A member of Bobby Brown’s family recorded Nick on February 21, 3 weeks after Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital. Even though Nick didn’t know he was being taped, the call was legally recorded because Georgia is a 1-party state. Nick says, “I’ll tell you the honest truth, Krissy, she was under a lot of stress and we were all doing drugs and you know, all, all drinking, bro.” And then he said this: “She just did too much man. She, listen, listen bro. I will officially stay from bath tubs forever, I’ll tell you that.” He then rails on those who think Bobbi Kristina’s injuries prove he tried to kill her, saying, “When Krissy wakes up she’ll tell the truth to everybody. Everybody will feel stupid as f***… You know Krissy got in an accident 2 days before this happened and the man is in critical condition right now.” He then warns the family, saying, “If they take her off that life support, the police are going to have to take me down bro.” Gordon is considered a person of interest in the case, and if Bobbi Kristina dies it will become a murder investigation.

The 21-year-old daughter of Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown was regularly taking heroin, cocaine and Xanax in the months before she was rushed to a Georgia hospital on Jan. 31, the magazine reported. Xanax was one of the drugs found in Houston’s system after she drowned in a bathtub at a Beverly Hills hotel on Feb. 11, 2012. A source told People that Bobbi Kristina, in the weeks before the tragedy at her home in Roswell, Ga., was “distraught” about the coming third anniversary of her mother’s death. The aspiring singer/actress was also in and out of rehab for her demons — including heavy drinking — since her mother’s death, the source indicated. Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized for depression almost immediately after Houston passed away. “This girl was trying hard, but she didn’t have any support system,” the source told People. “She was still dealing with a lot of grief over her mother.” God bless Bobbi Kris, the Browns, and the Houstons. Four shows the comedian had scheduled for February have been canceled: February 8 in Boston, February 21 in Pittsburgh and February 22 in Charlotte, North Carolina. No reasons were given for the Pittsburgh and Charlotte cancellations. Cosby said weather concerns led to the Boston cancellation, but the date has not been rescheduled. A fourth show, scheduled for Thalia Mara Hall in Jackson, Mississippi, on Thursday, has been “postponed,” Shelia Byrd of the Jackson Mayor’s Office told CNN. Gary Bongiovanni, editor-in-chief of Pollstar — the concert tour publication — says it’s been challenging to keep track. “It seems like they’re falling like dominoes, one at a time,” he said. “The whole thing has gotten a lot shorter than it was.” The concert cancellations are the latest complications for Cosby, who has been the subject of numerous sexual abuse allegations. According to law enforcement, cops were called to a hotel in Wichita after the mother of Randle’s child called police around 3AM to report a domestic incident between them. Earlier this season, ESPN’s Skip Bayless said he’d spoken with several people close to the Browns QB and was convinced Johnny is an alcoholic. While Bryson Bryant is no stranger to run-ins with the law with at least four past arrests, he just can’t seem to keep himself out of legal hot water. Most recently, RadarOnline.com has learned, Leakes’ son spent time in jail and court-ordered rehab after drug- and alcohol-related issues spiraled out of control in one wild year. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Leakes’ eldest son was found guilty of reckless driving by a Johns Creek, Georgia, judge in December 2013 — and his rap sheet only got thicker from there. A police report states that in June 2013 at 4:15 in the morning, Bryant totaled his silver Dodge Charger when he crashed and it flipped upside down in a ditch, leaving two utility poles broken in half in his wake. At the time, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s eldest son told police “darkness caused him to wreck.” But the officer indicated he could “smell the odor of alcoholic beverages resonating” from the reality star’s child. Bryant claimed he only had “one beer,” according to the report, but his “slow and deliberate response” to questions seemed to indicate otherwise. When he was taken to the hospital for “uncomfortable pain” in his right leg and to undergo X-rays, he tested positive for a blood alcohol level of .048 — below the legal limit of .08. Still, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the arrest, Bryant was given a year of probation, but got a get out of jail free card when the judge ordered him to serve 30 days of house arrest in February 2014. Think that scared this kid straight? Not a chance! Bryant was ordered to undergo random alcohol and drug testing. However, not only did he fail to report to his probation officer four times in 2014; but also, he tested positive for cocaine, refused to pay fines of more than $1,200, and skipped mandatory DUI school. As a result, the young father was ordered to serve three months in jail starting in September and was released just two days before Thanksgiving on November 25, 2014. In a decision that undoubtedly put a damper on Leakes’ holiday plans, when Bryson’s stint behind bars came to an end he wasn’t technically a free man just yet. According to the court paperwork filed on Jan. 13, 2015, he was also ordered to check into “intensive” residential rehab for a minimum of six weeks! Leakes’ troubled son has previously been arrested for shoplifting, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license, and other probation violations dating all the way back to 2010. A Connecticut woman is rightfully outraged after learning that police had her 10-year-old daughter handcuffed with guns drawn while arresting the adult that she was with on drug charges. via Fox News St. Louis A young girl was put in handcuffs when a family friend she was with was arrested in Middletown, CT. Kenneth Ford, 27, of Middletown, is a friend of the girl’s mother and was helping drive the fifth grader to basketball practice. According to the arraignment report from the Middletown Police Department, on Wednesday, Dec. 17, the department’s narcotics unit tried to serve Ford, a convicted felon, with an active arrest warrant. Detectives located Ford at the Woodrow Wilson Middle School at around 7:45 p.m. and saw him go into the school, where he stayed for several minutes. Police continued to follow Ford for an hour. Ford first went to Biefield, where he met with someone in a Jeep Wrangler. Police saw Ford hand the other person an item, and the other person gave him money. Ford then drove back to the school and went inside. At around 8:45 p.m. Ford left the school with a female, who was later identified as a 10-year-old girl. The two got in the car and drove to the South Main Liquor Store, left the car running with the girl inside and went into the liquor store. At this point police decided to engage the suspect, and waited outside the store for him. When he came out the police identified themselves and one detective drew a gun. Ford is a convicted felon who is known to carry handguns. The police then reportedly apprehended the man before handcuffing the 10-year-old girl. Ford was then handcuffed. Meanwhile, the girl was in the car screaming. A detective asked her to get out of the car, and then put her in handcuffs. Ford asked the detective to call the girl’s mother, who verified that she was 10 years old. According to Canna Chaney, the girl’s mother, the handcuffs were on her daughter for a while before she received the call. Canaa Chaney, the girl’s mother, says Ford is an old friend and was helping her out because she just moved to Connecticut from North Carolina three weeks ago and doesn’t have a car. Cory Brinson, the lawyer that Chaney retained in this case, said police picked an inappropriate time to arrest Ford. “They watched him pick her up from the school. They could have executed this warrant at another time, but did not and put her in harm’s way. Threw her up against the car, handcuffed her, drew their guns and scared her half to death. It didn’t have to happen like that,” Brinson said. When police searched the car and Ford they found four cell phones, gold teeth, seven baggies of crack cocaine weighing .565 ounces and $2882 in cash. Obviously the man being arrested is heavily to blame for engaging in all of this criminal activity with a child in his care and the mother should certainly be more selective with whom she allows to be responsible for her child, but SURELY these officers could tell that this young girl was a child and not an adult accomplice. Via TheSmokingGun : After being arrested, a Wisconsin couple had sex in the back of a police cruiser, an encounter that was interrupted when a cop heard the woman “begin to moan loudly” while her legs were “touching the ceiling” of the vehicle, according to a criminal complaint. Heather Basten, 29, and Travis Husnik, 33, were taken into custody by Oconto County Sheriff’s Department deputies after their car was spotted drifting into oncoming traffic on August 3. During questioning by cops, Basten, who was driving, and Husnik admitted they had been drinking. A deputy noted that there were two open cans of Busch Light on the car’s floorboard, and that Husnik “indicated one been belonged to him and the other to Heather.” Husnik, who was on probation, was handcuffed and placed in the rear of a police cruiser. He was soon joined there by Basten, who was driving without a license and had a used syringe in her purse. Basten reportedly said that she “used to shoot up meth with it.” While subsequently transporting the suspects, Deputy Adam Zahn “observed Travis lay onto of Heather in the backseat.” The cop then saw “Heather’s legs go up touching the ceiling and heard her begin to moan loudly.” Zahn stopped the cruiser, opened the rear door, and saw “Travis onto of Heather having sexual intercourse.” The complaint does not indicate whether the lovebirds were handcuffed (though it seems likely). Husnik’s pants and underwear were around his ankles and Basten’s shorts were “hiked up.” Which allowed Zahn to “see both of their privates,” the complaint notes. Details of the couple’s autoeroticism emerged following their recent Circuit Court sentencing. Husnik, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for lewd and lascivious conduct. Basten, who pleaded guilty to drunk driving and disorderly conduct, was sentenced to 48 days in custody and hit with fines and fees totaling $1236. Well, that’s disgusting.
