taking shots at each other on Twitter but not in a good way though. New cast tells MTV News which ‘Degrassi’ alums they look up to most. By Jocelyn Vena The cast of “Degrassi” “Degrassi” has become quite the starting-off point for some of the biggest stars on the planet. It launched this little-known rapper who goes by Drake and two of the CW’s biggest stars, “Vampire Diaries” actress Nina Dobrev and “90210” star Shenae Grimes. So, when several of the classic franchise’s new class stopped by MTV News, we wondered just which alum’s career path they’d love to follow. “I’d love to do this, all the time. I just love to do acting,” Munro Chambers told us just as the new season of the show was hitting TeenNick, before joking, “I’d love to be Nina. I’d love to do more stuff in this industry and keep doing it.” He added that while he hasn’t met all those famous alums, when he has crossed paths with someone from the show’s past, they’ve always had pleasant memories of their “Degrassi” days. “I’ve never met Drake, or Aubrey [Graham] as we know him. I’ve never met Shenae,” he said. “And, I’ve met Nina once or twice and she’s a sweetheart.” Chambers’ co-star Annie Clark would also love to take a play from the Dobrev handbook. ” Nina and Shenae have what I would like [to follow] for the future,” she shared. “[Nina] always remembers everyone too. The set is very homey and friendly, so it’s kind of like going back to your actual high school.” “I’d love to like try and stay in school,” Alex Steele shared. “But I’d also really love to do shows, like Nina Dobrev, [who] has her own show basically.” While Nina seems to be the gold standard in terms of post-“Degrassi” careers, Jordan Todosey suggested she wouldn’t mind going the Drake route. “I love acting, so I’d love to stay in acting,” she said. “But music is such a passion of mine and I write songs and sing, so I think it’d be so much fun to break into the music industry too.”
Outkast member Andre 3000 has been laying low on the music scene for a while, but he recently gave an interview with The Fader where he revealed that Drake inspires him. On being inspired by newcomers like Drake: “Now I talk to Drake, and I know he had to be like 10 when he was listening to what we were doing. You just never know who’s listening until you hear a connection. I didn’t even know Drake dug my music, I just liked him as a rapper because I felt he had a balance. I didn’t even know that he grew up listening to me. But it’s cool to know that it’s a real lineage thing. I’m happy to see Kanye and Wayne and Drake and all these new artists. They inspire me in a way because they reach back and they say, ‘Hey, we want to get you on these songs.’”

On Friday morning, DMX took time out from getting arrested to make his feelings about Drake very well known. Appearing on New York radio station Power 105.1, the controversial rapper said of his fellow artist: “I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his f-cking voice. I don’t like the sh-t he talks about.” Anything else? “I don’t like his face. I don’t like the way he walks – nothing,” said DMX, concluding with the biggest shot of all: “I don’t like his haircut.” DMX gave no explanation for his hatred.
